Shayaan's POV:-

"As you all know that this camping trip is to bring a little twist in your boring student life. So enjoy to the fullest and have fun" The tour guide yelled excitedly.

"Yuhooooo!!" We shouted in joy clapping our hands.

"Hay James" we heard a soft voice and turned around finding a skinny tall girl standing there.

"Hi Selena. Whats up girl?" James replied a little extra sweety while I stood there feeling awkward and confused.

Is she his girlfriend? He didn't tell me. Hunh. If she is actually your girlfriend then you are dead mister bestie for not informing me.

"Shayaan!! Shayaan" James shouted bringing me out of my thoughts.

"She is Selena my class fellow" he introduced her.

"And he is Shayaan my best friend" he said pointing towards me and I smiled.

"Hi" I winked at her.

"Don't start again Shayaan. Control your hormones" James smacked my head and Selena giggled.

Ummm... Over protectiveness.

"Nice to meet you Shayaan" she passed a cheeky smile and I smiled back.

"Why the hell Selena you left me alone in that scary tent" another girl came running towards us.

"Ooopppsss sorry girl" Selena mouthed and she rolled her eyes.

I have seen her somewhere but where??

"Haniya be used to it now. Here you will find alot of such situations" James laughed.

"Allright!!" She shook her head.

"OMG bookworm" these words escaped my mouth from no where on recognizing her.

"What? Where?" James's and Selena's head spun in my direction and a frown was there on their faces.

"No.. Nothing. Nowhere" I shook my head disapprovingly.

"Hi I'm Shayaan" I said looking at her.

"Hay!!" She smiled shyly.

Aren't she gonna gawk at me? Some cheesy lines? Some creepy stares? Nothing? Am I not looking good today. Duhh!! Whatever.

"Choose your partners guys. We are gonna play Find The Treasure" the guide exclaimed in joy.

"You guys are in out team" James shouted gesturing the girls to join us.

"Allright!! We are gonna win" Selena gave james a High five while Haniya smiled happily.

It was almost afternoon and the weather was a little cold.

Haniya's POV:-

We collected the stuff needed for the game in our back packs and met near the entrence of the jungle. There were two more friends in our team.

Our route was towards the jungle while the route of the other team was towards the rocky road.

"Team A you will find a white lamp" the guide adressed us.

"And team B you will find a red lamp" he told the other team.

"So guys are you all ready??" He yelled in excitement.

"Yessss!!!" We shouted in unision

"Lets Begin" he blowed the whistle and we started walking inside the dark and scary jungle.

"I am scared girl" I whispered in Selena's ear.

"Don't be. It is gonna be great fun" she assured and I nodded my head in agreement.

As we went deeper and deeper inside the jungle darkness engulfed us and I held Selena's hand tightly.

The sun was still shining on the sky but because of the thick trees it felt a little dark inside.

We kept walking in search of the lamp.

"Where the hell it is? I can't find it man!" James said moving his torch everywhere while Shayaan searched in the bushes but all in vain.

While Selena and I searched the lamp in the open trunks of trees but couldn't find it.

They started walking ahead but I stopped.

"Guys wait. There is something out there!!" I pointed towards a bunch of bushes as I felt a little movement there.

They halted in their tracks and came running towards me.

"Who is it?" James said while walking towards the bushes.

"Wow!! You are asking as if he/she is gonna reply you" Shayaan rolled her eyes and we all laughed.

"What if it is a ghost who can eat us alive? What if this jungle is haunted?" Shayaan said popping his eyes out.

"Shut up! We are already scared and you are cracking some lame jokes. Huh!!" Selena hit his arm acting all angry.

"Oouuchh!! Easy girl easy" Shayaan made a face and chuckled.

"Guys its a little rabbit" James said gesturing us to take a look.

"Soo cute" I said and taking out my cell phone from my pocket I captured the moment.

I was about to take another picture of the cute little rabbit when Shayaan popped his head infront of my phone sticking his tongue out. Unintentionally I captured his funny face.

"Huh! Idiot" I smacked his head and he started laughing his heart out holding his tummy and making others laugh too.

I crossed my arms on my torso and he stopped laughing.

"You look cute when you are angry" shayaan said in a matter of fact tone and my lips curved into a smile.

Goshhh!! Such a flirt he is.

"Stop flirting Shayaan and lets go guys we want to win" Selena said and we all nodded while Shayaan chuckled.

James's POV:-

The sun was setting down and we were walking since afternoon but the stupid lamp was nowhere to be seen.

"Guys I don't know where the lamp is!!" I sighed getting irritated as we stopped and sat on the big rocks.

"Its getting dark. What If we will get lost in this dark scary jungle and wolves will eat us??" Shayaan said scaring the shit out of us.

"Shayaan!!" Everyone mouthed glaring him.

Poor he.

"Ok fine I will stay quite now" Shayaan replied.

"Better!" We again said in unison and Shayaan rolled his eyes.

Woooooo!! Woooooo!!!

We heard a strange voice and looked here and there.

"Look guys wolves" Selena shouted pointing in a direction and we look a glance on eachother.

"Run!!" I ordered and we started runing as fast as we could to don't know where.

There were three routes and we got seperated heading towards each.

"James help!" Selena fell down and I hurriedly held her hand making her stand and we again started running for our lives.

We stopped panting heavily. Thank God we were safe and the wolves turned their way.

"Selena are you ok" I asked looking in her eyes.

"Yeah I'm fine. Thank you" she replied.

"We are lost James. Oh my God what will we do now?" She said in shocked expressions.

"Ha...Haniya is affraid of darkness!!" She exclaimed and concern was evident on her face.

"Calm down these three routes open at a single main road from where we can get back to the camp" I assured her placing my hand on her shoulder.

I opened my cell phone but there was no network.

"James! Lamp is here" she pointed towards a large tree infront of which the required lamp was placed.

She put the lamp in her back pack and smiled at me.

"Lets go come on" I gestured her to walk and we followed the route hoping to escape the jungle before night.

I hope Haniya, Shayaan and others will be safe.
