Shayaan's POV:-

"Shayaan?" Someone took my name but I was not interested in answering.

"Shayaaaan!!" Again the same stern voice said.

This voice is familiar!

"Argh!! Let me sleep!" I moved my head to the other side but my eyes were still shut as if someone has applied glue on them.

Where was I sleeping by the way?

"Who the hell gave you permission to sleep in the classroom Mister Shayaan?" With that my eyes flung open and I sat up straight feeling embarassed.

"Sir Jacob! Actually... I..... I..." I stuttered as Sir Jacob continued to throw daggers at me with his eyes.

"Shut up and Leave!!!" He pointed towards the door in anger.

"But Sir...." I started but he cut me off.

"Leave right now! You can never be serious!" Sir jacob shook his head disapprovingly.

As he looked to the other side I mimicked his words in a funny way in a hushed tone "Leave right now! You can never be serious!"

With that Haniya who was sitting on the nearby seat with James and Selena burst into fits of laughter.

"Huh? Is there any comedy show going on Miss Haniya?" Sir Jacob asked her on which she quickly covered her mouth.

I again mimicked his words making weird faces and this time James laughed like a crazy head holding his tummy.

"What the hell is going on?" Sir Jacob shouted as he took a tour of the whole class with his eyes.

"Life is too short to be serious all the time Sir! If you can't laugh on yourself then call me, I'll laugh on you!" I said innocently.

"Huh what nonsense?" Sir jacob frowned.

Thank God he didn't understand that. Otherwise he must have thrown me somewhere deep in the sea and then all the sharks would have eaten me and.... Arghh! What the eff Shayaan?

There was pin drop silence. Everyone was looking like a child who was affraid of a scary monster.

He looks like a monster when he is angry anyway! But he is hot though!

I started laughing on my own thoughts and Sir Jacob's head turned in my direction and my voice got lost somewhere in the space.

"And you! If you come to the university for entertainment or just taking naps so better stay at home next time!" He pointed his index finger at me and by nodding my head I left the classroom.

Leaving the class I started walking towards the campus ground. I sat on the soft grass. The sun was shining brightly and its colours were mixed perfectly in the sky making it beautiful.

I just sat there doing nothing but just replaying all the worst and best moments I spent in the last two weeks.

How Haniya and I had a fight.
How We both went to Pakistan.
How the accident almost took away my breaths too.
How we found out that our siblings were getting married to eachother.
How I said sorry.
How things got perfect once again.
How she asked for a dance.

Life is seriously a mystery! We seriously don't know what kind of adventures are written in our fate and how we are gonna deal with them.

I was dozed off by my thoughts when I felt a tuck on my shoulder.

As I turned around I came face to face to the nerdiest girl of our class yet a cute one. Haniya!

"Hey!" She said and sat with me.

"Hi bookworm!" I winked.

"Shayaan don't call me that!" She rolled her eyes and I chuckled.

"Want some chocolate?" She grinned showing her hand having few chocolates.

"You are giving with so much love girl, how can I refuse" I flaunted dramatically earning a slap from her on my arm.

"Flirt!" Haniya shook her head

I took the chocolate from her and just then Selena and James came towards us. They were side hugging eachother, I rolled my eyes at their state.

"Looking at your state I can bet that even air is having difficulty to pass through you guys!" I stated.

"Thats what we want" Selena winked at James on which he showed his 32 teeth.

Haniya and I shrugged our shoulders in defeat.

"Your chocolate is melting Shayaan" Haniya said pointing towards the chocolate.

"Look even chocolate is melting because of my hotness and here you are at the other side who had never praised my appearance once!" I pouted and she pulled my cheek.

"You look cute when you make this pout" she exclaimed and I grinned.

There I feel something in my tummy!

"Ehem!" Selena cleared her throat and James raised his eyebrow at me.

"What?" I asked looking at Haniya and then at them.

"What?" Haniya said looking at them and then at me.

With that we all went into fits of laughter.

These are the moments when I feel alive. My friends are my life. Life is not life without these three.

