"Is this how he acts" Jaxtyn whispered into Annika's ear. She let's his warm minty breath linger a little before answering

"No I really don't know what gotten into him". They all waited till the class was empty. Cosmina knew as much not to get in between a wolves fight.

"Whoa kenzo what happened to you... Mom pissed you off or something"Jaxtyn teased a little trying to ease up the atmosphere cause the angry alpha was taken up the air space.

Kenzo growled at him making Jaxtyn's eyes glow. Being the next alpha of the MOON WALKER PARK that is the strongest park. Jaxtyn was able to make Kenzo submit to him.

"Annika"he started. Annika jumped a little bit having heard how grave his voice was she turned to him and stared deeply as if daring him to talk to her. She could have sworn she told him to back off.

"Annika"he said again as if trying to find his normal voice"where the fuck have you being for a week and half"he boomed.

Okay his voice didn't come out as he expected it to.. He didn't really mean to shout or use his alpha voice on her. He could feel her fighting the control not to submit to him it was like watching a magnet trying not to attach itself to an iron.

Then Jaxtyn placed his palm on her shoulders stroking it peacefully while he strained his eyes at the angry alpha.

"Am rejecting her"kenzo said after much wait of time. Annika didn't see the point of his statement but she saw the shock on jaxtyn,Cosmina and Crosslin

"You will do no such thing"jaxtyn angered as he rose from his chair. Annika has never seen Jaxtyn this angry hell she has never seen him angry at all she didn't believe he had that side in him

"You haven't even met her" Cosmina said softly as though feeling for the female mate.
Male wolves suffer a lot from not having a mate or being rejected.

Thats why Cosmina felt pity for her. Though she isn't a wolf and has no future mate waiting for her. For all she knows she could fall for a wolf, human, wizard, or a vampire.

"I don't need to meet her before I know I don't love her"Kenzo said as if he was being forced to say it. It hurts him too.

"Dude you have a fucking mate over in Nairobi and you are coming after mine"jaxtyn said getting all possessive of Annika.

And she loved it no one has ever being this possessive of her not even kenzo. Yes he got angry when he saw her talking to another guy in school but not crazy possessive as Jaxtyn was at the moment.

"I wanna hear her say it". Kenzo said and the all faced Annika.

She was already pissed by the scene Kenzo had already cause so if tell him she doesn't need him would make all this madness stop then she would gladly do it and actually she was angry that Jaxtyn was angry and for some sort of reason she felt his pain.

"And I want her to say it looking at me"kenzo added. What was he trying to say that she still had feelings for him.

The feelings started fading when she started talking to Jaxtyn over the phone, it still sort of surprised her that he started liking Jaxtyn even without seeing him though with the occasionally face time.

"Sweetest you don't have to tell him anything if prove any-"jaxtyn said but she interrupted him.

"Kenzo you want me to say it looking at you huh? "She said standing up even though she wasn't half his height even with her heels on.

"Kenzo I don't FUCKING what you in my damn life. You stress me out, don't you get it you have a betrothed in Nairobi everyone wants you to go and meet her why can't you just go and fucking leave my life and for your information am well damned happy with Jaxtyn if that is truly what you want to hear me face"Annika said breathing deeply. She looked at everyone and groaned.

She walked out of the class. The hallway was empty maybe they went to the lab to have biology class. The class door open behind her.

"Kenzo FUCKING stop following-"she shouted turning to give him a piece of her mind once more but happily saw Jaxtyn standing there.

He stretched his arms out and she happily went to him enveloped in his warmth and embrace.

"Its all over now"he said

"I wanna go"she simply said. Jaxtyn nodded

"Hop on my back"she did without question. And he ran into the woods.

"What the hell was that mehn"Crosslin said. Kenzo looked at him Crosslin was fighting the power he had o we him

"Fucking stop it Kenzo"Cosmina said. Kenzo glared at her. She just rolled her eyes completely not affected by him

"I'm a fucking vampire princess and you think your moronic alpha claim can make me submit"she asked glaring at him her eyes turned blood red as she continued. "I may be a vampire but I know damn well that's Annika isn't your mate she is a fucking human unless you want to tell me you smell wolf stink all over her I did prefer you get your head out of you ass and go to Nairobi to met you bloody mate. You know this rejection shit affects you more than it affect its her. Thank the Luna that you haven't said the full words of rejection unless you wont even be up feet and you will feel her pain. And the three of us here know that just by you suggesting the rejecting put a hole in your heart. So I will only tell you once go to Nairobi and get you fucking Luna"she concluded and left the room.

