That night, that day, that exact moment when shivers went down Kion and Rani's body when the news that Karla was catniped, when news spread about Karla just being missing everyone was on look out but now that the news that three Leopards took the daughter of Kion and Rani, everyone wanted to chip in, help bring her home. That night the Night Pride and a few nocturnal animals set out to find the catnappers and Karla, trying to follow and find a scent, a clue that'll lead them to her, Kion and Rani wanted to help, join the search party but was directed by Nirmala and Fuli to stay, who knows who they are and if they'll come back and try and take the other two, "it's best if you stay here and protect Carlos and Rafi, we'll go and search for her", Kion dresses the idea but it was necessary, what if they come back? Kion wanted them to come back so he can torture them and kill them if he must to bring home his daughter. The cold night set in as gushed of wind blew past the tree, whistling through the branches and filtering inside of the tree, tonight will be cold, the thought of Karla gone made them upset, especially Rani, the queen couldn't stop crying, the tears fell down her cheeks, it was hard to see and hear and while Kion had his moments, doubts, sadness and rage, how could this happen? Who would do this and why? Kion couldn't come to senses that someone he knew, an animal who destined to destroy the Lion Guard long ago was at fault, the leopard who hated Bunga, Kion and Fuli, whenever they ran into each other this leopard always wanted to start a fight, a war, but Kion couldn't figure it out, not yet anyways, there was so many enemies the Day Pride, Night Pride, Lion Guard, Tree Of Life and Pride Lands have made over their time protecting the savanna. The moon dimmed the lands, a quarter moon tonight as the long night settled in, and to add to the shadiness of the night the clouds rolled in and rain began to fall down from heaven, what a sad day it really is, Carlos and Rafi missed Karla already and sleeping without a third warm cushion made it hard for everyone to sleep in fact, the two royals always waking up, fearing that their two sons will be gone, but also to hopefully see the third cub, all snug and all warm under their protection, all night the Royal family awakes, but it was Kion who didn't sleep at all, he was in his reflection, thinking personality, wondering who would of took Karla and why? What do they want with Karla? He thought about speaking to Mufasa or Askari but Kion was too worried, sad and lost, without Karla, without knowing if she is safe, she made his life a hundred percent, without her he is only eighty five percent. Rani, Carlos, Rafi, his family and friends filled up the rest of the table, he soon drifted off to sleep, hopefully to clear his mind and think of a plan, a solution and maybe, just maybe figure out who is responsible for Karla's disappearance.

"I don't know, I haven't seen her for a long time, maybe she can forgive me, and give us a place to sleep and stay?", " and what if she doesn't?", Makuthca chuckled to himself, " don't worry about that fellows, leave that to me".

"Karla?", " Kion calls as he plays hide and seek with her, Karla couldn't keep in her giggles and give her away, ''boo, found you..", Karla was found, but so was Makuthca, Kion was getting unease as the old enemy comes into his mind, "good to see you Kion, how are you? Rani?", He looks down at Karla, she could hardly breath, Makuthca's claw unsheathed and landed on Karla's throat, tears formed in her sky blue eyes, despite to get free, the claw digging in deeper, " what do you want Makuthca?", Kion's tone deep and sincere, ready to pounce and kill the motherf**er, but Makuthca had an upper hand for now, "well firstly I want to kill her, than you and everyone you care about, than finally eat all the rare animals here, lastly to relax and live life again", " why can't you leave us alone and do that?", Kion's teeth showing, "if you think about roaring or pouncing? Than don't, my claw will slice her in a second", Kion eased, looking into his daughters eyes and saying she'll be okay, " let her go", "no, why should I?, you ruined my life your father and your lion guard, I seek revenge and I won't stop till I do, " DADDY", Karla tried freeing herself but no use, it hurts when she moves, the sharp object digging in as a little bit of blood starts to pour, "what do you want",
" like I said, kill you, rule the Tree Of Life and living life without knowing I have you at the back of my mind and on my tail", "let her go, she has nothing to do with this?", Makuthca smiled, the evil grin showing as the three words spoke that fired up Kion, both his sad emotional side and his anger side, the three words being, " say goodbye sweetie".
