Birds flew around Hakuna Matata Falls in search for some food for their young ones, meanwhile Kion and Rani lay still in their cave, asleep peacefully. Each breed of Bird sang as they praised the morning sky, waking up every animal to signal a new day, Kion woke up first, listening to the songs the birds were singing,  he didn't want to wake Rani but his fun side got the best of him, nudging Rani's neck getting her up. Rani grunted as she didn't want to see the light, Kion licked her cheek but all he got was more grunts telling him to stop, Kion started to push her around, clearly he wanted her awake but Rani wanted to remain sleeping. Kion had an idea and so he got up and walked out of the cave, stretched and went over to the lake, slowly entering the cold waters as he bathed himself, his plan was to get Rani all soaked, a great way to wake her up, already wet enough Kion exited the water and went inside the cave dripping of slimy liquids, he went over to his sleeping queen and shook his fur clean and dry getting the water all over the cave walls and of course Rani, the cold water shocking Rani out of her dream, she gasped as the water touched her brown fur. "Kion!", Rani exclaimed as she got up and shook the water off, Kion was laughing as he was rolling along the floor like a cub, " oh your gonna get it now", Rani tackled Kion as they rolled out of the cave and began to playfully fight with each other, Kion leaped at Rani who leaped as well, colliding Kion was facing the entrance of the cave while Rani was staring directly at Kion, he smirked as a plan flooded his mind, "If you want me come get me", Sounding as cocky as ever he teased her to get her to pounce on him and she obeyed, Rani left the ground and leaped at Kion who was ready and fell straight to the ground, rolled over lying on his back and kicked at Rani once she landed on him, he threw her off and diving into the freezing cold water, she came up all shivering and basically swearing, Kion laid there laughing his head off as they splashed each other, Rani got out and laid next to Kion who found a nice warm spot in the sun, they calmed down as they tried getting dry, Rani lying her head on Kion's as they empire the spectacular view in front of them, the waterfall, the mountains and the amazing plants and creatures. " What do you think the cubs are up to?", Rani started cleaning herself, licking and cleaning her head, "I don't know? Hopefully not in any trouble?", " hay, since we did pretty much everything we needed to do, why don't we head home early and surprise them? Come home a day early?", Kion liked that idea and stated they can leave after having some breakfast and saying goodbye.

The cubs were scared about going out again, sticking no more than a few hundred miles from the tree the three siblings didn't want to get chased by the terrifying leopards. "What do we want to do today?", Karla forgot all about yesterday's incident and wanted to something fun, " I don't know? What if those leopards are still around?", "than we can do something around here", " okay", Rafi suggested a game of tag but Carlos suggested baobab ball, a game Kion and Bunga would always play, the objective is to keep the fruit in your grasp for a long time while the other/s try and take it from you, the animal who holds it the longest wins," yeah, that is even better?", Karla ran into the tree and came out with a baobab fruit in her mouth,"great, who wants to start?", "I will", Carlos grabbed it from Karla and ran off with the fruit, Rafi and Karla ran after him trying to take it from him.
"that fruit is mine", Karla protested, " no, the fruit is mine", Fighting over the fruit the two cubs try and keep up with Carlos.

The Day Pride were keeping a close eye out for the three leopards in case they came out, the Night Pride kept close around the cubs as they watched the cubs play a game, maybe they could join in? Baliyo being the youngest still had a mindset of a child and so he joined in, the fruit falling in front of Surak, he didn't really care about the game, "come on Uncle Surak, come play with us", Surak didn't want to, " yeah Surak, come play", Baliyo persuaded Surak to play, Surak got up picked it up and ran off with the fruit, "hay, that's not fair, we didn't know your playing now", Surak played around as Nirmala was the only one watching them. In the distance, over the mountain and past the entrance of the west border the leopards watched as they scoped out the area, looking up Anga and Ono were keeping an eye out, they ducted out of the birds sight and waited till they passed, they were returning and wanted to take the cubs but they first needed to know where they are and how to catnip them.

"Thanks again for having us around your home, we really enjoyed staying here", Rani hugged Timon and Pumba as they said their goodbye, Kion said goodbye, hugging them and thanking them. " hoped you had fun", "oh we did, maybe next time when we come we'll bring the cubs?", " oh great idea, we'll love to see the cubs, they'll have even more fun", Kion and Rani pasted creatures big and small and said goodbye, more gifts and praises came from them as they began their journey back home, they got the route down pat so no need for the Mojo Kwa Jo stones.

Still playing the game the cubs ran around hours on end, they've been playing Baobab ball for four hours now and the winner? No one knew, they are having too much fun, even Uncle Bunga and Auntie Fuli joined in, chasing one another as they tried getting the fruit, Bunga was a pro at this game as he dodged Karla who was practising her pouncing moves on him, the fruit was dropped and kicked by Surak who chased after it, the cubs laughing as they ran after it, Bunga somehow picked it up and tripped, flying through the air it safety landed in Kion's mouth, everyone stopped to see Kion and Rani return, "MOM, DAD", the cubs ran towards them as they embraced each other, "we missed you guys", Kion dropped the fruit and nudged their children. Everyone else waved and hugged one another, " now? Did you know I am the king at Baobab ball?", Kion said as he picked up the fruit and did all sorts of tricked, balanced it on his nose, spined it on the tip of his snout and juggled it from his head, the cubs were amazed at his tricks, "pfff", Bunga rolled his eyes and argued that he was better, " than come get it chosen one, Kion brought up the incident when Bunga was chosen to defeat the ghost of the mountain, who in fact was just a snow leopard, Chuluun. They played, laughed and had a great time, everyone now joined at everyone fought for the baobab fruit. It was goof to have the king and Queen back but soon they'll discover that there is a new threat towards the Tree Of Life and not only the lands but Kion and Rani's family.