Crosslin just shook his head at him and left with Cosmina as the bell rang for lunch

Annika kept her distance from Jaxtyn probably thinking he still mad.

"Baby am not mad at you"he said as if reading her mind

"You sure?"she asked still keeping her distance.

"Yeah and I swear am not gonna hurt you". Did she really think he would actually hurt her? She swallowed and went to him.

She might not admit it but she wanted to be in his arm again, to feel his warm breath on her neck.

They enveloped together saying nothing just tangled in each other. Jaxtyn dipped his head a little bit while she lifted hers to kiss him. They kissed.

The kiss got really heated, the next Annika knew was that her back was arched again the tree bark and her legs wrapped around Jaxtyn's waist, she cared the least about how she got to that position.

From some distance Annika came down Jaxtyn back her eyes were still gold but paler this time around.

"Let me drop you off"jaxtyn said as Annika turned to leave. She stopped and turn to face him as tho he didn't just say something to her.

"Please let me drop you home"he repeated hell how can anyone say no to him.

And right as she had told him in the woods the bell rung for school over. Students rushed out some girls throwing death glares at Annika as she walked hand in hand with Jaxtyn

They got to her locker. Cosmina was already there. Immediately Cosmina saw her she threw her herself at her giving her a bear hug.

"I was worried sick about you at least I can take you home safely without being chopped off by your mom"she said

"Um-Cos um-Jaxtyn is taking me home"annika said. Cosmina looked up and didn't bother to hold her gaze with him. She might be hard rock on Kenzo but not on Jaxtyn he was the alpha of the strongest park. She just nodded. Annika dropped her notes and textbooks that Cosmina kept for her.

"Am still following you home though"annika just nodded happily. "Oh yeah before I forget MacKenzie invited us to her pool party"

"Girl are you serious why would she do that"she said closing her locker shut. And absently joined her arm with Jaxtyn.

"Hell I don't know maybe because of Mr. Hot stuff here" she said pointing to Jaxtyn. He looked stunned

"Who is Mackenzie and why is inviting us to her pool party suddenly a big problem?"he asked obviously confused

"Well babe Mackenzie is the she devil in Westville high sent to ruin me"annika said

"And she is the leader of the cheer leading squad"

"Wait I thought all cheerleaders were named Ashley,Brittney and Wendy"he said looking more confused. Annika and Cosmina erupted into a hit fit laugh

"Wait wait babe you thought all cheerleaders were named Ashley and Wendy"

"For reals?"Cosmina said as they continued laughing. After the laugh died down they were in front of Jaxtyn Lamborghini

"Girl after school on Friday um you have to go shopping for swim suit and Jaxtyn pls help her"

"Hey! Am not terrible at picking clothes"

"Yh sure that why you dress Gothic every day"

"So how am I meant to dress"she asked

"Babe dress more girl like"jaxtyn said

"You also agree with her"she trying trying to fake hurt

"No babe am just um- clarifying what she said that all"he said raising his hands up in surrender

"Yh huh nice save"Annika said

"Besides am I meant to dress like Mackenzie"

"Eeew girl gross she dresses like a rainbow unicorn threw up on her"Cosmina said as they laughed about it.

"Any who the party is in her house on Saturday I will text you the address"Cosmina said as she waved them off

"Come on let go home"Jaxtyn said

Even though they laughed a few minutes ago the ride to annika's house was death silent only the rush of wind as jaxtyn drove. He reached her house

"Am sorry for what I did"annika said

She is sorry?? Jaxtyn thought

"Don't be sorry it ok"he assured
She looked at him not knowing what to say Jaxtyn. Just leaned forward and kissed her.

"Does that assure you a little?"he said smirking. She blushed

"Bye yummy"

"Bye sweetest"
