I'm back with another Shot of Treasured Love.... Firstly thank you everyone for liking the story. First time tried writing bit differently. I think after Rebels of Eternals this is my second experimental story.  I thought of ending the story in 2 shots but let's see how many it will take (I myself not sure how many shots it will take) i'm going with the flow

Malhotra Mansion, 

Manan Room,

Just like every day Nandini wakes up first and sees Manik sleeping cutely hugging her waist tightly, Nandini cares his hair slowly and kisses his forehead. 

Nandini: I'm not able to take this distance Manik it fucking hurts seeing us going so far. Was out love so weak that it has created this much distance. I Love You Mani

Nandini kisses his mole and goes to freshen up. As soon as Nandini goes Manik opens his eyes, he had woken up long back when alarm rang. Manik wipes his tear. 

Manik: I won't let us break Jaan. It's hurting so much to see the distance. I Love You Too Jaan

Nandini comes out wiping her hair. Manik sees her walking into closet he smirks 

Manik: Jaan 

Nandini turns her head towards him 

Nandini: what?

Manik: can you take out my clothes like before 

Nandini: Nothing is like before 

Manik: it is still the same so please I have an important meeting today 

Nandini: fine and it's Nandini

Before Nandini can walk back Manik quickly goes towards her pulls her and holds her waist and pulls her even closer and removes her hair from her hair 

Manik: Mrs. Nandini Manik Malhotra you will be always my Jaan and I will keep calling you that. I had enough of this distance soon I will solve this distance problem and we will be as before 

Nandini (chuckles): Finally, you started noticing the distance Manik it's been fucking 9 months we are having this distance and fighting and you realized it now and what about your words which hurt me?

Manik: I'm sorry Nandini. I never meant it Jaan. I said it anger 

Nandini: you questioned my love towards you Manik. Yes, we have fought but have I questioned your love towards me. 

Manik stood silent 

Nandini: tell me. Have I

Manik: No

Nandini: then why?? You didn't trust me 

Manik: Did u trust me Nandini?

Nandini: I didn't trust your so-called friend and you decided to hide it from me won't I understand you Manik.

Manik: But you too didn't trust me. 

Nandini: leave me Manik we are getting late 

Manik: this is what you do walking away and yes, I did notice that we are fighting for last 9 months but this distance is killing us both 

Nandini walks to the closet and takes his clothes and keeps it on bed and goes back and changes into her office wear. 

Nandini kept her coat on the chair near the dressing the tables and starts to get ready she does her makeup and was doing her hair and just then Manik walks in, he was wiping his hair with a dry towel, he looks towards his right and saw Nandini was making her hair and he can see the tattoo on her left ribs it was a heartbeat with Letter "M" since she was wearing crop top and when she lifted her hand up and stretched a bit we can see. 

Whenever he sees the tattoo his love towards keeps on increasing, he has admiration towards her. He knew she was so scared of injections and all but she went all alone and got herself inked with his name on her body. He slowly goes towards her cares the tattoo; a shiver ran in her body when Manik cold fingers ran on her ribs both look at each other through the mirror and went down the memory lane........

Flashback:

It was Saturday both Manik and Nandini have no office so they chilling at home. Nandini went out saying she has some work outside and will come back soon. So Manik was sitting in their room balcony and tuning his guitar sipping his fav beer. After 2hours Nandini came back

Nandini: Manik

Manik: I'm in balcony Jaan come  here

Nandini goes towards balcony and saw manik sitting leaning to the wall and playing guitar she slowly runs towards him and holds his hand and tries to make him stand 

Manik: why are you even trying when you know you can't lift me up?

Nandini: Manik get up na please I have to show you something pleaseeeee

Manik: fine

Nandini: come

Manik: what you want to show me

Nandini: ok first close your eyes and when I say open them

Manik: ok

Nandini removes her jacket and slightly lifts her crop top.

Nandini Outfit:

Nandini: Manik open your eyes

Manik slowly opens his eyes and saw Nandini standing in front of him with her top slightly lifted up and then he saw something which made him stunned, surprised and his eyes reflecting lobe towards her he rubs his hand slowly near it and she hissed as it slightly paining.

So the thing is Nandini went and got herself a Tattoo near her left side ribs

Manik: Why???

Nandini: because I want it and show my love towards you and it also shows my love towards you is permanently inked and you belong to me like I belong to you

Manik: your afraid of needles na jaan you are literally terrified seeing it

Nandini: yes I'm afraid but I just want to get one

Manik: you went alone

Nandini: no mumma was came with me for the support

Manik slowly pulls her close and kissed her on lips hard.

End of Flashback

Manik slowly bends down and kissed near the tattoo, Nandini closes her eyes. Their moment is disturbed by Manik phone

Manik goes back to their room with a smirk, Nandini catches the chair and calms herself down. She takes a deep breath and makes her hair and wears her coat.

