(Apartment) Trixie's POV

Elena and I are outside Alaric's apartment. We came to see how he is and to drop off somethings. Damon answered the door though. "Morning sunshines" he says.

"Hey, hows Ric?" Elena asks him. Elena moves to enter the apartment, but Damon closes the door slightly to block her way.

"Indecent, but fine" Damon answers.

"So then, does that mean there were no issues last night?" we ask him.

"Nope. Slept like a baby, woke up Alaric. No head minds about dead Council members" Damon tells us.

"Then why do I feel like you're hiding something from us?" Elena asks him.

"Well, maybe because you're being all paranoid and control freaky. What'd you bring me?" he asks taking the bag from me. "Ooo, chocolate muffins. You know what they say; a way to a psycho killer's heart is through his stomach" he states.

"They're not for you" I tell him annoyed as Elena takes the bag from him.

"Fine. Keep convincing yourselves you're still mad at me. But sadly, Ric's gonna have to miss Elena and Trixie time today. You know lock-down and all" he tells us.

"Just take it and give it to him and tell him that I miss him, okay?" Elena asks handing him back the bag of muffins.

"She means 'we'" I correct her.

"With pleasure" Damon tells us. He starts to shut the door on us. "Have a great day, thanks for coming bye" he says and shuts the door. I share a look with Elena and we head for the stairwell.

"Is it just me, or was that weird?" I ask Elena.

"It was a little weird" she states. "So what are you doing today?" she asks me.

"Caroline and I were going to go shopping" I tell her.

"What? No Klaus today?" she asks me.

"I know you and the others don't approve, but he makes me happy Elena. I wish you'd at least be civil" I tell her. "I mean Klaus has been, even though you all conspired to kill him and his family" I state.

"I'm not going to apologize for that" she states.

"If you don't stop Elena, I'm going to have to choose between you guys and his family. I can't do that" I tell her. Before leaving her.

(Woods) Third Persons POV

Caroline, Matt, Elena, Stefan and Damon are in the woods. "Where's Bonnie?" Stefan asks. "I texted her too" he states.

"Um, Bonnie's mom bailed on her. Again. So, I think we should leave her out of this one" Care states.

"What are we doing here?" Matt asks.

"We found some more white oak. Long story, wait for the movie" Damon states.

"Hang on. White oak? You have a weapon that can kill Klaus?" Elena asks him.

"Nope. We all have a weapon" Stefan states dropping a bag of stakes onto the floor. "Klaus has always been one step ahead of us, but now we have the advantage. We're all armed and they are all linked, meaning we only need to kill one of them. We need to seize the best opportunity, which means we need to prepare for every opportunity" he explains.

"Scenario number one" Damon says. "You get to play Klaus" he tells Elena.

"Rebekah is our target so we distract her and catch her off guard. To do that we need to keep Klaus separate and occupied. Caroline" Stefan says.

"Why do I always have to be Klaus bait?" she asks annoyed.

"Because he's obsessed with your best friend" Damon tells her. "But for right now we need you to play Rebekah. We use the quarterback to distract her. Just keep her talking" he explains.

"How?" Matt asks.

"Act interested. She's lonely, desperate" Damon tells him.

"Clearly. She slept with you" Care states and Elena smiles.

"Beefcake holds bombshell. I come up from behind her" Damon says going behind Caroline. "Grab her arms like this" he states. Putting them behind her back roughly.

"Ow" she says. Stefan comes up with the stake in his hand, imitating stabbing Caroline.

"Gives me time for one shot" Stefan states and Damon lets her go.

"Got it? Good. So we all have one stake, we keep it hidden and we look out for any opportunity we have" Damon tells them. "No last minute attacks of pity for any of them" he says looking at Elena.

"Don't worry about me. Not after what happened to Bonnie's mom" Elena assures him.

"Barbie?" Damon asks.

"Oh, I'm ready. Anything that will free Tyler from his sire bond to Klaus" Care states.

"Busboy?" Damon asks.

"Do I have a choice?" Matt asks him.

"Good point" Damon says.

"We have 12 stakes, 12 shots at killing one Original. We can do this. Alright, let's try another scenario. Elena grab a crossbow" Stefan says handing it to her. "Matt you play Klaus" he adds.

