Name: Mifune Kiyomori
Background: An office worker in the Ziggurat Corporation, dealing with stocks and all the other things.

Mifune is a kind person always going out of his way to help others which sometimes affects him in a bad way.

Appearance: Mifune has bright blue eyes and neck length blonde hair that looks both properly maintained and unkempt, with his beautiful face being complimented by the glasses he wears.

He wears a suit on office days and tends to keep the last button, unbuttoned. He has a watch and a bracelet on his left arm which usually carries the book that he likes to read on that particular day.

Cold is the night with bustling winds going all around the city, freezing everyone it touches, street lights shining on the people below, some going home from work, some arriving for work, and some just spending the night relaxing, going to bars and places.

The sound of keys being hit then brings our attention to a person, one person who's not yet gone home who's currently typing away at his keyboard, the sound of clicks and clacks being the only noise coming from the lit cubicle.

This is Mifune Kiyomori, the male lead of this one-shot.

And with the last tap on a key, he declares. "Finish! Ah... after this, I need to rush home and hope that the ramen stall is still open."

"Then why didn't you leave already?" Someone asks from behind, startling the male.

Turning around in his cubicle, he's finally able to see who's the one that startled him.

And the one that stands in front of him is revealed to be a woman, who's beauty is off the charts. This is Siduri, the secretary of Gilgamesh - the owner of the corporation - currently in a green sleeveless sweater, white pants with black heels, a pair of big circular earrings and a face veil, which-

"Ah! Siduri-senpai, it's just you..." Mifune sighs in relief, not noticing the small grin that quickly appeared on her features.

"Oh? Disappointed that it was me?" Siduri asks with a playful hurt in her voice.
Waving his arms in defence, red in the face, he states, "Nononono! Uhm, I just thought it was-"

Whatever ramblings he's about to go on, is stopped by a fit of giggles from the female. "Ease up, Kiyomori-kun, I was just messing with ya. But really, why haven't you gone home yet?"

"Oh, I just got this done! I don't want it to be late since Gilgamesh-sama will probably berate me, what about you?" Mifune asks.

"Oh, I left my umbrella here and had to get it back, just in case." Siduri answers, leaning back onto the cubicle.

"Oh, is that so? Then why didn't you just have me get it for you? You could've just messaged me..." Mifune says, trailing off as he slowly comes to a realisation.

"And if it rains, how am I supposed to use it if it's with you?" Siduri asks with a small cheeky grin on her features, knowing that Mifune has already realised the problem.

"Oh, yeah... sorry, hehe." Mifune sheepishly responds, running his hand through his blonde locks.

"It's fine. Anyway, let's get going, save that and submit it tomorrow." Siduri states, pushing off the cubicle wall while putting a stray brown lock behind her ear, showing more of her beautiful face.

"Uhm, y-yeah, sure! I'll be there in a jiffy."

And with that, Mifune starts to pack up his things rather excitedly with a smile on his face.

Corridors dimly lit, with the neon exit sign being the only thing that shines brightly, clattering of shoes being the sound that resonates throughout the silent corridor, which is joined by a humming sound.

Hmm~ hm~ hmm~

"Hey, I have a question." Siduri disrupts Mifune's humming.

"Hm? What is it, senpai?" Mifune asks, turning and tilting his head down to face Siduri.
"This is just my curiosity speaking but, do you have a girlfriend?" Siduri asks.

"?!"

"I mean, you're a good looking guy, a kind one too, so I'm wondering if you have one." Siduri finishes, not noticing the blush and the nervous smile Mifune's face is sporting who's two steps behind.

"Oh, unm... no, not really, I haven't been in any relationship, except friendships, that is..." Mifune smiles sadly.

"That's unfortunate... I feel like you would be a great partner." Siduri smiles while glancing behind her, showing off her beautiful smile that Mifune oh so dearly likes to see.

"T-thank you." Mifune stiffly replies, now side by side with Siduri.

"Oh come now, don't be so stiff!"

"O-okay!"

"I said don't be so stiff!"

"Sure."

"See? That wasn't so hard!"

The duo absentmindedly exits the building, only realising they are outside once the cold wind hits the both of them.

"Grr..." Siduri shivers, regretting her choice to go to work wearing a sleeveless sweater.

Mifune, seeing and hearing the clattering teeth of the brunette, removes his suit and drapes it over Siduri. "Your teeth are clattering already, senpai."

"T-thank you..." Siduri shakily thanks Mifune.

"Welcome. Now, let's go and wait for your bus." Mifune smiles down at Siduri, who returns it in kind.

Now waiting for the bus, Mifune decides to break the peaceful silence surrounding the both of them.

"Senpai, can I ask a question?" Mifune, with cheeks dusted red, asks.

Humming in approval, Siduri let's Mifune state his question.

"Will you go on a date with me?" Mifune shuts his eyes, already hoping for the worst.

Silence, nothing is heard between the two of them at the bus stop, still being hit with the cold bustling winds.

The silence that has gone on for twenty seconds is then broken by Siduri, who sighs in relief.

"I'm glad..." Siduri starts, turning around to face Mifune, "I'm glad that you asked."
What Mifune didn't expect was for her to hug him and bury her head on his chest, prompting him to wrap the female in his arms to stop himself from falling.

"Whoa!"

"Hehe, I'm sorry, but I'm just glad, glad that you feel the same... you do like me, right?" Siduri looks up to Mifune with expecting eyes.

"Yes, yes I do, senp-"

"Siduri, call me Siduri outside work." Siduri cuts off Mifune.

"Yeah, okay. Yes, I do like you, Siduri." Mifune obliges.

Smiling softly, Siduri brings his head down and kisses his cheek, worsening his cheeks redness.

Standing properly, Siduri takes off the suit and hands it to Mifune, who folds it and hangs it on his arm.

Looking at him, "Saturday, on the Tokyo Sky Tree, be there at 5:30 pm, kay?" Siduri says.

The sound of an engine then brings their attention to the bus that has stopped at the bus stop, stepping inside, Siduri looks at Mifune who smiles widely at her.

"It's a date then!"

The sound of the bus closing its doors then marks the end of that conversation, and the start of a relationship waiting to bloom beautifully.
