3rd person's POV
Suzu stared blankly at the man chained to a chair, bruises and scars decorated his body and a recent scratch on his lip started oozing out blood, yet this didn't stop the man from laughing.

"This is your surprise?! A kid! And you were all too smug earlier saying That I'll spit whatever information you wanted when you'll bring out your secret weapon!" he continued to babble and laugh although this did not faze Suzu nor Ibiki one bit.

"Go on runt. Show him what you got." ignoring the captive's useless retorts, Suzu tilted her head in question at the bandana man, confused on what to do.

"What exactly..?"

"That glowing thing you did with your eyes." a flash of memory from yesterday came on Suzu's head, the said girl vigourously shaking her head dozens of times, not wanting to.

"Can't control." Ibiki furrowed his brows and thought of another solution, when an idea popped out of his head.

"How about you do whatever method you'd wanna use. Sounds great?"

"But-"

"Get the information, and you'll get a box of whatever sweets you want."

As quickly as Ibiki stated the next few sentences, Suzu was already in front of the man with a small yet long pointy needle of ice forming in front of one of his eyes, laughing stopped and fear was etched on his face.

"Talk."

After a few hours of threatening, torturing, stabbing, and asking, Suzu finally got the information Ibiki needed with his help of course, since the man before he died was very strong willed up until the end.

"You did a good job runt- I might take you again for another torturing with me another time." grinning, Ibiki ruffled the blue haired girl's hair, who was wiping her face that was splattered with blood from awhile ago.

"Please don't."

Suzu's POV
Sitting on a bench in front of the dango shop, bandana and I were eating the dango he bought when an Eagle from the sky circled above us before going back to the hokage's building.

"Looks like the hokage's calling for us." Bandana stood up, but before he could walk forward, I tugged at the end of his sleeve.

"What is it runt?" he grunted, crossing his arms at me.

"Bandana-"

"Ibiki. Call me Ibiki." I looked at him, surprised, although he only ruffled my hair as a silent gesture to go on.

"Ibiki bandana." an angry vein popped out of his forehead, the hand on my head suddenly grips tighter making me release grunts of pain, squirming on his hold.

"Didn't I tell you-"

"Thank you." I managed to let out. Feeling Ibiki's grip on my head loosen, my hand immediately went to where he tortured, trying to soothe my head from the pain.

"Let's go- we can't let the hokage wait." nodding, I take the box of dangos and follow after him. Ibiki began to walk towards the hokage's tower, munching on my dango while staring at his back I followed him.

Arriving at the hokage's office, Ibiki stood to my right while I stood at the center, staring at the hokage who puffed out smoke from his pipe before speaking.

"How was your day with Ibiki, Suzu?"

"Fun." munching on another stick of dango, the hokage chuckled at this and placed his pipe down at his desk, staring at me once more.

"I apologise for not being able to train you today, so to make up for it, how about going for some missions today?"

Excitement bubbled in my stomach eagerly nodding at his request, the hokage giving me scrolls that contained the missions I needed to accomplish.

Opening up one scroll, I was surprised to see what it had inside it, reading it with curiosity before speaking.

"This is..."

Huffing, I finished taking out the weeds from the garden of one of the civilians', the next mission I was about to do was walk the dogs of the meat shop owner, afterwards polishing the kunais in the weapon store then lastly watering the plants of a certain flower shop.

"Thank you so much for helping out! Please tell the hokage that I'm grateful for this!" nodding, I take the small reward of vegetables from the lady before hurrying to the meat shop, the owner giving me the leash to his three humongous dogs that almost reached my height.

"Sorry for the inconvenience--but don't worry, these guys are very friendly. " shaking my head, I give him a small smile.

"No problem sir."

As I was walking the dogs to the park, I spot my sister and her team taking out weeds of another civilian's garden.

"Sis!" waving, I got Sakura's attention who gave me an awkward wave back before avoiding my eyes, my smile dropping letting my free hand rest back to my side, the dogs in front of me whimpering slightly seemingly sensing my sadness.

"No need to worry." petting their heads, this seemed to lighten them up and lick my face in happiness making me giggle, before looking back at my sister and her team only to see Uzumaki-san pulling out something that was not a weed.

"Uzumaki-san-!"

"Oh hey Suzu-chan!"

"That's not weed!"

His face paled before looking at the now uprooted plant on his hands, the owner of the house suddenly appeared and saw her precious plant uprooted.

Before I could see anything else, I was dragged by the dogs forward, arriving at the park as to which they played with other dogs in the park.

Blinking, I see a flash of white making me rub my eyes to see if it was real or not, but when I did open my eyes I was tackled by a puppy licking my face happily in greeting.

"Akamaru?" the said dog barked in happiness before letting me sit up just in time Kiba ran in front of us and carried the puppy to his head.

"Sorry for that- Suzu?"

"That's me."

"Woah-! Didn't expect to see you here! Whaddya doin all alone?" I point to the three dogs playing with each other now, barking happily while rough housing with each other.

"How about you?"

"Well, Akamaru here suddenly ran off when we were training, who knew he just wanted to see ya!"

Smiling for a short moment, I stand up and once again put the leash back onto their collars, the dogs barking at me petting their heads.

"Have to go."

Kiba walked towards me with Akamaru wagging his tail barking, hand now patting my back.

"See you then!" grinning, he waved as I waved back, before walking the dogs back to their owner who thanked me and gave me a bunch of beef jerkies as to which I thanked him.

Finishing the last few missions, I sneak back to my room through the open window and plopped back down on my bed, tired.

Closing the window and the curtains shut, I did not bother that the ninjas assigned to watch over me couldn't see me now and went to sleep, forgetting about dinner.
