UPDATE: NightDoMc had enjoyed this chapter-some changes but, really enjoyed it anyways. This had given me the push i need so expect more chapters sooner.

A/N:sorry for the huge delay...there isn't as much dedication to this fanfic so it may be delayed..again sorry

-In this chapter i am introducing Kana an "Own Character" created by NightDoMC (check her out) I don't own her and if you are offended NightDoMC i am willing to take this chapter off completely.-

                                                        Traveler's POV

The stars shone brighlty as i walked out of the bar.  I thought about what i was going to do. I had recently found out that my powers have a side effect. They break the barriers between space, so to compensate for my tearing- they create portals that i can only see and enter. It seemed to be a one in a million chance of creating a portal but, what about the residents of that portal? How would they react when a person in different clothes appear out of nowhere? I tested this theory a while ago. I found a portal and entered through and managed to make friends with the residents. This world had weapons called Imperial Arms. It was fun while it lasted because everyone had "lively attitudes" heh heh-no really everyone died. So yeah..forgetting about that and on to the flashback...T^T

                                                  *flashback*

When i was walking in school to meet up with Kyotoro and Rinka, I heard humming. Yeah i know "big deal some person was humming". But to me this was different. My powers also give me a sixth sense so right now it was telling me to follow the sound to it's source. A little walking later and i found a portal hidden away where no one would find it. And yes it was the janitor's office. The portal was weird. A mix of a Minecraft nether portal and a "Portal" portal. As any careful person i placed a hand and slowly walked through. I was teleported to.....the janitor's office? I look around and i was apparently at school but, in a different dimension. The humming was louder so i continued to follow it. I soon found the source to be a girl. She was humming a serene tune. By the time i approached her she had ended her song. 

"That was a beautiful song" She gasps. I guess she was in hiding.

"What the-How did you find me?" 

"Let's just say i'm special and i heard your humming"

"Oh really,how are you special?"  

"Have you heard of people with powers called Espers?" Her eyes widen-Gotcha "So you have"

"Nope-don't know what you are talking about-Es-what?"

"Oh really? i can tell that humming wasn't for fun"

"Still don't know what you are talking about,so please leave me" I make a temporary dimension around us and turned myself into a shadow. "Huh, where did he go? Did i imagine him?" I sneak behind her and jump her. 

"Ahhhh!!" She screams and the glass windows shatter as I was forced back into the wall.

"Ouch GURK-" I cough up a little blood. "Heh totally worth it" I immediately start healing myself to avoid losing consciousness. 

"What the hell man-what was that for?!?!"

"To prove your an Esper and please try not to back out on this. There is no way you can say this was something else" 

"Fine you got me, I'm as Esper as well-going by the name of Siren,you know like the mythical creature" 

"Main powers?"

"Manipulation of things by singing and humming. I can mess with electricity but, i'm still practicing it"

I suddenly start feeling a pull on my body. "Shoot, i can't stay here for very long-so quickly i'm Trav short for Traveler and my Esper name is "Unconscious Traveler"my main power is Dimension Reaching-Talk to you later-please meet me here in about two days,please i would like to talk" 

                                           *flashback end*

And with that i was pulled out. I finished healing myself and went to meet up. I don't why but, right now i wanted to meet her again. Maybe i could help her out this time. I head out to the portal spot at school and walk through. It was day time there. The "Siren was there as well.

"Huh,didn't expect you to come" 

"Well be glad i did, i came here to help you out." 

"Sounds great,oh by the way my name is Kana" 

"Kana, I'm Traveler nice to meet you."

"So what are your powers?"

"I can borrow powers from other dimensions and use them temporarily"

"Sounds cool,i can shatter glass by screaming at high pitches and even manipulate electricity by humming low enough"

"Okay how about this" I levitate some bottles in front of her. "Try shattering the last one on the right"

"Okay." She take a deep breath and screams. All the bottles shatter."Dang it, i screwed up."

"No, it okay watch" I reverse the glass dust into bottles again. "See, so keep trying I know you can do it"

"Fine,I'll do it" Kana takes a deep breath and screams again. Two bottles shatter. "Almost"

"Yep, alright once more." I reverse the bottles. Kana take a deep breath and screams. The last bottle on the right shatters.

"Yes, i did it. So what about electricity?"

"Got that covered." I produce a lightning blade and keep it contained between my hands.

"What the heck is that?"

"A lightning blade. Its made of electricity so try to manipulate it and make it attack me"

"Are you crazy!! That would kill you!!"

"No it won't. I'm very durable so come on try it." Kana hums and the blade begins to shudder. "You almost got it-come on" The blade jumps and  heads toward Kana. "Look out!!"

"Kyahh!" I push her away and block the blade with my body. "Dammit i told you it's dangerous"

"Hey it's fine you just need some practice. Now come one let try it again"

                                                       *A few hours later*

We practiced for a while and soon the day was at it's end. 

"Your skills are cool Traveler. Borrowing abilities and powers from other dimensions" says Kana.

"Hey, your the one who was able to change my lightning's path and make it attack me. Now that was cool" 

"Hey will you be able to visit later on ?"

"Well time can only tell but, if i can i will"

"Thanks" I feel a pull on my body.

"Shoot, i better get going my friends will need me" 

"Yeah i better get home as well see you"

"Yeah see you" I get pulled through the portal. I 'm back to my home dimension. It was still dark so i check my watch.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!"  The first time when i went through the portal i spent three minutes there and i was back with no time spent in my home world. This time i spent a whole day in the dimension (expecting to be back with no time spent in the home world )but i spent 5 hours here. Shoot i better head to Rinka's home and check them out. They must have wondered where i went.
