"Get up! ALL OF YOU UP AND DON'T EVEN TRY ANYTHING NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU!" The voice was harsh, and loud. It terrified me, but we did as he said. I couldn't see anyone, only hear them. But they wanted us to get out of the truck, so we did as they said. As soon as I stepped out a black cloth was thrown over my head, and I lost sight of everything. I waited for a moment, shaking a willing myself not to scream. I wanted to go home. I was scared, I felt alone even with all my friends around me. Another pain shot through my skull, and black.

When I woke up, I was in a dark room. There were eight people staring back at me from across the room, and what looked like four or five others passed out around the room. I recognized Philip, Lily, Henry, Ang, and Ray, but what really surprised me was that Jenny- the school mean girl, and HEATHER?!?! Why was heather here?? Then there was another boy, with short, messy, dirty blonde hair sitting with them. He was probably a little taller than Philip and looked like a twig. Philip ran over to me and helped me up. I had so many questions. Why were we all here? Why us? I looked over and saw both Poppy and Jordan still unconscious. Along with Nix and another girl I didn't know. I walked back over to the group. Apparently they'd all just woken up too.

"How did you get here?" I needed to know a little bit of information, "me, Philip, Angie, Jordan, Poppy, and Ray were all together in an old house when someone came and took us." I pointed to each of my friends as I introduced them. I felt tears in my eyes but held them back. Come on Christina, stay strong. The lump in my throat subsided as I calmed myself.

"My sister, Lily and I were hiking near our house when someone came up behind her, and knocked her out. As I was running to her someone grabbed me, putting something over my mouth," That had been the most I had heard Henry talk, and yes lily was his sister. Ok, so far we were all taken from in the woods.

"Heather what about you?" I encouraged her to speak next. She just shook her head. Tears fell from her eyes. Ok.... guess I'll move on from that. I looked over at the other boy sitting with us now.

"Oh um, w-well I-i um. I was-s in m-my room when I h-heard som-mthing outside s-so I went to see if it w-was my d-dog. S-someone g-grabbed me and I-I got h-hit in the h-head and passed o-out. Oh, my n-names J-eremy by t-the way." He was either really scared or had a lot of insecurities and I guess was really introverted. Ray gave him a smile, and I looked over at Jenny.

"I was in my pool, I heard my dog barking, and went to check it out, I don't remember anything after that." Philip raised his eyebrows at her basic story. "I don't remember, ok?" She screamed this time. Good news is that woke up the others. Poppy started to whimper and Jordan went over to find Angie, giving her a hug. Nix came over and sat next to Jenny, them having known each other from school. The one girl left came and sat next to Lily, silently having tears slide down her face.

"Madeline, if anyone was wondering. Madeline is my name," the girl- I guess Madeline spoke up. We went back around and reintroduced ourselves, everyone trying to stay calm. Apparently Madeline was on a walk with her dogs. She doesn't know where they are, but hopes they got home. I didn't know what to do now. There wasn't much we could do, but hope.