Trixie's POV

Caroline stood me up. So I'm at Klaus'. "Trixie. I thought you were shopping with Caroline" Klaus says as he answers the door.

"I was meant to, but she stood me up" I tell him. "Something is up with the others. Damon was weird this morning and wouldn't let Elena & I see Ric this morning. I'm worried" I state.

"You need not worry, I am dealing with the situation" he tells me.

"You found Finn?" I ask him.

"Yes, a witch is unlinking us as we speak" he states.

"That's great" I say with a smile. My phone bings and I see it's Caroline. "It's Caroline, she says she's sorry and said something came up with her mother" I state.

"You don't sound convinced little fox" he states.

"I'm just being paranoid I'm sure" I tell him. "So are you free tonight?" I ask him.

"Yes, how about dinner at the grill? My treat" he suggests.

"Sounds perfect" I tell him with a smile. "Anyway, I'll leave you with the witch and will see you tonight" I state. He kisses me and I left. I go to the grill for lunch.

"Beatrice!" a guy says and I turn to see Finn with a red haired girl. He waves me over.

"It's Trixie Finn" I tell him.

"Of course, allow me to introduce you to my girl friend Sage" he says.

"Pleasure" she says offering her hand. I shake it. "So you're the one dating Klaus?" she asks.

"Guess you could say that, we started dating the day of the ball" I tell her.

"Well we were about to have some tequila, he has never had it before" she tells me nodding to Finn.

"Well we have to rectify that" I state as I join them.

"My thoughts exactly" Sage says with a smile. She orders us three shots. I put salt on my hand and lick it before taking my shot. Sage pours salt on Finn's wrist. Sage licks the salt off her wrist and shoots the tequila. Finn does the same as I suck on a lime.

"Happy now?" Finn asks her and she gives him a lime. He sucks on it. "I'm truly awed by the evolution of mankind" he states.

"This is nothing, wait until you try your first cocktail" I tell him. As a man approaches us.

"Hey Sage" he says.

"Hi Troy" she says. Troy nods at Finn and I, then leaves.

"You know him?" I ask Sage.

"I turned him" she states.

"You turned him? Why?" Finn asks her.

"Because I'm in enemy territory. When your brother and sister called, I thought I might need a little back up. You can't trust anyone here" she states. Matt approaches us.

"Hey Matt, three more tequilas" I tell him.

"Sure Trixie, I'll let your waitress know" he states. I smile as he left.

"So how come Klaus hasn't turned you yet?" Sage asks me.

"We only just started dating and I am so not ready to be a vampire" I tell her. "Besides we haven't discussed it yet" I add.

"How many people have you turned?" Finn asks her.

"I don't know. A lot. Don't judge me, Finn, you turned me" she says.

"Exactly Sage, I turned you. My passion overtook my morals" he states.

"My passions overtake my morals on a daily basis. It's called living life to the fullest" Sage tells him. As our shots arrive. "Finally" she says. "To living life to the fullest" she says holding up her shot glass.

Finn raises his shot glass and clinks it against hers. I do the same. "To living life..." Finn starts.

"To the fullest" I finish.  Sage laughs and we drink our shots. Suddenly, they spit them back up and start choking. "What the hell? Are you guys ok?" I ask shocked.

"Vervain" Finn states. We spot Stefan leaving. He stops and stares at us, then walks out the door. Sage and Finn get up and go after him. I follow them. They exit the grill first and I follow to see them fighting with Stefan.

"Trixie, the stake" Sage tells me and I spot a white oak stake on the stairs. I rush over to grab it. Suddenly Elena and Matt burst out a back door. Elena shoots Finn in the stomach with the crossbow and Matt comes in and stabs him with another stake, directly in the heart. "No!" Sage and I shout.

Sage rushes down the stairs to Finn's side. Matt and Elena go back in the building and close the door. Sage cries as she watches Finn die and strokes his face. Stefan looks down from the top of the stairs and then leaves. "Finn, no" Sage cries.

"Oh no, Klaus!" I shout and run for the Mikaelson manor. I enter and shout Klaus' name.

"Love" he says appearing in front of me.

