Location: The Nemesis

General Narration

"Did you find anything of use, such as an energon mine, while you were out?" Megatron questioned as he walked passed the three Decepticons that kneeled before him. "No my Lord nothing that would come in handy for the Decepticon cause." Knockout replied back. He was a slick red robot who cared deeply for his paint job.

"Well that's a disappointment. Though we have a greater energon supply than Optmius, the more the better." Megatron slowly spoke as a smirk crept upon his face. "You three are dismissed." With the wave of his hand the three 'Cons left the communication area of the ship.

"Why didn't you tell our Master about the lone Autobot we ran into?!" Starscream quietly screeched at Knockout. "Because, they got away, without a scratch from us, well, me. You two didn't engage. I'm sorry, but to me it seems like I just saved your tailpipe! Do you want Lord Megatron knowing we let an Autobot escape?!" Knockout hissed back.

Starscream simply looked to his left, away from Knockout, silently accepting that he had a point. Dropping the current matter, Starscream questioned the doctor again. "What can we do that'll please our Lord? I believe it is time we extinguish an Autobot spark, our master is about to lose it!"

Knockout pondered over the question not having an immediate answer for the silver, stiletto heeled 'Con. "Well, I'll be in my lab, if I think of anything I'll be sure to let you two know." Knockout explained as he strode off.

Starscream looked displeased with Knockouts effort in the current situation. "Well then, let me know if any ideas cross your mind Nightstar." He spoke directly towards the femme who had a dark purple coat with blue detailing. "Will do, Commander Starscream." Nightstar replied.

She was 100% loyal to the Decepticon cause, no matter who it was she had to work with. Though Knockout, Starscream and Nightstar honestly did make a very good team and occasionally she would drop the titles.

She quietly walked back to her quarters to rest and think of ways to please her Lord. Instead of getting a good recharge she was awoken with a big BANG on her door. Nightstar rapidly got up and opened the door to reveal a stressed and worried doctor.

"Knockout is something wrong?"Nightstar questioned, genuinely worried. "I need you in the lab right now! I'll meet you there, go!" Knockout spat the words out like there was no tomorrow.

Nightstar accepted the request and rushed down to the lab, only to find one of her partners in crime lying on the bench unconscious with energon leaking all over the place. She ran towards Starscream, who laid still on the metal bed, awaiting for Knockouts return so that she could aid him in helping Starscream make a safe and quick recovery.

Moments later the red 'Con entered, holding many different utensils, most of which seemed foreign to Nightstar. "Night, grab this and hold it directly and steadily over his chest. I need to close the wound before he loses too much energon." Nightstar was the best assistant Knockout could ask for as she swiftly did everything he asked her to do.

After the surgery was completed, both Nightstar and Knockout awaited in suspense for Starscream to show signs of consciousness and a steady spark beat to assure his safe recovery.

Knockout had left to inform Megatron of what had taken place in his lab. While he was absent Starscream shifted in his position on the medical table. Nightstar didn't miss a beat. She jumped up to the side of the medical bench. "Starscream? Are you alright?" She asked in a quiet tone not wanting to startle him. Starscreams optics revealed they're red colour as he came to.

Knockout entered seeing his patient up and alive. "Starscream you're ok!!" Knockout said, relief flushing over him. Starscream struggled to sit up but managed to do so. "Yes, it appears I am." He replied weakly. "Thank you" Satrscream said.

Both Nightstar and Knockout stared at each other in awe. "Did he just thank you?" Nightstar questioned with a quizzical look on her face. "I think he did." Knockout answered slowly nodding up and down in disbelief. "You must've hit your helm pretty hard!" Knockout joked before Starscream disagreed. "No, thank you. Really. I nearly became one with the AllSpark." Starscream managed to get the words out before resting his helm back on the bench. "Well, your welcome!" Knockout replied quite joyously.

Nightstar understood his happiness at Starscreams new found manners but waved a small hand to indicate that Starscream still needed quiet and rest.

Knockout smiled back at Nightstar and sat back down.

Moments later Megatron appeared in the doorway to the lab. "Knockout, care to wake your patient, so I know exactly what events occurred that led him to this state?" Megatron walked towards Starscream as he spoke.

Knockout looked at Nightstar before she spoke up. "Um Sire, Starscream suffered great injuries and he needs all the rest he can get. Awakening him would-" She was cut off by Megatron. "I know what it will do!! And frankly it does not concern me the slightest." Megatron yelled at Nightstar starting to lose his patience.

