The first of the bot's families to arrive is Whirl's. A tall full grown mech walked off his ship first, followed by a mech that was younger but older than Whirl. Finally, a very young femme skipped off the ship. Once the little femme with light purple coloring caught sight of Whirl, her optics filled with tears as she ran into Whirl's arms.

Whirl: Breeze! Oh Primus I missed you so fragging much!

Breeze: Whirley!

Whirl: Please don't cry, you just got here! *Gasp* Thunder, is that you?!

The younger mech with navy blue coloring looks at Whirl with tear filled optics. Whirl rushes over and hugs him tightly as they both cry.

Thunder: Hey little sis!

Whirl: Thunder!

???: Hey, don't forget about your own dad!

Whirl and Thunder look up from their position and stare at the oldest mech. Thunder releases Whirl as she runs over and is lifted into the air by her father.

Blades: *trying not to cry* Wow, it's like they haven't seen each other in eons!

Boulder: I don't think they have. I don't think any of us have seen out families in a very long time.

Another ship enters the atmosphere. Medix's optics widen as he realises that it is his own family's ship. He was about to be reunited with his family!

Dani: Hey, why is Medix looking up into the sky like that?

Blades: His family has just arrived.

Dani: *smiles* Oh.

Another ship lands a few yards from Whirl's dad's. The first to exit was a pale yellow femme who looked strikingly similar to Medix. She practically rammed into Medix, knocking him down onto his aft.

Medix: OOF! Blitz, did you have to knock me over?

Medix complains but it is obvious that he is overjoyed. A younger mech with aqua blue coloring hesetantly walks towards Medix and Blitz, only to be greeted with tons of affection from both.

Medix: Hydro! I've missed you so fragging much! You too Blitz!

Medix's parents then join the heap of love.

Another ship enter's the atmosphere, this time it is Boulder's family, or the first half of his family anyway. His dad exits along with another mech, ho looks almost the exact same as Boulder. This was Boulder's older brother, and his name was Pounder. Heatwave's family arrived soon after. Two young mechs ran over to Heatwave and showered him with affection. The nerdier brother of Heatwave's was named Solarblast, and the kind gentle one was Sparkfire. Hoist's large family arrived (Not going to bother naming them all XD), followed by Blurr's younger brother named Flash. Chase's family consisted of his two sisters, Swift and Storm. Hotshot's family arrived, which included is three brothers, Fierceblade, Sparkdust, and Scraphide. Salvage's family arrived soon after, consisting of his three sisters named Burnspark, Skyrider, and Silverstar. Wedge's family came with his two older sisters, Shimmer and Wildflash. Finally, Hightide's parents were the last to show up.

The only bots who's families didn't show up, were Blades and Quickshadow. Blades was actually having a good time, mostly playing with the younger sparklings. Quickshadow however, stood a distance away from everyone else, watching the happy bots reunite with their families.

A deep sadness rose inside of her. She wished that she could have had a family like that, a family who hugged you and made you feel wanted. She wanted someone who cared about her, like Heatwave and Blades care about each other. She wanted someone to love her.

Tears welled in Quickshadow's optics as she was having these thoughts. The types of things her mother had said about her had lowered her confidence to a point of depression, and those feelings still lingered no matter what she did. It had gotten so bad that she had started to hurt herself to relieve the pain. This habit had only gotten worse over time, and it was getting to the point of questioning the teams thoughts about her. Her confidence was so low that she started to feel like she was a burden to the other team members.

Quickshadow felt a tug on her left foot, and she looked down to see Breeze, Whirl's little sister, looking at Quickshadow with worried optics.

Breeze: Are you okay miss?

Quickshadow quickly wipes the tears off her optics.

Quickshadow: Y-yes little one, I am fine.

Breeze: But you were crying...

Quickshadow: *noticing the other bots and humans beginning to stare* Honestly sweetspark, I-i'm just f-fine!

Whirl: *Notices what is happening and walks over* Breeze is right Quickshadow, you were crying. Please tell us what is wrong-

Quickshadow: *Tears beginning to form again* Please...Please just leave me alone...

Whirl: But Quickshadow-

Quickshadow: I said, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Quickshadow transformers into vehicle mode and zooms off, leaving everyone bewildered.

Flash: Gee, what was that about big bro?

Blurr: I think I might know. I'm going to go after her.

Blurr quickly transforms into a sleek race car and races after Quickshadow, following her com signal. He later finds her sitting of a cliffs edge, staring at the sky with tear filled optics.

Blurr: *Walks up behind Quickshadow* Hey.

Quickshadow: *startled* B-Blurr? I-Is that y-you?

Blurr: *sits down next to Quickshadow* Sorry, didn't mean to startle you.

Quickshadow: *avoiding eye contact* It's....Fine....

Blurr: Hey, are you alright?

Quickshadow: What do you mean?

Blurr: Quickshadow, I have known something is wrong ever since we first met. I've heard you crying in dark corners of the mainland base, and those scars all over your body aren't from rescues. You've been hurting yourself.

Quickshadow: *optics widen in shock* H-How did you-

Blurr: Trust me Quickshadow, I pay much more attention to those things then you may think.

Quickshadow is silent.

Blurr: Why do you hurt yourself Quickshadow? Why?

Quickshadow: Because I'm a burden to you all.

Blurr: *shocked* Quickshadow, that is not true!

Quickshadow: How could you possibly know?

Blurr: Quickshadow, that is only your consience telling you that. We all care so much about you. I care about you.

Quickshadow: You...You do?

Blurr: Yes, of course.

Quickshadow gave Blurr an affectionate hug, her optics filling with tears again. However, these were not tears of sorrow and shame. These, were tears of love and happiness.

My fangirl heart is about to explode! I had SO much fun with this chapter, and DON'T WORRY! There WILL be a PART 2!!!!!!!!! I will be dead honest with you guys. I ship Quickshadow and Blurr! I know it is an unpopular ship, but I just think that those two would be so fragging cute together. What is a good shipname? Quickblurr, BlurrShadow, I honestly like QuickBlurr better, but you guys can tell me yourselfs. Anyways, Part 2 is on it's way!!!
