Ahh yes the binder. Transgender folks are very thankful that these I know that I am because a chest binder is what almost all transgender want and need male or female.
But anyways, a chest binder is made out of one or two different materials but, binders help flatten your chest. Chest binders come in many sizes and colors. People think that they can chest bind with certain things and be fine. well....THEIR WRONG!!! there are some things you just shouldn't chest bind with.

Like duct tape. WHO IN THE ACTUAL HELL THINKS THAT CHEST BINDING WITH DUCK TAPE IS SAFE!?!?!
like yes its ganna hold it down bit what about when your ganna take it off or if you get sweaty huh?? Its ganna be painful.

The other one I think it was called bondages.

Its not safe to bind with those because they are made/built to tighten the more you move plus they are said to be uncomfortable. Anyways what makes it bad to chest bind with these is that because of how it tightens it can break/hurt your rib cage and it makes it extremely hard to breath.
