Approximately half an hour ago, we received notice of an outbreak in one of our holding facilities. Commander Vogarin has been dispatched to secure the threat, but to mitigate potential panic among our other facilities, I've denied the commander's request to reinforce his squadron with additional troops from local bases. Not to worry, our reports indicate only two Kinetics have escaped. Vogarin's men should be more than enough to put a stop to their rampage. I will send an update once this matter is settled.
