The Sandstorm passed, the sky blue sky reappeared and the sun glared down, Kion and Scorpio came out from the rocks and looked around, their tracks were gone and the rocks were covered in orange sand, everything looked the same, they were lost, just like the time when Kion explored the dessert when he first came to the Tree Of Life, Scorpio stumbling to join Kion's side, spitting out sand left, right and center, " you okay?", " I'm fine, you", " I'm fine", Scorpio looked around, nothing but sand and blue skies, " where to now?", " well it seems Makuthca isn't here, so i guess we'll start heading in the direction of the Pride Lands to see if they headed that way", Scorpio who is still questioning the sandy taste nodded, checking if the storm passed they started this jog towards the Pride Lands.

Back in the Tree Of Life, Rani is talking to King Kikau, " I don't think Kion and Scorpio can find Karla without help, maybe we should supply them with eyes in the sky and anyone who knows what happned or seen anything strange?", King Kikau thought about it and agreed, at least some birds in the sky so they know if any danger rises or if they see Makuthca anywhere, "sure, I'll assemble the bold eagles, they have the best eyes in the skies", Rani accepted their help and suggested Anga and Ono to help them, Kikau wonders why they need two more birds, he was very protective of his eagles, the look questioned Rani's decision, "what's wrong?", "oh nothing, it's just that my birds are good and don't need help", "that is true but no one is smarter than Ono and Anga is the keenest of sight, you'll need that", Kikau understood, "now thinking about it, I don't think my birds haven't flown outside of our lands since scar took over the Pride Lands", Rani chuckled to herself, "well let's hope they do us proud", Kikau nodded, " thank you for helping, I owe you one", "no need, I just want your daughter safe and sound", Rani smiled, "i'll go and fetch our birds", "and I'll go get Anga and Ono", they departed opposite ways, Kion won't know the plan but Ono will inform them as soon as they find them.

The area seemed very familiar, this was the exact same place where Kion and the Lion Guard met Vitani and her guard, this was also the same guage that Kion and Kovu was about to fight, and if you walk ten hundred metered down more you'll find the place where Mufasa pasted away, helpless as the herd of Buffalo trod on him, Simba watching on as Scar's plan succeeded, but never again, getting defeated by the next generation, Kion a natural born leader, now as the leader of their generation and lands, he has responsible for the finding of Karla, his daughter and future queen of the Tree Of Life. Looking around Kion pictured himself on the edge, looking down to see if any enimeis lurked below, but no one, "So this is where you live and where the drama happened?", Kion sighed and agreed, a long silent rose and they walked, nothing but the crunch of broken rubble and sticks, their paws dragging along the brown dirt ground, the silence went on for a long time, they reached the place where Mufasa died and took a break, Kion explaining what happaned and giving historic facts to Scorpio, "i'm sorry for what happened", Kion wanted to shed a tear but held it back, another silent moment came, remembering how Scar was so evil to kill his brother. The flashbacks as Simba told the story to him as a cub, the silence broke as something lurked around them, Kion looked around, eyes squinted, " what is it?", Scorpio asked, "shhhh", Kion looked around and the body language giving to Scorpio told him that something is lurking, something evil, "Come out, face us", "HELLP", Kion and Scopro shot up in running position and ran towards the screams, the helps and cries of a creature being chased, they saw the impala, running for his life, behind him a hungry looking leopard chasing him, "hay leave him alone", Kion yelled across the gauge, Kion roared lighting at the a rock, the rock crumbled and fell in front of the leopard but it didn't stop the predator, Scorpio saw the lighting that shot out of his mouth, Scorpio didn't wait to ask for help, Scorpio ran ahead and built his energy, his body glowing and as he roared a very bright ball of energy emerged, but it was small, it hit him, sending him flying in the air, his face panicking as his paws were kicking in mid air, Kion didn't stop and asked what he did, he roared, the elders appered and roared him away, the Impala slowed down, his heart racing, "thank...you", Out of breath he managed to thank them, "it's okay, go ahead and join your herd", the Impala ran off, still filled with stamina as he fled to join his family, Kion looked at Scorpio, they shared a look, " I told you I was special ", Kion smiled and praised him, "KION?", a shout from the edge of the cliff, it was Vitani and her Guard", "Vitani", happy to dee each other Kion and Scorpio ran up the cliff greeting them, "hay what was that about?", "oh just some leopard who wanted lunch", Vitani nodded and looked over to his special companion, "who's this?", Scorpio introduced himself, "okay, enough talk, your family misses you", on the way Vitani wanted to know why he was here, "because, my daughter, Karla was taken by Makuthca a few days ago", Vitani and her Guard was shocked, " do you need help?", Kion wanted help but also didn't, " we'll see, were just here to find Makuthca, do you know if he has been around?", Vitani shook her head, Kion's ears drooped, they need rest and I guess he could see his family, they waked along the plains and tracks, seeing the lands again meant something to him, he missed patrolling the lands, they came to an opening and the sight of the Pride Rock gave Kion butterflies, "welcome home".
