----- The autobot's HQ, about a week later afternoon -----

Kari had gotten used to her new home and was making the most of it. She would jam out with an old guitar she found in the dump with Bulkhead as he played a set of drums made out of barrels and other things. Today was one of those days where the two were jamming out happily. Ratchet grumbled and covered his ears, hating the noise. Soon Optimus walked in after finding news. The two stopped their song and looked at him.

"Everyone we've finally been able to locate where Starscream is and where Kaiser is most likely to be." Optimus said as everyone looked at him. Kari widened her eyes and stepped forward after setting down her black and silver guitar.

"I'm coming with you." She called out and Bulkhead shook his head frantically.

"I don't think so. You could get taken again Kari." He gulped.

"I don't care Kaiser's with that weirdo and she needs my help!" Kari growled.

"But Kaiser would want you to stay here and out of trouble wouldn't she? Besides we want to keep you safe, they could try to kill you at all costs. You gotta use your brain there kiddo." Arcee said lecturing Kari.

"But..." Kari sniffled, her symbols glowing an icy cold blue. Bulkhead sighed.

"You're not getting outta this one Kari. You are staying with Ratchet." Bulkhead stated and looked up at Optimus while Ratchet looked up from his work. "Right, Optimus?" Bulkhead asked. Optimus nodded his head.

"That is right Bulkhead." Optimus said as Bumblebee knelt down besides Kari.

"I promise we'll bring Kaiser back safely." Bumblebee said to make Kari stop feeling worried about her friend. Kari crossed her arms and her symbols began to glow a flaming red with hints of icy cold blue, pouting.

"... F-fine..." Kari grumbled and went to her couch and sat down. Ratchet grumbled, not liking that he had to babysit. "Well this is just great! Now I have to watch the little pest..." He thought with a low growl.

"We'll be back before you know it. Ratchet be nice and keep a close eye on Kari while we're out please." Optimus said looking at his friend.

"Sure, fine, fine." Ratchet stated with a huff, waving his hand. The other three robots got up and went over to Optimus.

"Autobots let's roll out!" Optimus shouted as they all turned into their vehicle mode and exited the headquarters. Kari snuck with them by getting into Bulkhead's trunk when no one was looking.

"Ok, Kari, let me set some ground--- Kari?" Ratchet was about to tell Kari a few rules but he did not see her. He gulped and feared what Optimus would say when he got back and did not see her. He began to look around headquarters quickly.

----- Ravine near autobot's HQ -----

When the Autobots used the ground bridge to arrive where they got the signal for Starscream they transformed and looked around. Moments later a banging came from Bulkhead's chest, alerting everyone. Bumblebee heard the banging noise from Bulkhead's chest and looked at him as everyone gave the green bot a funny look. Bulkhead blinked and opened up where the banging was coming from. A bandaged arm reached out lazily then a non bandaged arm. Kari then showed herself and gave a weak smile as she waved her right hand making a three with her thumb, index finger, and middle finger

"Heyo." She giggled.

"Kari?! How'd you get in there?!" Bulkhead called, feeling used.

"I'm a ninja! ... That and I snuck into your trunk before you left." Kari giggled and began to get out.

"Kari this isn't a laughing matter, this is serious and you should have listened to me. I understand you want to help her too, but you could have helped her by staying behind. This place is dangerous." Optimus lectured Kari, looking at the young girl who just crawled out of Bulkhead's chest.

"But I don't wanna stay with Ratchet! He's no fun and he doesn't like me!" Kari growled. "'Sides, I'm not letting you leave me behind while saving MY sister!" Kari crossed her arms while on Bulkhead's shoulder. "So you're stuck with me." Kari giggled and Bulkhead hit his face with his palm.

"Look if you're gonna be here stick to one of us and don't go off. Because if you do and they see you they will kill you. Then Kaiser won't have anyone to go back to after we save her." Arcee said in annoyance.

"Look at what we have here. A group of autobots and a little bug." A voice called and Kari blinked, deciding to stick with Bulkhead since she was already on his shoulder. She growled in a low tone upon seeing Starscream. Her symbols began to glow a flaming rage red.

"Give Kaiser back!" Kari yelled in anger.

"Kari." Bulkhead grumbled. Starscream blinked at Kari's glowing.

"Interes--" Beeping soon sounded and Starscream looked at his wrist. "Wait what-- How?" He looked at Kari then his wrist again, which had some sort of tracker. Steam began to rise off of Kari's body.

"Ow, ow! Hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot!!" Bulkhead called as Kari's body temperature began to rise. Arcee, Optimus, and Bumblebee looked at Kari in disbelief of what was happening.

"WHERE IS SHE?!" Kari growled, the earth shaking as she spoke. "GIVE HER BACK OR SO HELP ME!!" Kari's rage began to build and the steam began to show signs of a flame as pebbles began to swirl around her after rising from the ground. Starscream shivered and gulped.

