Chief Burns POV

The fire was spreading fast as it had taken the coast line. Everyone in the town had evacuated to the ocean on there boats but my family, the bots and Doc and Frankie. We have no idea what started it but it was getting out of control way to fast.

Chase and I are on the way back to the firehouse to get some more supplies and I am hoping to get Frankie and Cody to safety the fire was get way to close to the firehouse for my likings and with the two kids there it would be safer to drop them of at the forest an they can find a cave to hide in as the fire is no were near the forest, yet.

Where back and I have called Doc and told him the plan and he agrees one hundred percent, I call Cody and Frankie down. I see Frankie come down the pole and run over as I see Cody doing the same but with his chair.

Get in Chase kids, we need to get you two to safety

They did as I say and get in and Chase acts like a robot as Frankie still doesn't know about the bots.

The trip to the forest was a quiet one no one asked questions or anything I just told them what to do and they nodded in reply.

Cody P.O.V

We were in Chase and Dad had told Frankie and I that we have to hide in the forest and find a cave that could keep us safe.

We get to the end of the forest and Frankie and I get out and I say one last goodbye to dad and then we take of into the forest. As we walk down an old path, Frankie and I would look around for a place to find not daring to speck a word as we are both still in shock on how this all started.

Earlier that day

I had just rolled into the dinning room for breakfast and everyone was already there, we talked, played around and then headed to the bots for training. We had gotten a call for a small fire and everyone headed out to get it sorted out, when I started to get more calls of small fires and I had told my family and they had split up from there and that's when it was to much and it had lost control we had call emergency evacuations and everyone left, bring us to now

I was then suddenly brought back to reality when I felt is falling, down and down and down and down ........

BANG

We had hit the bottom hard. Blacking out.

Frankie P.O.V

Both Cody and I had fallen down a hole and I blacked out.

When I came to I looked around where we were, only to see that we were in a underground tunnel one of the many that run under our town. I got up slowly to have find I have a headache, I sit where I am for a minute to let it die down, once it was temporary gone I stood up and looked around for Cody and I saw him still out not far from me.

I walk over and shake him carefully and call his name until he can to

Frankie, where are we

Where in one of the underground tunnels, not sure which on though

Ok

I watch as Cody try's to activate his wheel chair but it doesn't work so he unclips it and looks at it to see that it is shattered

Well looks like we are going to have some trouble getting out

Cody says I just shake my head and pull his arm over my shoulders and and he uses his other to pull himself up by the wall as he is up and we can move on, we just have to watch Cody's legs don't get to badly scratched or have a chance to get infected.

As we make our way through the tunnels it keeps getting hotter from the fire raging above us at high temperatures as we slowly make our way though the dark tunnels.

We had been walking for a while now and we had to sit down to take a break we had no idea what part of Gretchen Rock we were under but we had to stop I got Cody to show me his legs and as he pulls up his pants I can see scratches along them but there not to bad.

We hear movement up ahead

Stay put I say quietly

It's not like I can go anywhere Cody replies I just shake my head and walk down the tunnel to see what made the noise

When I turn the corner I see a middle age looking men, wear a suit with a eye ring and black hair with white strips in it.

Hello sir... what's your name you don't look like anyone from around here and what are you doing down here the town was evacuated

Well little girl my name is Thaddeus Morocco and what is yours, and no I am not from the island I was here visiting and exploring the tunnels when I found out about the fire and I couldn't make it to the evacuation point and I could ask you the same thing little girl

Ok first my name is Frankie and secondly don't call me little girl and thirdly my friend and I got sent to the forest which was the only place away from the fire.

Well then Frankie who sent you into the forest while here is an out of control fire going on shouldn't you and your friend be with the rest of the town

No my dad is Doctor Green and he stayed behind to help stop it, and my friend Cody his family is the rescue response team and we where helping out from the command centre in the firehouse but the chief called and sent us to the forest were it is the only place the fire has yet to reach and then on the other side is some small boats that the town use that we were going to get to.

You don't mind if I come along then would you

Of course not, as long as you help me

With what

Caring my friend he can't walk and I have been half dragging him along since we entered he wheelchair smashed on the fall in

We walk back to Cody and I see him, he looks to be half asleep I slowly walk up to him and shake him awake and explained everything to him.

When we were done Thaddeus Morocco picked Cody up and cared him the rest of the way which didn't take to long, apparently we were going the right way.

We get out of the tunnel and see the single boat left and the fire that looked to be almost gone

Well this is were I leave you children

And with that he dropped Cody and ran to the boat and paddled away I look at Cody not caring where  went as long as he was gone

Some hours later

There wasn't much Cody and I could do but wait around for the last of the fire to be put out and the be collected so we sat under a near by tree and I started a small fire to keep us warm and we told each other stories of when we were younger, I even found out a really big secret ok maybe two one the recuse response robots are ACTUALLY ALIENS from another plant which is so cool. And secondly CODY THE ONE THAT I HAVE LOVED SINCE I KNOW WHAT LOVE IS, LOVES ME BACK!!!!!

THEN WE KISSED!!!!!!