Manik: Jaan

Nandini: ha

Manik: we have a lunch meet at St.Regis around 1

Nandini: whose meeting is this?

Manik: it's with Mr. Mittal

Nandini: regarding hotel construction

Manik: Ya

Nandini: cool I will be there

Nandini Outfit:

Manik Outfit:

Both of them go down with their bags and saw Nyonika and Shrikant having their morning coffee

Manan: Good Morning mom and dad

Shrikant and Nyonika: good morning bacho

Nyonika: let's have breakfast

Nandini: yes, I'm so hungry

Nyonika: chalo then

All four of them had their breakfast and went to their respective works

Malhotra Empire:

Manik Cabin:

Manik was typing something on his laptop and just then he heard a knock

Manik: come in

Aman: good morning, sir

Manik: good morning

Aman: sir this file needed you're and ma'am signatures

Manik: it regarding

Aman: the new deal which Shrikant sir signed

Manik: ok

Manik goes towards the file and signs it

Manik: go to Nandini and get it signed I have to type this

Aman: sir you only go na

Manik: Aman stop behaving like a kid and get it signed I have lunch meet also

Aman: ma'am is scary

Manik: what? Aman you do know you're talking about my wife and I can suspend you for this

Aman: sir accepts it when ma'am gets angry, she is more dangerous than you

Manik: Aman she is in good mood so go and get it signed

Aman: fine sir

Aman leaves the cabin

Manik: idiot

Nandini Cabin:

Nandini was going through Mittal File she heard door knock

Nandini: come in

Aman: good morning, ma'am

Nandini: good morning, Aman tell me

Aman: your sign is required regarding new deal which Shrikant sir signed it and also Manik sir signed it

Nandini goes through the file and signed it

(You all must get a doubt why she re checked the file when Manik and Shrikant signed it, she knows sometimes both sign the papers just like that and they don't look at each word so that's why she cross checks it. It's not like she doesn't trust them but in business world you always have to check papers and words so that no one can backstab you)

Nandini: anything else

Aman: no ma'am

Nandini: then leave

Aman: bye ma'am

At 1 Manan left to St. Regis for the meeting and meeting went super well and they signed the deal and they need Shrikant sign for it and soon they can start the meeting

In the car

Manik was driving the car and Nandini was leaning back and closed her eyes

Manik: Jaan

Nandini: hmm

Manik: will you come with me for a date

Nandini: what if I say no?

Manik: then I can kidnap you and take you there

Nandini: why do you want to take me to a date?

Manik: I need a break

Nandini: ok I will come

Manik: thank you Jaan

Around 3 they came back to office to complete pending files

Manik Cabin:

Manik was going through some files just then his phone pinged with a message he opens the message and checks it's from the hotel confirming their reservation. When he locked the phone he saw his Lock Screen and their was huge smile on his face it's Nandini's pic. He has secretly clicked this pic when she was having her favourite coffee made by him and sitting in her favourite corner of their balcony and looking at the sunrise

Manik: I love you so much jaan and I miss US

Nandini Cabin:

Nandini was sitting on her chair leisurely and sipping her coffee and she goes down the memory lane. 

Flashback

Nandini is working in her cabin when Manik barges into her cabin like always and saw his Jaan typing some mail with serious expression on her face. He slowly walks towards her and kisses her cheek hardly, Nandini gets startled 

Nandini: manik

Manik: yes jaan 

Nandini: when did you come?

Manik: when you are furiously typing

Nandini: I need to complete this presentation

Manik: you will and if i'm not wrong you have presentation tomorrow na

Nandini: ya but i don't want last minutes changes so that's why

Manik: now save it and come with me 

Nandini: manik please na i need to finish this 

Manik: but nothing is more important than your health so now come with me and I know you will finish this

Nandini: fine you are so stubborn i tell you 

Manik: not more than you so now come 

Nandini: fine 

End of Flashback

Nandini was lost in her thoughts she didn't realise Manik was standing leaning to the wall 

Manik: Jaan 

Nandini: ha 

Manik: Shall we leave 

Nandini: ya let me pack my stuff

Manik: sure i will wait in the car for you 

Nandini: done

Around 5 they came back home.

Manan Room:

Both walk towards closet. Nandini removes her blazer and makes her into messy bun and starts to remove her accessories and takes micellar water on cotton pad and wipes her make out. In meanwhile Manik too removes his blazer and goes to Nandini side section and choses dress for her along with some accessories and bag.

