"I think that they're doing good so far, right?" Damian asked his older brother, looking at a screen of the many computers in the Batcave.

"They should be.  I mean, they're practically mending their relationships already." Richard said, nodding at the screen.  On the giant Batcomputer, 7 kids were fighting against Scarecrow, one of Gotham's major villains.  Luckily Scarecrow wasn't in Gotham and was in Metropolis.  So the no capes rule was no big deal.

The team seemed pretty good and were handling themselves fine.

"So.... should we send them back yet?" Damian asked, leaning back into the chair that often Batman sat on.

"Nah.... it's kinda fun to see them bonding." Richard replied, leaning on his younger brother's head, "But when they feel that they've actually mended their relationships and admit it we can get out our alternate dimension other world traveller blaster and blast them back to where they belong before they can kill us for having a solution and not telling them in the first place."

Damian looked up, "tt... you're on your own with that."

"How are we supposed to defeat Scarecrow?" Superboy yelled really loudly, running distraction with Aqualad and Red Arrow.

"Yeah Boy Wonder!  Got any bright ideas?" Red Arrow asked, jumping over Aquadlad as the Atlantean boy ducked, and shot the classic boxing glove arrow right between Superboy's shoulders and hitting the man right in the face.

"Give him time, he will find a solution in due time..." Aqualad told his teammate as he slid underneath his legs and made his water swords hit Scarecrow square in the jaw.

Superboy dropped Scarecrow and dodged as the frightening man squirted fear gas out at the unsuspecting public.  He got a few people, but not before Kid Flash sped by to pick them up and move them to a safer location.

"Guys!" Kid Flash said through his com link.

"What?" Artemis asked, sitting beside a small girl and trying to calm her down.  The fear toxin had hit her and she had been running around crazy.

"Look, I might need to help Rob make the cure... I know a lot about science.  Do you think that you and Miss M can keep the citizens at bay for that long?" Kid Flash asked, speeding by the hot dog stand and helping himself, before picking up a few more kids to drop off further down the street.

"Yes." Miss Martian came onto the com, "I can hold them off, but Scarecrows fear gas has spread all the way to the bridge and I fear that the drivers may start driving off the bridge, so I need you over here Artemis."

"Okay.   I'm almost there, just let me restrain this guy... ugh..." there was a pause on the com as Artemis knocked some crazy guy out, "Look, Robin, we need that cure now.  You've faced Scarecrow before right?  Do you have any ideas on how to defeat him?"

"Yeah, I've got a few." Robin said, grunting as he mixed together the antibiotic and tried to duplicate it enough times for the whole city, "Just, give me a second to load the Batplane and I might be able to spread this around the city ASAP."

"Well... that's great and all... but we need to subdue the villain first... agh!" Red Arrow said through the link.

"Are you okay?" Artemis asked, flipping off a building and shooting a grappling arrow.

"Fine... Superboy!" Red Arrow could be heard yelling through the com, "Okay, Robin, you seriously need to hurry up.  Superboy just got tossed through about five buildings."

"Robin?" Aqualad asked, as the youngest member of their group wasn't answering.

"Yeah, sorry, KF just got here and we're trying to find the button on the Batplane that will lower the... um... fertilizer spreader." Robin said, grunting.

"Fertilizer spreader?" Superboy asked, laughing.

"It's not funny!" Robin protested, "Well, okay, maybe a little."

"Make that a lot!" Artemis laughed.

"Uh guys... normally I would laugh along with you." Red Arrow started to say.

"No you wouldn't." Artemis interrupted.

"Whatever.  Anyway, we've still got Scarecrow to deal with and we just had to switch to defense.  And it's getting really hard to dodge all of his toxins." Red Arrow continued, and everyone could hear the audible grunt through the com.

"Look, I'm working on it.  I can only do so many things at once.  And right now, I'm flying a plane."  Robin growled.

"Do you have a license?" Miss Martian asked.

"Does he need one?  I mean, we already are doing about 10 illegal things right now!" Kid Flash said, right beside his friend in the plane as he aimed the anti-toxin at the victims.

"Which are?" Aqualad asked, using his water mace to hit Scarecrow on the head before he tried to even get near a little toddler, "Miss M, we need you."

"On it."  Miss Martian said, telapathically lifting the kid out of the way, "What laws are we breaking?"

"Well, don't you think dressing up in colorful costumes and fighting bad guys is illegal enough?" Kid Flash, ejecting himself from the plane and shooting himself down to help Aqualad, Superboy, and Red Arrow.

"Nope, anything else 'illegal' we're doing?" Robin tested.

"Well, Superboy did break 5 buildings...." Kid Flash ducked Superboy's incoming fist, "Dude!  Wrong guy that you're punching!"

 "Uh huh.... like stealing hot dogs from a hot dog cart isn't even illegal!" Superboy told him, moving out of the way as Aqualad rushed by to block a hit towards Red Arrow, who was on his butt.

"You saw that?" Kid Flash asked, kicking Scarecrow as Aqualad held him off.

"Um... nothing escapes my eyes..." Superboy said, smiling as he socked Scarecrow right in the kisser.

"Darn." Kid Flash said.

"Well, look who's being illegal now!" Artemis said, moving some little kids off the bridge, one by one, gathering them into a store where the owners were frantically yelling orders to get the kids to safety.

"Artemis, I could really use your help now!" Miss Martian said, balancing 20 people in the air and struggling to set them gently back down on the bridge.  But 1 person started to fall off the edge of the bridge, beyond her ability to catch.

"I got it!" Artemis yelled as she shot her arrow right at the woman's chest, then surrounding her body in rope, Artemis pulled her up.

"Hey guys... I think I may have a solution in order to make Scarecrow go down!!" Robin yelled into the com.

"Well shoot!" Aqualad said.

"Wow, they are really saving the day." Tim said, watching the young heroes from the screen.

"Yup, and doing a fine job of it." Richard said, "I think their bonding is almost over."

"Yeah, finally.  Then can we blast them back to their world?" Damian asked impatiently.

"Yup, when they get back from this mission they should be ready to admit it." Richard commented, "Then we can blast them back."

"And avoid them killing you?" Tim asked, amused.

"Well.... that's part of the plan..." Richard grinned.
