The night was calm, peaceful and everyone gathered inside the tree to have a nice good meal before Kion and Scorpio would go and bring back Karla and possibly stop Makuctha. Nirmala, Surak and Fuli went off to go hunt for their prey, coming back with big and small animals, Scorpio hasn't eaten with a group before let alone someone, this is the first time in a long time that he sat down and ate a meal with anyone, he felt lost in the group that he didn't belong, it felt strange that he was going to be eating with the royal family, especially after he did all those bad things, inside he felt something, he felt warm and seeing everyone laugh, eat and talk got to him, he hasn't been in this situation ever since his family was around, he felt that he belonged on the inside but on the outside, Scorpio felt like standing and walking out and going back to doing his own things but as he sits, eats and talk flashbacks of when he was little and he would spend time with his parents, it reminded him of dinner times when they'll gather around and eat. Scorpio was given an impala, this was his favorite when he was a kid, a nice juicy and tender animal, he dug in and as the flavor melted in his mouth it reminded him of the last night he had with his parents, emotions flooded in as the memory of his last meal he had before Nuro and his clan rushed the village and destroyed everything, he tried holding in the tears but the tears got the most of him and a small tear ran down his cheek, he tried hiding it, still wanting to show that he is a strong tiger who has a don't give too shits attitude, he stared into the opening of the tree, still chewing ever so slowly as the memory plays over and over again, the fires, death and the promise, he hasn't felt this in so long, he didn't know what to do at all, he was confused why he was crying and feeling warm inside, he got scared, is he really opening up again? why? thoughts rushed him, he couldn't handle it all and stood up, everyone stopped talking as the tiger stood up, he didn't even realize they were talking, he was too busy thinking about the positives and negatives about helping and communicating with the Tree Of Life. " Scorpio? are you okay?", everyone could now see the tears in his eyes, Scorpio walked out with his ears folded down and tail trailing lazily behind him as he walks into the black night, the wind smooth and comfortable, the temperature warm for spring, the breeze helped everything feel nice and cool but Scorpio's body wasn't, he was heating up, his heart pounding and his mind in a total free fall, no one knew what triggered his emotions, neither did Scorpio.

Kion saw Scorpio leave, Kion looked over at Rani to see what to do, she nodded in the direction of Scorpio, telling him to go see what's up, Kion got up, pardoned himself and followed Scorpio to the rock outside the tree, seeing Scorpio on the rock told Kion that something wasn't right, Kion didn't want things to go wrong so he tried helping Scorpio out, wondering what's wrong, " hay, need fresh air do you?", Scorpio wanted to be alone but he also doesn't, he is having mixed emotions and maybe he does need Kion to talk to, " oh hi, kinda", he wiped away the tears from his eyes, Kion saw that he was upset, " hey, you okay? what's wrong?", " nothing, ignore this", Kion wasn't going to let it go, he was in his situation a few years ago, feeling like he doesn't know what to do and if he should just be alone for the rest of his life, Kion wasn't going to let that happen to him, " listen, if you want to talk, i am here", " and why should i talk to you?", "well, because your apart of the Tree Of Life now and if were going on a mission together, we might as well get to know each other, starting with you", Scorpio thought about it, 'what's the point, i might as well, it's not going to hurt anyone, plus it may help my case when i go to the PPO', Scorpio made his mind up, "alright, i'll tell you, what do you wanna know?", " well? your past?", Scorpio feared about that question, but he needs to be strong, he doesn't want to disappoint Kion or his family.

"I was born in a village up in the alps, it's called Yowling Taiga, there is where i lived with my family and with our tribe, my father and mother we the tribes leaders and we lived happily, living our life and learning about our ancestors, we held a special power, a power called Chi, this power allows us tigers to hurt or even kill our enemies, we protect the lands and did for a very long time ever since my great great great great great grandfather took over as tribe leader, we protected the alps from harm, teaching the next generation on how to grow up, to respect nature and everything around it and to yield this special power and only use it for good, i was being taught the power, it works by using our soul to control it, by using it we are able to think about striking and than when we raise our paw and touch someone they can go flying or even die, there is multiple ways to use this power but i haven't learnt it yet", Scorpio's eyes began to water as the memory came back again, " sorry", Kion was about to hear a sad part to his story and he knew what was going to happen, Scorpio took a deep breath and continued, "One night, i was playing when we heard voices in the background, i look over to see my father fighting with a leopard, this was Nuro, my mother came and took me to a safe place, she went to go help with the intruders, i didn't know what to do, my siblings were scared and so was i, they fought for a long time, i poked my head out to see my mother dead, lying there with blood all over her, my heart was pumping so fast that it would of popped open, my father was captured and brought over to the rock that hold the power, the source, Nuro laid him on the rock and tortured him, i can still hear his screams as the pain ran down his body, he wanted the power, for Scar but my dad resisted and so he killed him, i screamed, they saw me and chased me but i somehow managed to escape, when i returned the destruction i saw was horrifying, caves and trees burnt down, my friends were dead, my parents were dead and everything i had was gone, they took it all away from me and that's why i want to bury their family deep into the ground" . Anger began to build up and Kion saw that, who could blame him? like he said earlier today, if Kion or anyone was in his situation than they'll do the exact same thing. " sorry for the past Scorpio but i can't let you go kill him", Scorpio didn't like that but he also didn't like going to the PPO, Kion felt bad for him and so he made another deal, " if you behave and don't get over the top of yourself than you can maybe have a few minutes to yourself", Kion winked at Scorpio who pricked his ears up, smiled and thanked him. " right, now, let's go back and finish our meal and start getting ready for tomorrow.
