So, for my entire life, I've been a nail biter. And not even just a little bit, they end up over halfway down the nailbed and have never grown outside of the nailbed. Everyone I know says I'm the worst nail biter they know. I also usually end up biting a little bit of the skin. When I was around I wanna say 9 or 10, in the summer I got warts on my fingers. After dealing with them for at most a month, I somehow found a way to bite them out without bleeding, and then, as of now, haven't had any since. idk man, I know it's gross af.

Back to talking about nai biting bc I want to, I will literally bite until it hurts, and then sometimes past that until it bleeds. I'll have a really bad couple of days going with nail biting, then I'll barely touch them, but still occasionally bite them, then a few days to maybe two weeks later I'll have another cycle of really bad biting for a few days. At first, I don't realize I'm doing it, but then I do realize, but even then I can't stop. I can't tell you how many nails are in my digestive system or on my floor. It's bad, but surprisingly, it usually doesn't bother me. Idk why it's bothering me so mich right now, but it is.