Selena's POV:-

"Shayaan you seriously are so annoying. I pitty poor Sir Jacob" I laughed.

"Well he is way too serious babe. I was just trying to make him laugh but all my efforts went into garbage!!" Shayaan replied with a serious face and I let out a sigh.

"Maybe there is something in his life which is not letting him smile? Maybe he is going through a tough stage of life?" Haniya said activating all of our senses instantly.

She is the wisest in our squad and the one who look at this world in a different way!

"Yeah babe you are right! We never know from what someone is going through. We can't judge anyone!" I agreed and everyone nodded.

"By the way one thing is crystal clear, Sir jacob keep himself fit. I mean look at him he is so young and hot. So many chicks from our class droll over him!" I stated and chuckled at the end.

"Girl control your hormones! If you will droll over on anyone except my dearest fried James, I'm gonna push you from the highest floor of this building!!" Shayaan fake smiled at me and I widened my eyes.

"Woah!! I'm too young to die! What have I seen yet hunh?" I acted all innocemt fluttering my eyelashes.

"My babe is never gonna hurt me dude! I trust her more than anything!" James said looking deep into my eyes, giving me butterflies and making all the heat rise upto my cheeks as I blushed.

He and his cuteness! Goshhh.

"Someone is blushing Awwwh!" Shayaan exclaimed elbowing me and I giggled.

"You both are too cute to be handled I swear!" Haniya cheesed and James smiled.

Haniya's POV:-

"Guys!! bell has rang and Sir Jacob was saying that he has got something to tell us, so we should go now" I mouthed getting excited.

"Yeah he was kind of excited too Haniya!" Selena exclaimed.

"Let's go!" Shayaan got up first.

We all collected our stuff and went to the classroom where almost everyone was looking equally excited as I was.

We took the seats and waited for Sir Jacob to come.

"Woah! What this excitement is about?" Shayaan frowned.

Before I could say anything Sir Jacob entered the classroom holding a paper in his hand.

"Silence!!" He said pulling a straigh face and all the class which was looking like a fish market a second ago went all innocent except one crazy head.

Shayaan!!

"Ohhh Girl you are so cool!!" Shayaan stated to a girl next to him who just flirted with him.

His voice echoed in the silent room and everyone's eyes turned towards him as if he was a monkey released from a zoo.

"Opps!" He mouthed as realization hit him. I mentally laughed at his horrified expressions when Sir Jacob let out a loud sigh.

He also know that Shayaan's case can be handled by a psychatrist only.

"So we have planned a debate competetion which is going to be held on next wednesday which means after 7 days. Anyone who is interested can participate in it! Choose a great topic and have fun!" He ended and the whole class mouthed "Thank You"

Finally something spicy is gonna happen! I was seriously fed up of these boring mathematical problems.

I went upto Sir Jacob to write my name in the entrance record.

"Sir I want to participate!" I said looking at him.

"I know! I have already written your name! You are gonna reach great peaks of success. Keep up the hard work" He patted my shoulder and I felt proud of myself.

"Sir! Thank you so much for appreciating. Your words seriously are enough to make me work even harder so that I can make my parents and teachers proud!" I replied with my eyes shining with enthusiasm.

"Shayaan is your friend! Right?" He asked an enexpected question on which I blinked my eyes.

"Yeah Sir!" I replied.

"Great! Help him a little. Make him realize that his father has so many expectations from him! He should understand this" he stated.

"I'll try Sir! Can you write his name too?" I asked.

"But he will not agree on that you know?" Sir Jacob frowned.

"I'll handle him Sir" I winked on which he coughed and looked away.

Opps I forgot he is Sir Jacob!

"Ahh Sorry! I just got excited" I chukled and looked down.

Only then I noticed his tie. The same one which he always wear on wednesdays.

Sometimes I want to know the story behind it.

I walked outside the classroom in search of Shayaan.

Ohh Gosh! What if he will not agree? How I'm gonna tell him what I have done in his absence.

"Calm Down Haniya!!" I whispered to myself.

I'll make you find out your purpose of coming here Shayaan!!