"Oh thank god!" I cry and cling to him. "I thought I'd lost you" I state.

"Trixie, what happened? Why are you so upset?" he asks me.

"They killed him" I state.

"Who killed who?" he asks. "Deep breaths" he says "tell me what happened" he adds. Suddenly we hear Stefan call for him. Klaus leads me to another room. "Oh good, a hero. What do you want?" Klaus asks him.

Stefan drops the duffel bag with the stakes and Klaus's feet. "I'm here to make a deal" he states. "Eight stakes made of white oak. The part of Wickery Bridge that you forgot to burn" he explains.

"That's impossible" Rebekah states.

"Actually it's not. Finn is dead" Stefan states.

"You killed my brother?" Rebekah demands.

"They did, I saw it with my own eyes" I state. Klaus wraps an arm around me.

"Damon in exchanged for the last eight weapons that can kill you" Stefan tells Klaus.

"And how do I know there aren't any more left?" Klaus asks him.

"Because there aren't" Stefan states.

"Why should he believe you?" I demand.

"Let's be certain, shall we?" Klaus suggests and heads over to Damon. Compelling him to leave. Damon tries to do so. "Alright, stop, stop, stop, before you hurt yourself. Well, seeing that he can finally be compelled. Now" he says. "Minus the stake that's in my brother, how many more stakes are out there that can kill me?" he asks using compulsion.

"Eleven" Damon answers in a monotone.

"Eleven! Really? So, not eight then" Klaus says looking at Stefan.

"I'll get you the other three" Stefan assures him.

"Yeah, that'll be nice. Or since you lied, maybe I'll just compel your brother to chew out his own tongue" Klaus states.

"What is wrong with you?" Stefan asks him.

"What is wrong with you?! Do you really have no appreciation for me? I have given you someone to hate, to loathe, a target for all of your anger; so you don't have to turn it on yourself. I have given your life purpose, as your friend" Klaus tells him. Stefan rushes at Klaus and pins him against a wall with a white oak stake in hand. Klaus grabs his wrist. "Step down, or you both die" he states.

Stefan loosens his grip and Klaus takes the stake. "There. Now you only have to get me the other two" Klaus tells him.

"This is ridiculous" Rebekah states. Rebekah walks over to Damon and releases him from the traps. Damon falls to his knees. Klaus walks over to her.

"What are you doing?" he asks her.

"I brought him here. I get to release him. My rules now. Bring us the stakes and you both live. Take your brother as a sign of good faith" she tells Stefan. She picks up the duffel bag with the stakes and leaves the room.

"Bring us the stakes. All of them. Or I will wage a war against everyone you love. I hope I'm being clear" Klaus tells Stefan. Before Stefan left with Damon.

"Klaus they're my loved ones too" I remind him.

"You're going to have to choose Trixie. Me and my family or the others" he tells me.

"Please, don't make me choose" I plead.

"I'm sorry Trixie, but they started this" he tells me.

"No you did, when you sacrificed my sister. But I forgave you for that as you saved me multiple times. But I can't choose between my family and friends & you. I won't" I tell him.

"Then let me make this quiet simple" he states. "I had Bonnie unlink my family, she did it because I threatened to kill your cousin Jeremy" he tells me. I look at him shocked. How could he go after my family like that? "I'll tell you something Elijah and I learned a long time ago. Family above all" he tells me.

"Then I guess we're over" I state backing away from him feeling heart broken. "I won't stand by while you threaten my family. You protect yours and I'll protect mine" I tell him and left. I go home and see Elena.

"Trixie, I..." she starts to say and I hug her.

"He threatened Jeremy" I cry. "We're over Elena, he choose his family over me and I choose mine" I state.

"I'm sorry Trixie, I never wanted you to be hurt" she tells me as she hugs me tight.

"Can I come home?" I ask her.

"Of course you can" she tells me. "We're going to get Jeremy. Damon and I, you should come. It would do you some good to get out of town for awhile" she states.

"That's not a bad idea" I tell her. "But tonight, sister sleepover?" I ask and she nods her head. We ordered pizza, watched TV and talked about her thing with the Salvatores. Before falling asleep on her bed.
