Well, we're headed back home. I'm on the flight right now, and actually doing something productive- updating! Wow! XD

This morning we were pretty good about getting going. We had eaten, packed, and gotten out the door by maybe 10:30. Could have done better, since we wanted to do Turns out we needed to be back by 12:30, since that's when the van that would drive us to the airport would pick us up. Our flight was scheduled for 5, do I don't why they wanted to pick us up so early.

We did have sometime before the pick-up, so we walked over to the New York Public Library. Explored in there a little- enough to discover that's it more like a museum than a library. I did take some pictures.

I'm not sure who William Earle Dodge is. Maybe a founder or big donor to the library. When we walked by there was a bird sitting on his head.

We walked back to the hotel to pick up our bags from the concierge and waited for the driver. After a long drive, some mix up about which terminal we were supposed to be at, checking my bag, and getting through security, we sat down at a restaurant for lunch. They had iPads at every table for ordering and entertainment while waiting for food. It was weird but cool!

When I was filling up my water bottle before the flight, I saw a friend from Oregon and her family standing by the gate! Apparently they were coming home from Ireland, where they had family. We chatted while I waited in line for the filling station. It was weird. XD We boarded the flight pretty quickly, but we had to spend a long time on the tarmac waiting for storms to pass and a chance to use the runway. There's been a lot of threat of storms, so we were hoping for nothing to affect our flight. I guess it did. We've been flying for a while, now.

Sooo here I am! Waiting to get home and crash into bed. XD Sadly there is wifi on the plane but it costs a bit, so I won't be able to update AWP. DX It might tomorrow when I do. Sorry!! :3

Well, I guess I'll do something else now. Be lazy.

8:14 pm- Pacific Time
We'll be landing in 20 minutes! I've been so booored! I did watch the Lego Batman movie, because why not?

We finally have a view other than clouds.

Ugh, my ears are hurting badly and also the skin beneath my right eyebrow for some weird reason. XD I think I have allergies or a cold which makes the pressure change worse than normal. XP We're decreasing in altitude fast. Oh here's a mountain!

I believe Mount Hood. Ouch, we are decreasing way too fast for my ears. 3803 feet... 3525 feet... Each seat has this cool little entertainment center. You can track your flight.

Every so often I can yawn enough to get them to pop, and then we just go down farther. >.< I'll be glad once I'm down and out of the airport. My aunt and uncle are picking us up. They came to our house and pick up the car we left at the airport a few days before we would arrive.

I'll come back after we land. Probably in the car will be my last update. Bye!

I'm home! Yaaay!!! It's nice to be home after a long trip. :)

We got off the plane without delay, luckily. I found my suitcase really quickly in the baggage claim, so we were able to get out the door. We waited a few minutes for my aunt and uncle to pull up with the car. They arrived soon, and we all piled in to drive home.

Now I'm in bed, ready to go to sleep. I'm feeling really tired. The jet lag is getting me. 

Well, this was the last day of this travel log! I will do another chapter that will be my advice for future travelers. Whether you use it or not is entirely up to you but I figured, hey, why not share my final thoughts? XD If there's anything you want me to cover please comment here or on this chapter!