Manik: Jaan I have taken out your dress please wear it

Nandini: ok

Nandini goes to freshen up and Manik takes out his watch and shirt button and removes it and stretched his body

Soon Nandini comes out and Manik goes to freshen up, Nandini takes out his outfit

Nandini gets ready she keeps her makeup minimum and curls her hair. Manik comes out and wears his outfit. He styles his hair and Nandini wears her heels

Manik: you are looking just like doll, My Doll

Nandini: Thank you. You're looking Handsome

Manik: thank you Jaan. Shall we leave

Manik Outfit:

Manan walks down stairs and saw Raman and Ishitha just walking in

Nandini: dad, mom

Nandini runs down and Manik shouting not to run but she just runs hugs her dad tight

Nandini: I missed you

Raman: I missed you too princess

Ishitha: and you didn't miss me

Nandini: I missed you to Mumma

Manik: Jaan I told you many times not to run na

Nandini: sorry

Nyonika: are you both going somewhere

Manik: date. But we can cancel it and spend some family time

Shrikant, Nyonika, Raman and Ishitha: Noooooo

Manan: don't shout

Shrikant: you love birds go and enjoy

Raman: and we four will enjoy our time by watching movies

Manan: ok bye guys

Soon Manan left for their Date

Aer

Manik comes out first and he opens Nandini side door bodyguards are guarding them and they are lot of media people clicking their pictures

Media: Manik sir, Nandini ma'am one picture together please

Manan pose for a pic and walks inside

Manager: Hi sir

Manik: Hi I have made booking

Manager: Yes, sir this way

Manan walks towards rooftop

Manager: have a nice day sir and ma'am

Manan: thank you

Manan placed an order and they were holding each other hands and looking deep into each other eyes, at this moment they just want to forget everything and enjoy the moment.

Manik: Jaan

Nandini: hmmm

Manik: I miss us

Nandini: mee too

Manik: can we forget everything and start fresh I can't take this distance anymore

Nandini: me too Manik, but I want you to know the whole truth because you don't believe me enough and I want you to see the real truth of your so-called friend

Manik: fine then I will find it out and I will make sure to punish them and we will start fresh

Nandini: fine with me

Manik takes her hand and kisses her knuckles they are enjoying their date but their happiness was not there for too long

Person: Hey Manik

Manik: Hi Aliya, you here

Yes, it's Aliya who came to disturb them and Nandini was fuming in anger seeing her

Aliya: came with couple of my friends and we are about to leave and then I saw you so thought of meeting you

Nandini: so, you met him na then fuck off

Aliya: listen u can't speak to me like that

Nandini: I can and I will. If you can't see we are on a date and if you are his friend instead of disturbing us you would just leave from here

Aliya: I'm his friend

Nandini: I doubt

Manik: ok girls stop and Jaan please cool down

Aliya: by the way are you guys really couple or just showing off I heard you were not talking to each other

Nandini: Ms. Aliya Saxena every couple have fights and we solve it and we solved out issues and unlike you we don't show off

Aliya: come on Nandini accept it you don't Love him anymore

Nandini: I wish I could slap you right her right now but I can't do drama like u, And I love Manik and I will love him forever

Aliya: I will see you soon Manik and hugs him

Nandini drinks some water and calms herself down

Manik: Jaan

Nandini: can we leave

Manik: Ya

Manik paid the bill and they left from there whole ride to home was quite

Malhotra Mansion:

Nandini rushes inside and Manik went behind her

Manik: Jaan listen

Nandini: what should I listen Manik

Manik: it's not way you talk

Nandini: oh, so you didn't like the way I spoke to your best friend Manik. She can speak bullshit about our relationship and I have to be quite

Manik: I didn't mean it in that way Nandini. You can be bit calm

Nandini: I can't be calm with person who is trying all the ways to makes us break

Manik: what?

Nandini: confused... Hard to believe

Manik: what are you saying Nandini?

Nandini: let me tell you one thing Manik your so called "best friend" is in love with you since so long and she hates me and did everything to makes us hate each other and separate and u know she almost succeed in it but what she doesn't know is I love u so much and I can't lose you and to save us I can do anything Manik. I'm to selfish to lose you.

Manik was rooted and he was stunned and what they didn't notice is their parents are in living room only and listened everything

Nandini: you still feel my behavior was wrong

Manik has no words left and Nandini have tears in her eyes she runs towards there room and falls on bed and cries hard. After a minute Manik comes to their room and saw Nandini hasn't changed he removes her heels

Manik: nandu go and get changed

Nandini gets up and changed herself and slept. Manik kissed her forehead

Manik: I LOVE YOU

Living Room:

Nyonika: our children were going through so much

Ishitha: ya and they kept it to themselves

Nyonika: and Aliya how can she do it

Shrikant: I had enough it's time to solve this and

Raman: only one person can do it

Shrikant: you're right

Shrikant calls someone

Shrikant: I want you come here by tomorrow they need u

Person: by morning I will be them

Shrikant: coming
