Lucie had been alone for awhile now. "Laura?" She called. "Laura? Where are you?" After a moment, the girl stood up and began walking around, trying to find the blonde. The wandering led her into the road but she hadn't realized. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw headlights and didn't have any time to react. The car hit her and everything went black.

Her vision had been blurred when she woke up. She had no idea where she was but, it wasn't familiar. She gradually began to panic...where the hell was she? And why was it so cold? Where was Laura? "Right this way, ma'am." She heard a voice say. A lady with red hair, pale skin and blue eyes walked into the room. She appeared to be in her mid or late forties. The redhead sat by Lucie's bed, a soft smile on her face. Something about this woman made Lucie feel a bit standoffish. But then again, she'd been that way with everyone except for Laura since the two had left their poor excuse of a home.

"Hello Lucie," She said kindly. "I'm Melinda Lucas. But you can just refer to me a Mrs.Lucas. Where did you come from?"

Lucie kept quiet. She didn't want to speak to this women. She didn't want to say anything at all. If her parents or someone else found her, she was done for. "A...a cult." She said after a couple minutes.

"Do you have anywhere you can go?"

Lucie shook her head. 

"Alright then...please, come with me." Mrs.Lucas said and held out her hand. Lucie reluctantly took it and walked outside with the redhead.
