After Nirmala filling Kion and Rani in what happened two days ago when a trio of leopards attacked Carlos an Rafi Kion and Rani were worried, stressed and felt that they shouldn't of went on that holiday, if they didn't went on the small vacation they certainty deserved than their two male cubs wouldn't of been in danger. Nirmala assured the two Royals that they defeated them and only Rafi had minor scraps across his face from tripping but the Night and Day Pride took care of them but since then were and still are on alert. "Thank you Nirmala", Rani nodded her off, signaling that the meeting was over and so Kion and Rani talked for a while, they hardly talked their eyes doing it for them, telling each other that they should of stayed, but Rani came to her senses, " Kion it isn't our fault, we would never expect them to go wondering outside the lands and especially get into danger"," maybe that's it, maybe we should stick around and not leave, well not until they are all grown up and ready to protect themselves", Rani hugged Kion and told him not to worry, "maybe it's time?", Rani broke the hug and looked at Kion all confused,
"what do you mean?", tilting her head like a confused dog seeing a treat being hidden,
"maybe it's time for the cubs to know about the kings of the past, how to protect themselves and how they can help, guide and protect them", Rani looked worried, " what if they get scared?", "they won't, not Mufasa, maybe Askari but not Mufasa or your parents",
"true", After thinking about it Rani gave Kion the thumbs up, ( well more like the paws up ) and so Kion later today would take the cubs on a mental adventure, get them to learn about their past, future and their family.

Inside the tree the cubs were sleeping, huddled close like penguins the three young leaders all snug slept all next to each other, even though Kion wanted to keep then there to sleep it was time to wake up, Rani followed and nudge Carlos up, just like his mother he grunted to be left alone, Kion being the fun dad licked all of them, especially their little paws, all twelve paws were kicking furiously in the air as they giggle awake. " hay that tickles", Karla said with a croaky voice, she grunts to clear it from the mucus and laughs some more as Rani cleans them all, the boys wake up and try and run free but Rani holds them down and continue lapping at their fur to clean the dirt, Rafi's wound was healing and a scab was forming, when she licked it Rafi winched a bit, Rani pulled away fearing she had hurt Rafi but he was fine, just stung a little. Rani proceeded onto Carlos who didn't mind it, it felt nice along his neck and belly, it tickled but it felt like a massage, Karla and Rafi headed outside to get a drink from the watering hole, Kion would wait till the cubs had a drink, food and some fun before he'll be serious and take them up to the mountain and talk to the great kings of the past, introduce them to his grandfather, great grandfather, meet Askari, Rani's parents, Grandmother and of course all of the other great lions and lionesses of the past.

Time passed and it was time for Kion to take the cubs for a journey, an adventure, he finished up his small patrol around the lands and met up with the cubs who were playing tag around the tree. "Hay Cubs", Kion yelled out to his cubs as he was walking up, " hay daddy, come play", Karla ran up to him and tagged him, "your it", Kion smiled but he wasn't here to play, not today anyways, " can i talk to you all inside?", the cubs looked at each other and nodded, walking inside Rani was ready to meet them, "Hello sweeties", "what's happening?", Kion joined Rani's side and sat down,
"now, me and your mother has decided it is time for you little ones to know about the great king and Queen's of the past", " who is the great kings and queens of the past?", " the great kings and queens of the past are good, kind and devoting kings and queens who have finished their journey through the circle of life and get sent up into the heavens where they look down on us to keep us safe and guide us through our time in the circle of life", the three cubs were all interested, shocked and wanted to know more," so to get to know them I'll take you to see them", "Really?", Karla stood up and her tail wagging heavily like a dog,
"yes, I'll take you all, even your mother", Rani's ears pricked up, " really?", "of course, it'll be a good time, a whole family experience and it'll give you the chance to see your side of the family again". Rani began to blush as she hugs Kion, " thank you", Kion nodded at the cubs who got ready to leave.

Heading up the track they were gaining altitude and the cubs were getting a little scared but Kion was there to comfort them, Rani at the back, Kion at the front and the cubs in the middle they were looking smart, hair cleaned and shaped, gaining height the cubs were about to meet the great lions and lioness that shaped the future, sitting down looking over the view of the Tree Of Life the cubs finally get and see what they are here to do, "ready?", Rani nods and so do the cubs, Kion looks at the sky and says the magic words, "Grandfather Mufasa?, Askari?", " yes Kion? ", the cubs jaws dropped at the sighting of a ghost that appeared out of the clouds, " wow", Their eyes staring right at the two greats and not moving, they were truly looking at the great kings, leaders and queens of the past, they spoked to each one if them, get to know them and learn about the lands. The cubs just sat there and listened.
