Chapter Twenty Five: Heather?
POV CHANGE
CHRISTINA'S POV
Philip glanced over at me. I got up and walked over to the "bathroom" hoping I wouldn't find a dead Heather, and that she'd be living and breathing.
"Don't be dead, don't be dead, please, please, please."
Heather had her head leaning on the sink. Sobs coming quietly from her mouth, and she squeezed her eyes shut, trying to calm herself.
"Heather?" She flinched at the sound of my voice. It was strange to see heather like this. She'd always been so bubbly and bright. She just seemed so... grey. As if her soul had been removed and replaced with sadness and ache. "Heather, are you alright?" She didn't respond to my question verbally, but she did nod, unconvincingly. "We're going to get to know each other, do you want to join us, it might be good for you?" She straightened herself out, and started walking back to the circle with me.
