I felt tears brimming my eyes. I turned to him. "I even missed you, but if that doesn't matter to you then that's fine with me." I started rolling past him. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go scheme a plan to free our friends." I started rolling the wagon as fast as I could away from him and Phoenix. As I rolled by Phoenix, I noticed him sitting on the ground eating a bag of popcorn. Where did he even get that?! I didn't stop to ask and kept rolling past him. I rolled past the Heart Tree, past a bunch of small animals, and past the stone entrance. When I got tired I stopped, undid the wagon, sat criss-crossed on the ground and began crying.

I cried because of the fight I just had with Ocean. I cried because of the fact that I missed home. I cried because I missed my friends. Once I finished calming down I hid in my hair for a while. I wonder if everyone trapped by Creek is doing better than we are.

*With Creek, His Father, and The Zombiefied Trolls*

Every Troll who had been Zombiefied reported to Creek and his father to see what their next mission would be. They all stood around Creek's throne. "Okay everyone," he started. "I've gathered you all here to tell you my master plan to take over the Troll world." He pulled down a map. "The first step is to turn everyone into rock zombies, except we can't do that because the guitar broke." He gestured to the broken guitar. "I have two missions for all of you instead. I'll divide you into groups of two and possibly more if we don't have enough."

He looked at his layout. "The first pair will be Barb and Riff. I want you two to follow Poppy and Branch. Find out what their plan to defeat us is." Barb and Riff nodded and started off. Creek continued looking at his layout. "The next pair will be GD and DJ. Your job is to find Emerald and the other doves. Find out what their up to. Chances are their planing something to get rid of me and my father. Find out what it is and report back to me." Guy and DJ nodded and started running. Creek looked at his layout once more. "Looks like we're out of trolls. Bring in the doves."

Trollex came in with all the doves behind him. "Let's see. 1,2,3,4,5....." Creek started counting all the doves. "Oh well I only have one job left anyway. All of you will just work together on this last mission. The last mission is for all of you to to split into two groups. One group will go look for the two trolls that have purple hair and rainbow streaks. The other group needs to go look for that gray troll with the nature magic and the light blue troll with that turtle shirt on." Trollex and the doves nodded and ran off.

*With Poppy and Branch*

Their still blowing off. They past the Heart Tree and the stone entrances. "How do we stop?!" Poppy shouted. "Hold on!" Branch told her. He hugged her close, lassoed a tree with his hair, and they both got pulled into the tree. Crack! Both of them fell out of the tree and crashed on the ground. Before they crashed Branch used his hair to cushion them.

They both got up, looked at each other, and started talking at once. "Are you okay? Yes! Are you?" They laughed and hugged each other. They shared a quick kiss then looked around. "Where are we?" Poppy wondered. Branch pulled a map out of his hair. "Looks like Creepo blew us pretty far. The Heart Tree is 100 miles that way!" He pointed North. They both held hands and started walking.

After a while of walking, they both heard a noise coming from a bush. Branch stood in front of Poppy and they both stared at the bush. They heard flapping and after looking closer saw Iris?! She flew out in front of them.

Poppy ran over and hugged her. When they stopped Iris turned over them both and started talking urgently. "I'm so glad I found you! Come on we have to get back to the Heart Tree quickly!" Both of them looked at her. "That's where we're going. It's only 100 miles North." Branch explained.

Iris smirked at them. "Not the way I do it." She pulled out a few seeds and threw them on the ground. The seeds grew to form a flower with a portal to the Heart Tree. Iris turned to them. "Come on! Jump in! What are you waiting for?" She jumped in, Poppy followed her, then Branch. Little did they know GD and DJ were watching them.

*With Ocean and Phoenix*

They both had decided to continue on the trail after Esmerald left. "So anyway after the bleacher incident, me and Iris had that fight about the water fall. That was very memorable. See the story went like this..." Phoenix started telling Ocean another story. Ocean wasn't paying much attention as he talked. He kept turning around every so often as if he was looking for someone.

Phoenix noticed. He cut his story short and turned toward Ocean, knowing full well who Ocean was looking for. "I'm sure she'll start following us shortly." Ocean looked unsure. "I don't know. Do you think I was too harsh?"

Phoenix's eyes went wide. "No....."😁😅He spoke slowly. Ocean looked at him and frowned at himself. "I knew it!"

Phoenix stopped looking nervous. "Fine. Imma just be truthful. You were a little harsh. I get why, but it was a little mean. I mean she already is gray. I know you wouldn't wanna make her feel worse." He finished and started flying. Ocean nodded taking everything in. Then he remembered something. "Wait how do you know that?" He asked. Phoenix flew down a little. "No reason! Just because I may or may not have seen the way you look at each other."

Ocean slightly blushed. "How would you know that? You just met us!" Phoenix smirked. "I have my ways." Ocean looked completely baffled. "What does that mean?" Phoenix started flying again. "Phoenix I'm serious! What are you talking about? Have you been in Trollstopia before? What do you know?" That's a twist. Now Ocean will be driving Phoenix crazy talking.