"I-I can not believe this. How is this even possible?!" He stammered and Kari vanished then reappeared next to Starscream's face, kicking his cheek with her right leg and her whole body engulfed in flame while the pebbles went and broke his tracking device. Starscream staggered to the side and felt his cheek as Kari fell to the ground. Steam hissed from Starscream's cheek and a scuff mark appeared showing Kari's foot and leg. Optimus couldn't believe his eyes, but he had to stop her before something bad happened.

"WHERE IS SHE!! TELL ME OR I'LL MELT YOU!!!" Kari called out as rage consumed her, her pupils now slits as her eyes showed nothing but pure rage.

"KARI! Stop now! We aren't going to be able to save her like this if you act on pure rage impulse you idiot!" Arcee shouted at the young girl. Kari blinked and froze with a gulp. She looked at Arcee and frowned, the flame dying down. She stood up straight and looked at her hands.

"Wh-why am I on fire? Isn't it supposed to hurt?! WHY DOESN'T HURT?! Oh scrap! What's going on?!" Kari shivered and the flame began to mix between rising and falling, going out of control. Bumblebee quickly ran over and grabbed Kari so Starscream couldn't touch or hurt her regardless of the fire.

"You gotta calm down, do you want Kaiser to see you like this?" Bumblebee asked as Kari looked at him.

"... But she's not here..." Kari called as the pebbles that were surrounding her fell and the flame died down into a puff of smoke. Bulkhead blinked at Kari.

"How do you know?" He asked but did not get an answer since Kari was now out cold, due to loss of energy. Starscream scolded and backed away.

"I must inform lord Megatron about this. Watch your backs autobots, we will get her." Starscream growled and pointed to Kari then backed away and fled the scene. Optimus watched as Starscream fled the scene going who knows where. Bumblebee held the snoozing Kari as he sighed. Arcee looked over to the sleeping girl as she shook her head. "When will this girl ever listen?" Arcee thought to herself. Bulkhead looked down with a sigh. "She's so stubborn..." He thought as Kari let out a tired mew.

"Let us return for now, there is nothing more we can do at the moment." Optimus said as everyone turned into their vehicle modes while the sleeping Kari rode with Bumblebee. They all headed back to the headquarters unable to find Kaiser.

Soon enough after using the ground bridge, since Optimus called Ratchet up, the group was able to return quickly and safely. Eventually they saw Ratchet scrambling around trying to find something.

"Oh, uh ahem, welcome back." He said and looked at everyone then noticed Kari as Bumblebee transformed into robot mode. "So that's where she was! Thank Primus I won't get into trou-- wait! I will get in trouble! Aw scrap!" Ratchet thought with a small gulp. Bumblebee was walking over to the mini couch they had set up in the main room for Kari and put her on it and gently pulled a blanket over Kari.

"I am sorry for you to go through such a panic trying to find Kari, we didn't even see her sneak into Bulkhead." Optimus said walking over to Ratchet.

"Wh-what I-I was trying to find-- Oh, there it is..." Ratchet said nervously as he picked up a wrench. "My wrench. I was looking everywhere for it." Ratchet lied with a small smile and nervous chuckle. Optimus gave Ratchet a look of suspicion, but didn't question it too much as he turned away.

"I will be in the computer room looking at some things. Do not disturb Kari while she sleeps." Optimus said as he left the room. Bumblebee and Arcee sat down trying to wrap their thoughts around what exactly happened just a few minutes ago.

Bulkhead then went to sit near Kari to watch over her and talk to the others. "So, that was weird..." He sighed and looked at Arcee and Bumblebee.

"What? What was weird?" Ratchet asked in curiosity. He glanced at Arcee, Bumblebee and Bulkhead, waiting for one of them to answer.

"Kari did something really strange for a human." Arcee started to say as Bumblebee jumped in.

"She got mad and the symbols on her body glowed and then her whole body was engulfed by flames and pebbles were swirling around her. However it wasn't hurting her." Bumblebee said as he looked over to to the sleeping girl on the couch. Ratchet blinked and glanced at Kari.

"By the Allspark... I did not know humans were capable of that." He blinked in shock.

"And the funny thing is, when Arcee spoke to her about Kaiser she snapped out of it and was confused as to why she was on fire. I don't think she knew she was doing it." Bulkhead stated with a confused huff.

"Well she is a major part of Kari's life so of course Kaiser has been the one to keep Kari calm before she got taken away." Arcee said, crossing her arms.

"Well I don't think Kari knew she was capable of this. By the way she reacted at least." Bulkhead pointed out as he looked at Arcee.

"That could be it, maybe she could be just waking up to those unusual abilities." Bumblebee said looking at the three before him.

"If that is the case then we are all in danger. She does not know how to control these abilities of hers which puts all our lives in danger." Ratchet huffed with a small annoyed growl, wondering why Optimus was still letting her stay after this.

"This is just another reason why we need to keep her here. If we didn't and the decepticons got a hold of her, Megatron would use her abilities to destroy earth and most likely all of us. We could help her learn how to control and get the hang of her abilities then maybe she would be a great help to defeating the decepticons and getting her friend back whenever we can get a location of where she could be held." Arcee said leaning into the couch. Bumblebee nodded his head in agreement to Arcee's statement. Bulkhead nodded as well while Ratchet grumbled.

