((This is going to be the chapter that I really don't wanna write but I'm going to anyway~))

Dusk's POV

I nodded following Dawn outside, I sat on the cliff overlooking the valley, I stared up at him curious.
Dawn sighed, "I had a weird dream last night..."

I nodded, my fur prickling as I was starting to get an idea about what this was about...

"I saw Rain... He was one of my siblings that died when I was young." He said a small tint of grief in his voice. I rested the tip of my tail on his shoulder.
I felt Leya's words run through me, and I felt my belly cramp up, I gritted my teeth against the pain.

' "Tell him!" '

Dawn nuzzled me. "Are you alright?" He asked snapping me out of my thoughts. I took a deep breath surpresing the pain. "I'm fine," I said matter of factly. Dawn's ear twitched

I felt the cramp in my belly return and Leya's voice yelling at me again.

' "Tell him!" '

I shivered and Dawn rapped his tail around me, pulling me closer. "Are you sure your alright? You look pale..."
I shook my head.
"Are you sick?"
I let out a breath, "n-no I'm fine..."
"What is it then...."
"Recently I found something out.... Rain must have visited you... A past friend of mine did too last night, she told me something."

Dawn looked at me calmly, his gaze resting on me.
I took a deep breath.

"Dawn how would you feel about being a father?..."

His ears twitched in surprise. "I don't know, I think I might like that....." He looked down at his paws, unsure of how to answer that.

"Why do you ask?..."
"Because your going to be one...." I said awkwardly. He looked at me for a moment, utter shock on his face. He smiled nuzzling into my fur, he barked.
((I was going to say purr but I don't think wolves can purr....))

"I'll protect you, I promise... You'll be fine. I'm so happy!" He said licking me on the muzzle, I nodded, he pulled me closer to him.
