When you awoke you were in your room, on your bed with Richtofen and Medic next to you and Richtofen was already awake. Once he noticed you were awake he said "Again? Ve really need to stop blacking out." He laughed and went to go and explore your house. Then Medic woke up and asked you where he was and you told him that the three of you were in your house and he got up to go explore your house. After a few minutes he came back "Hallo Fraüliene." "Medic you know my name, there's no reason to call me that. Also thank you." "I know but I vanted to call you zat. Und zank me for vat?" "For carrying me when my leg was injured. Also you know what my name is." "No problem, also ja, zat is true but I vanted to call you zat. So you like me, ja?" You blushed but hid your face and said "What are you talking about?" (This goes back to Richtofen's ending with how he figures it out) "I figured it out. So you like me ja?" He asked once again and your face turned a darker shade of red and he chuckled and gently lifted your face to see you blushing "Aww zat is cute. You turn a cute shade of red vhen you are embarrassed liebe." His comment made you blush more and you knew what he had said since you started learning German to better understand him and Richtofen. Still it surprised you, and he offered you his hand and you accepted. "Ve vill be back soon Doktor." Medic said and he led you outside and he found a tree. He took out a knife and carved a heart into the tree and in the heart was "M + (FL/N)" "Medic. What?" He took your hands in his and said "(Y/N) you are beautiful und I haff a question for you." "Go on." "Sei mein?" It took you a moment to realize what he had asked and you said "Of course I'll be yours." Medic grinned and crashed his lips on yours. This lasted for what seemed like forever then you both needed to breath. "Ich liebe dich (Y/N)." "I love you too Medic." You returned holding hands and when Richtofen saw this he grinned at the two of you "Vell hallo love birds. I take it she accepted." "Ja, she did." Medic said.
Time skip to about a month later
Neither Richtofen or Medic had left since the three of you were in Slender and you and Medic were doing very well and there was never a dull moment with your boyfriend and best friend.