"Whatever, don't come crying to me when you get hurt... Did she do anything else?" Ratchet huffed.

"She warped from my shoulder to kick Starscream in the face." Bulkhead called out after a small silence. Ratchet blinked then turned and left the room to go to his lab. Optimus was in the computer room, trying to look into several things at once until he had a small flashback of That day. Optimus sighed and narrowed his eyes sadly then gulped and went back to his work. That day was one of the worst days he and his team had ever experienced.

----- Decepticon ship -----

Starscream rushed in and went straight to see Lord Megatron and tell him what had happened.

"L-lord Megatron, I-I have some urgent news I think you will like." Starscream gulped and explained what happened moments ago as best as he could. Megatron looked at Starscream sitting up in his chair.

"Such power.... I could use that to destroy the autobots once and for all." Megatron started to say when Starscream started to talk again.

"She left a mark even..." Starscream pointed to the scuff mark left by Kari. "I knew something was making my sensors go crazy. If I knew it was her I would not have grabbed Kaiser... But it seems she is rather... Unstable and her abilities are still being unlocked." Starscream hummed in thought.

"I don't feel like having to use something that unstable, what if the autobots get her to the point where the girl can control these abilities and then we take her at the best opportunity and use her abilities against them. Then I'll destroy everything in my way!" Megatron gave an evil smile.

"Excellent plan my lord. Let them do the work for us. But how will we make her cooperate? She seems to have gotten attached to the autobots already." Starscream pointed out.

"Starscream if I'm correct we have what she's looking for no?" Megatron said looking at him.

"You mean Kaiser? She did say she was looking for her... I see what you're getting at my lord." Starscream smirked. Megatron nodded as he waved his hand dismissing Starscream. Starscream left and went to check on Kaiser, who was still in her cage. Kaiser was sitting in her little cage fiddling around with a knife that she had in her pouch along with the other ones she had. Starscream huffed and put some food in the cage. "Here. Eat." He ordered. Kaiser put the knife away as she picked up the plate and like always ate only some of the food then put it back down once she was done. Starscream huffed. "Why do you only eat some of your food?" He asked, a little curious. Kaiser looked over to Starscream.

"Because that's how much I always eat. Back in the orphanage since each kid got only one plate of food per meal and Kari for some reason needs a lot more than one plate of food... So each meal I would eat a portion of my plate and give the rest to her." Kaiser said plainly pulling out a knife fiddling with it again. Starscream nodded and leaned on the wall, crossing his arms as he listened.

"So that's why. I was just curious..." He sighed and thought about if he should tell Kaiser about Kari for a moment. Kaiser sighed as she felt a little glum as her neck area started to create a strange black ominous mist. Starscream stared at Kaiser in shock. He called lord Megatron and told him what was going on so he could see this. He would have gone down but he would have risked missing the strange scene. Megatron left his room to see what Starscream was shouting about now. Once there he looked at Starscream upon his arrival.

"This better be good Starscream." Megatron said hoping his time wasn't being wasted on something stupid until he looked inside the cage to see the mist and then his expression turned to shock. Kaiser looked over a bit nervous as to why Megatron was there. Starscream looked at Megatron and blinked. "What should we do?" He asked in a low tone so Kaiser would not hear him.

"You said that the other one had symbols on her body that glowed correct?" Megatron asked in a low tone to Starscream not looking away from the girl in the cage. Starscream nodded.

"Yes my lord. They appeared to be shaped like waning crescent moons." Starscream confirmed. Megatron opened the cage door reaching his hand in grabbing Kaiser pulling her out. Kaiser tried to get away from being grabbed, but that didn't work so well as she struggled getting a little scared as the mist got more intense.

"L-let go!" Kaiser said struggling more. Megatron didn't listen to the girl as he grabbed the charm of her choker and pulled it making the whole thing come off. Starscream watched as a black skull with cross knives symbol was revealed on the back of Kaiser's neck, which was causing the mist. Megatron moved her as he saw the symbol as well and chuckled.

"You seem to be much more worthy than I expected of you, human." Megatron said as he tossed her back into her cage then closed and locked it. Kaiser hit the cage floor and rolled a bit as her hat came off making her long black hair fall out. Megatron gave a nod of the head.

"Starscream good work. As always you will be in care of this child and if you can't keep up I'll replace you with Knockout understand?" Megatron said looking at him.

"Yes sir, Lord Megatron." Starscream bowed as he replied. With that Megatron left back for his room to think of a new plan since the autobots were not the only ones with a special human. Kaiser sat up as she felt where her choker once was but now broken and gone. Starscream sighed then left the room after Megaton to work on somethings, checking on Kaiser every once in a while like always. Kaiser felt so alone in this place yet oddly she was getting used to seeing everyone here. She wanted to hide herself from anyone from seeing her curl up and cry her sapphire blue eyes out. That was when the black mist appeared in her cage cloaking her from anyones eyes as she hugged her knees tight and cried quietly like the first day she was put in the cage.
