Papa is just a 4 letter word,
Yet stronger than a mere sword.

And the meaning you give to my life,
Is something unmeasurable to even strive!

You were always there for me,
And that made my heart be in glee.

The love you have for me, for your daughter,
Is a simple, yet unfathomable matter!

Reminiscing my old days, when I was young,
I recall now, how beautifully you have sung.

Only after lulling me to sleep, you have your dinner,
Until then you took care of me just by drinking the winner.

I was always amazed by the way you were there,
And I thank God for giving you as my dad by a prayer.

When I am old enough, I promise you I will make you happy,
You have given me everything, and I declare, you are the world's best, daddy!