*Back with Esmerald*

I was still feeling depressed after I stopped crying, so I stayed in my hair for a while listening to the wind. It seem to be humming a familiar tune I had heard before. I undid my hair and started listening to it more. It sounded like the song Bridge of Light by P!NK! I listened more and started singing along.

I thought of when I met Sunny and helped her fly. I thought of when I met Iris and asked her to pour that bucket of water on Ocean. I laughed at that memory.

I thought of the talk me and Ocean had a few days or so ago. How he said we would fight back till we win.

I started thinking of everything I haven't lost. Me and my friends back home, including Ambrosia, are still friends. We never stopped being friends. I haven't lost my kindness or humor either. I still love making others laugh, and helping them when they need it. I never lost my love of reading either. Even if I can't read all the time, I still love it. I never lost my love for animals. I've been helping them ever since I got here. I never lost my love for music either. Even if I can't play my clarinet. I've found another way for making music that I like - singing! And maybe, just maybe, I haven't lost my happiness. It still is inside me. It always has been. I just haven't shown it yet. Maybe I should start now!

I start thinking more, maybe there would be a way to send us home, but still allow us to come back whenever we want. Maybe Emerald could try and do that. Either way Ocean was kinda right.

What would happen when my friends would call and I wouldn't answer? Soon I came up with another question. What if school starts while I'm here? Me and my friends would be in 9th grade - our first year of high school. We would all want to start our freshmen year together. If I was here that would defeat the whole purpose of that. It wouldn't be fair to my friends.

I have to go back! Soon as I felt more hope firefly's were surrounding me as the wind finished the solo.

As I finished singing the firefly's moved away from me. I quickly ran over to a nearby puddle, kneeled down, and looked at my reflection. I gasped. I was no longer gray. Instead my eyes were a beautiful violet and my nose was a slightly darker green then my skin. My skin was a beautiful light green color. I had dark green hair with pink, purple, and blue streaks. I had a pretty pink, blue, and purple headband. My outfit was a dress, knee length that had a nature river landscape and in the very middle, a picture of broppy.

I smiled excitedly and pulled out a notebook and pen from my now green hair. If we're going to have any chance to defeat Creek and his father, we're going to have to out smart him and I know just how to do it! Little did I know, I was being watched.

*With Ocean and Phoenix*

Ocean continued talking to Phoenix. "I mean, I'm just saying if you are or have been spying on us, then you might wanna stop doing that cause its creepy! And further more...."

Phoenix held his wing up to silence Ocean. "Will you stop?! All I said was 'I have my ways'! I'm not some creepy weirdo that spy's on others lives! I was just referring about how you look at one another. Can't we just let it go?!" Ocean was silent. Then he started again. Phoenix groaned, but kept flying. Until they both heard footsteps. Phoenix turned his head. "What was that?"

Ocean shrugged. "I don't know." They both carefully walked up to the bushes. When they pulled the bush apart it revealed... Iris! She scrambled out of the bush and brushed the twigs off herself. She turned to Phoenix. "Didn't I tell you to use the seeds?" Phoenix looked wide. "Dang! I knew I forgot something." Ocean turned to Iris. "You mean to tell me that he could've did something that would have got us back to the Heart Tree?!"

Iris nodded. Ocean turned to glare at Phoenix. Phoenix crossed his wings and started whistling casually. Ocean rolled his eyes. "If you had that, then why did you wait until now to say anything?!" Phoenix shrugged casually. "I wanted to talk and make friends? That and I really wanted some drama and I figured you and that other troll were going to argue. I also kinda forgot about it." Ocean groaned. Iris interrupted. "Oh yeah! Have any of you seen Esmerald. We have doves searching everywhere, but we can't find her."

Phoenix sighed. "Well, originally I had found both of them, but then ya see something kinda happened and now she is off somewhere very upset and very lost!" He turned to Ocean. Ocean looked down in shame. Iris seemed to be thinking. "Okay you two start going back to the Heart Tree, and I'll send more doves out to find her. We've already found Poppy, Branch, Journey , and Adventure. So based on my calculations she's the only one we haven't found and we've looked everywhere."

Phoenix nodded and threw some seeds on the ground. He and Ocean were about to go in, until a cage fell on them. They looked around frantically to see who dropped the cage. They looked up and saw Trollex and a bunch of doves. Trollex motioned for some doves to grab the cage. They did and flew off with them.

"Great!" Iris groaned. Ocean started looking nervous. "If they have us, then that means there are other zombie trolls at the Heart Tree." They turned and saw Zombiefied doves flying off. "And Creek must have sent those doves to find Esmerald!" Phoenix realized. They all looked at each other nervously. "Oh no! Esmerald and everybody else is in trouble!"
