Jeongsan came to stand with him. He could tell Soobin was in deep thought. "What is it ? Feeling off ?" Soobin knew he was worried. Everyone was worried. One little duel & his body couldn't seem to handle it. "난 괜찮아요. 그냥 몇 가지 생각 중이에요." (I am fine. Just thinking about some things.)

Which was true. He had quite a lot on his mind. Jeongsan rested a hand on his shoulder. "I assume you just had that meeting with your older brothers..." Soobin nodded letting out a deep sigh. The deepest sigh he's let out yet. "Your assumption is correct. I am just glad they didn't suggest a duel as I had thought they would." 

Jeongsan smiled, "They still are your brothers. You care about them." Soobin replayed the conversation with his brothers in his mind. More than anything, he was just disappointed that they wouldn't just let their parents go. "No, I don't care about them. They made their choice." 

Jeongsan felt that Soobin was lying about something. "수비나 씨, 뭔가 숨기고 있어요. 그럼 뭐죠?" (You are hiding something, Soobin ah. What is it then ?) Well, he figured it quick. Jeongsan made it routine to make sure all five of the boys he took in were never hiding anything.

Soobin pointed at the lake, "I feel drawn to the lake for some reason." Now this was grounds to be concerned. Jeongsan had appreciation for the lake somewhat saving his life all those years ago, but they had no idea of the true dangers of the lake itself. "Drawn how ? Is it calling to you ? Have you gone to it ?"

Soobin shook his head. "I haven't. It just is a strong feeling..."  Jeongsan made Soobin face him. "Promise me you'll stay away, Soobin. We can't trust the lake. There is still we have yet to understand about it." Problem was, that strong feeling Soobin has... It would get stronger. Soobin nodded, "I promise. You have nothing worry about." 

Yeonjun met up with Soobin. He had just come from the penitentiary from visiting his parents. All the others still wanted to visit them. Yeonjun even undid the mute spell he had done on his father. Something about forgiveness as well as acceptance. "Take your vitamins. We've all been worried you've been getting weaker." 

Soobin rolled his eyes as he sat at his window. Their dorm rivaled those of all the other houses. I mean, it was in a secret not-so-secret tower. "I don't need to. I took them earlier after my talk with Jeongsan hyung." Yeonjun sat across from him, "확실하나요? 안색이 안 좋아 보여요. 밥 먹었어요?" (Are you sure ? You look pale. Have you eaten ?) 

Soobin hasn't had much of an appetite for a while. He was stressed out. The feeling he had wasn't going away either. "Why are you hovering ? What do you need to tell me ?" Yeonjun sighed. He knew what he was about to say was bound to upset Soobin. However, Soobin deserved to know how he felt. "Why won't you visit the penitentiary ? Your mother misses you." 

Soobin scoffed, "Misses me ? I don't want to visit them. Why must I make the effort when they couldn't even be decent parents ?" Soobin was probably being a bit irrational, but he had a right to feel how he felt. "Don't you think this has gone on long enough ? How long are you going to punish them ? They already are in the penitentiary, Soobin ah. Is that not punishment enough ?", Yeonjun said not anticipating what was to come next. 

"당신은 당신의 아버지 연준형을 용서했나요? 당신은 잡혔어요? 어린 시절 아버지가 당신을 죽이려 했지만 용서에 대해 제게 설교하고 싶은 건 받아들이기 편하지 않나요?" (Have you forgiven your father, Yeonjun hyung ? Have you ? Isn't it convenient you can accept your father tried to kill you as a child, but you want to preach to me about forgiveness ?) 

The conversation had come to a complete stop. Did Soobin really just say that ? Rather than argue, Yeonjun quickly excused himself. Soobin couldn't have meant that, right ? 

Then all was silent once more...
