Vikings
There is a network of wormholes,
That connects the entire Universe,

They asked her to choose between the aquarium, the zoo, and the Viking museum.
The history/mythology enthusiast within her gave her no time to think, yelling "Museum!" almost immediately.
She wasn't very sure her friend was happy, but at that moment she honestly didn't care. Zoos and aquariums were cool, but museums were on another level. They housed bits of history and ancient myths, relics from the past that had been fortunate enough to have survived the trial of time. Besides, tales of Yggdrasil and its nine realms were her favourite.
They walked amongst mounds of grass outlined with stone- the ancient graves of the people who were said to have lived there. She wished she knew their names, what they had accomplished in their lives as traders and warriors, and whether their souls had indeed reached the gates of Valhalla.
She wondered if what she had read about them was true.
That afternoon, she let herself get lost in the pages of Nordic history and myth, wondering whether the Yggdrasil was indeed a network of wormholes to other worlds and dimensions.