"Now, wake him or else I will do it myself. I'm sure my ways will be more......painful." Megatron warned. Nightstar gave Knockout a slight look of desperation, silently asking him to wake Starscream up before their master went about the situation with his own methods.

Knockout cut of the anaesthetic, before signally Nightstar to wake him.

She nudged Starcsream gently, after a few seconds he came to. His optics searching the area for an answer as to why he was awakened from his healing.

"Starscream?" Knockout asked. "Ughhh what happened?" Starscream asked, barley in any shape to go through an interrogation from Megatron.

"Starscream! I simply wish to know what happened to you." Megatron asked trying to sound innocent. "Oh, well, I remember Airachnid appearing in front of me and then when I turned I saw something huge behind me. It seemed to resemble an insect of some sort. That's where I received all my damage, Lord Megatron." Starscream explained the situation to Megatron using up so much effort to get those words out.

"Hmmm Airachnid, it seems she has awakened the Insecticons." Megatron said, mostly to himself. "Insecticons?! I thought they were just a myth?!" Knockout asked, cringing at the thought of Insecticons.

"Oh they are very much real Knockout. Fierce and strong fighters they're meant to be." Megatron explained. "Well I'll leave you to get your rest dear Starscream." Megatron strode out of the room.

Once the doors shut Knockout and Nightstar focused their attention back on Satrscream. He re-activated the anaesthetic and Starscream went back into his sleep.

"How long will he have to rest?" Nightstar asked curiously. "Well if without anymore interruptions he should be alright to leave the lab in about two or three days." Knockout replied back.

Nightstar simply nodded while she stared back at Starscream. "You should head back to your quarters. Sorry for disturbing you." Knockout said. "It's fine Knockout. Goodbye for now." She waved at Knockout as she left the lab and made tracks for her quarters.

She lied on her bed and recharged for a while. She awoke hours later with an idea in her head.

She ran out of her quarters and searched frantically for Knockout. When she couldn't find him anywhere in the hallways or in his own quarters she rapidly questioned herself on where Knockout could possibly be.

She thought for a minute and then knocked her head with her hand for ignoring the most obvious place: The Lab!

She rushed down the dark grey hallways and into the lab to find the one she was looking for.

"Knockout!! I have an idea! I have an idea!!" She called out across the room to the doctor. "Nightstar calm down, you can explain your idea without bringing the roof down." Knockout jokingly said.

"What if I became an Autobot?!" Nightstar whispered with a smile, looking directly at Knockout waiting for a reply. Knockout simply looked at her until he finally spoke.

"You want to become an AUOTBOT?! Megatron will extinguish your spark before you give any information to the 'Bots! Are you crazy?!" Knockout yelled swinging His arms in the air. "No silly, temporarily become an Autobot. And gain inside information. For Lord Megatron." She explained. "And what makes you think the Autobots will take you back to their base without question?" The red 'Con asked, crossing his arms. "They've never seen me before. I played a very small role in the war, barley ever leaving the ship. And even on Earth I am never off this ship except when looking for Energon mines. Besides they're basically desperate for any 'Bot or 'Con for that matter to join their cause. They'd be thick in the processor to not let me on their team." Nightstar said matter of factly.

After a few moments of silence Knockout thought about it and accepted that it wasn't a bad idea. "Well what do you need me to do?" He asked, signally his participation in the plan. "I need you to give me the Autobot insignia. So I don't give myself away as being an 'ex-con' then they definitely wouldn't trust me." Nightstar said.

Knockout began the cosmetic surgery straight away. Nightstar laid on the table right next to where Starcsream was resting. The procedure was painless.

"Your all done." Knockout said, proud of his work, as he always is. "Thanks Knockout your the best!" She thanked him as she walked towards the door. "I advise you to tell Megatron of your plans before he thinks you've betrayed him." He called out before she left the lab, she simply looked back and smiled acknowledging what he told her.

But before she would aware Megatron of the situation she returned to her quarters to grab a few things and on the way passed a few Vehicons.

Moments later she could here her masters voice through the speakers that went all over the ship. "NIGHTSTAR, your presence is required in the communications hub, immediately!" Megatron yelled. His tone made Night shiver, but she gathered herself and made her way towards the communications hub ready to tell her Lord the plan.

She stepped through the doors only to find Megatrons back towards her. Before she could get a word out Megatron asked her a question. "So....Nightstar.....it seems you have....," before he finished his sentence, he turned and walked towards Nightstar barley 5cm away from her. The look on Megatrons face scared Nightstar to no end, she had no idea what was about to happen. "Decided to become an AUTOBOT?!"
