Samantha's P.O.V

I tried to struggle but my body was paralysed. Literally. I was lying on a metal table that had edges that curled around ne at the sides. There was a faint buzzing noise and I could just make out the blue force field that seemed to hold me to the table. Suddenly a door to my right whooshed open "In you go, you poor thing you must be so hungry" I heard a harsh voice say, in an unusually sweet tone. I swear it was the snake lady. I was scared. I began to shake as I hear someone or something padding towards me. Chittering. I heard a mechanic whirr and the thing was lifted up to my level. I realised I could turn my head and did so. I couldn't believe what I saw.

My mouth dropped open and I gasped. "What-w-w-what are you?" I asked not expecting an answer from the fluffy purple creature that now sat infront of me. It was about 45cm high and really chubby. It had small bumps where horns were yet to grow. Large golden eyes dominated most of the fluffy face and it had no neck. The small pink nose and lack of lips made it almost look like a purple cat. The thing reached out with a small clawed paw which was more like a hand and stuck a small black device in my right ear. And began to talk. "Do not fear me, please. I have placed a translator in your ear so you can understand me." The thing chirped and smiled. Revealing 2 needle like fangs. It must gave seen my eyes widen. "I am a genetically enhanced creation of Dr. Carlos Blunt. I was Created 600 years ago. I am a vampire. You are my Source for the next 13 years." I froze. Blunt. 600 years ago. Vampire. Source. 13 years. I closed my eyes and rubbed them furiously. "Please do not worry, this will only hurt a bit, just a tiny prick. I will only take a few drops of your blood." I lay there. I couldn't do anything. I felt a tiny prick on the right side of my neck. I sighed as it was over and it didn't cause too much pain at all plus I felt fine. "Aaaahhhh noooooo ahhhhhh owwwww aaaaaaaahhhhh" I screamed as a hot wave of pain washed over my body. My every inch seemed to be searing with pain and heat. I was being burned alive. Suddenly the heat stopped and I felt cold. Very cold. I couldn't breathe and I felt my self drifting. So this is what it is like to die. I thought as the cold swallowed me and I dried off into a land of buzzing clouds and purple monkeys.
