Regular Chicken Cheese Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
> DOUGH
All purpose flour - 3 cups
Yeast (dry) - 1/2 Tb.Sp
Sugar - 1 Tb.Sp
Luke warm water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
water - 1 cup
> TOPPING
Chicken (boneless) - 1 breast piece
Garlic (mashed) - 1 spoon
Onion (chopped round) - 6 pieces
Capsicum (chopped round) - 6 pieces
Salt - to taste
Tomato puree - 1 bowl
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 spoon
Cheese - 4 ounces
METHOD:
> DOUGH
1: Add one spoon sugar to luke warm water and sprinkle Yeast in it.
2: Place it aside covered for 10 minutes. Do not Mix.
3: Bubbles/foam will start to form, this means that Yeast is active and ready to use.
4: Knead dough with it.
5: Set dough aside for minimum 40 minutes.
>TOPPING
1: Saute chicken, salt, red chili, vinegar, sugar, red pepper (dry), garlic and soy sauce together.
2: For tomato puree, add tomato pulp, salt, vinegar, sugar, spice in pan and saute, when thick turn off the stove.
3: Dough will double after 40 minutes. Now spread dough on 10x10 inches pan, use oil to prevent sticking.
4: Spread topping, pizza sauce, tomato puree and vegetable rings.
5: Preheat oven on 30 degree Fahrenheit.
6: Bake pizza in it for about 20 minutes until crust turns golden yellow.
EXTRA TIP:
To make your pizza look professional, garnish in the following manner,
1: spread ketchup evenly all over dough before putting in oven.
2: put tomatoe rings arranged in a circle.
3: spread pizza sauce all over. (optional)
4: sprinkle half of your grated cheese evenly.
5: add all other vegetables, chicken and stuff.
6: apply ketchup again.
7: add olives.
8: sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly.
9: now put it in the oven.
