Anti Skill?
One of the things Oneiro was happy about, was that he rarely had to stretch his almost non existent cooking skills since moving to the between.
Hearth for one, seemed to enjoy cooking and feeding others. Shyly blushing when thanked, Oneiro found he felt better with the many choices of food not having realized he hadn't been taken care of himself.
He was ignoring Ordeals joke he had anti cooking skills.
He hadn't reached malnutrition wasn't a laughing matter, and glad his housemate and technical landlord car5ed so much. Karma was so very much alive, he was glad he had never actually acted on his thoughts to strike at Hearth.
He'd heard of the Traveller of course, but looking in those ever changing eyes he realized he was lucky.
There was some things he found himself bewildered with.
Hearth seemed to tinker magically with everything, his kitchen was a masterpiece of items.
The coffee maker was to due for, Hearth still would not tell him where the autofarm for the coffee beans was hidden away on the island.
"Brothers asleep... but I'm hungry" Karma said pouting, the older eternal child had fallen asleep in the living room. It was strange, that he often forgot the other was an eternal babybones till he saw him in purely innocent moments like when napping.
"Didn't he... wait he did," Oneiro said digging through the fridge, finding the carefully wrapped garlic buns just out of Karma's reach.
"Garlic bread!" Karma cried happily, almost dragging Oneiro to the giant monster of a bread oven.
He wouldn't be surprised, if one day the bread oven cried Its aliiiive!
"Give me a moment" Oneiro chuckled, setting the oven to reheat.
Then he got the entertainment of watching Karma stand by the glass window of the bread oven watching and drooling.
"What's this?" Karma said flatly, awhile later after the buns were pulled out and cooled enough to eat.
"What's wrong?" Oneiro asked confused, Karma wasn't devouring it like usual.
What followed was sass and a lot of sarcastic remark, all about his failure to reheat garlic bread and would have made Gordon Ramsey weep in envy from the remarks alone.
Then the fuming child stomped off.
Oneiro bit into a bun, he'd only dried it out a bit when reheating it.
Maybe Ordeal was right about his anti skill.
