Chief Burns P.O.V

I got home and carried Cody up the left, I was still a bit scared to see if Cody can walk or not so i figured that I should wait until we are on a safer ground where if Cody did fall he won't hurt himself. I get up the left and walk into the kitchen and the others were all there having lunch so i put cody on the table so we can watch him and to make sure Kade doesn't run over him when he is going on another attempt date with Haley.

I make Cody and myself lunch, while i think of how this will all work. i turn around as i hear laughter and I see cody rolling around on the table playing with Dani and Graham, I smile and walk over to the table and put my food and Cody's down.

I look to see Cody at the other end of the table when he sees his bowl with his food in it. I see Cody grab dani's shoulder and pull himself up and as soon as he stood up he fell backwards and as he was about to fall off the table I see Kade come running up behind him and catching him.

Don't fall buddy Kade says as he walked Cody to me to let Cody eat

Thanks Kade I say to him as he hands me Cody and walks of saying

know i have to go and won't be back till late i have another date with Haley he says

as he walks to the left and we hear Cody laughing and we look at him to see he is laughing at Kade and most likely because he has a date with Haley

Shut up Cody he yells

quiet Kade, Cody is only a baby Dani says

as she and Graham try not to laugh themselves as i sit back and watch only until it gets worse

yea plus Cody in his own way is right is this an actual date with Haley

and with that Kade marches over to the left and leaves defeated. We start to eat lunch and i decided to talk about what we are going to do with Cody and how to care for him as we all have work.

We also know that Cody won't be able to walk so we will have to try to do something to help him get around because at this age Cody could not stay still for long and it has been proven because all he is doing when we set him down he starts to roll around everywhere.

(time skip to dinner)

We were eating dinner as we talk to each other as i bring up the Question

OK so how are we going to take care of Cody

i look around to see worry faces and i know those looks

Kade P.O.V

i can't look after Cody for one i don't know how to take care of him i never had to take care of Dani or Graham because we had mum then and once mum passed i never took care of Cody because i was in high school and always had classes and studying.... OK more like getting Haley to study with me then i flirt with her and try to get her to date me anyway I CAN'T BABYSIT CODY I DON'T KNOW HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dani P.O.V

looking after Cody i can do it but not for long times though it could be easier as he can't go anywhere but still it won't be easy most of my time during Cody's young age, as i was always out with my friends out at the park or shops, so i can't look after him i only know, nothing I can't remember anything on how to look after Cody.

Graham P.O.V

Cody as a kid, me looking after him I can't even take care of myself, so me looking after cody is a terrible idea, if i can't look after myself how am i meant to look after Cody if i never even looked after him when he was younger as i was only 12 at the time and i was trying to get all my grades high and study as much as i could to make my mum proud.

Cody P.O.V

I hungry, I hungry, I hungry. All my big sissy and Bro Bros are all looking at Papa funny. and they have been staring at each other for the last day and I hungry Papa still not giving me more. i see bowl in front and lean over to grab bowl i have it and it fell on my face with the spaghetti and i start to giggle.

Chief Burns P.O.V

i suddenly hear giggling and i look down to see Cody with spaghetti all over his face

what happened Cody

i was hungry you all stair for a day me got hungry

we all laugh as we look at Cody's face and i clean him up then the older 3 explain why they can't look after Cody and why, so i explained to them that they can learn now for the future. they all said yes to helping care for Cody and give it a go.

i got up and looked at the time and saw that i had to go on patrol so i hand Cody to Dani and saying all 3 of them can start learning now all together as i leave for work. I also gave Cody to Dani because I know if i gave Cody to Kade he would drop him as soon as i gave Cody to him.

i leave the house with a group of 3 young adults in shock and i giggling baby in there hands.

I hope Cody doesn't Die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A/N

ok so here is part 2 and i will do another part where Kade, Dani and Graham will look after Cody then there will be a part 4 where it will conclude these one shot and then i will write a different one shot with Cody and his 'new life' I am also happy to have requests from anyone, I am also ways open to new ideas.
