Y/n was a very skilled fighter but that was expected from the sister of the mighty Megatron. Although she had only seen battle once and never came home.

She looked somewhat like Megatron and she looked absolutely gorgeous. Her silver frame with dark blue accents complemented her lavender eyes.

Knockout always admired Y/n's frame and her shiny finish.

Though she was gone, presumed to have been killed by the Autobots.

Knockout had been close with Y/n and when the news broke that she had been killed, his spark shattered. He had hoped to ask her to be his but now it would never happen.

Everyday it was painful to wake up and know that she wasn't going to be in the lab bothering him to try and get his attention when he was busy.

He never expected to find out that she had switched sides.

Now he was watching a recording from one of the spies and he saw the femme he loved.

Megatron growled and shut off the tape, not wanting to believe that his little sister would betray him like this.

"She is now our enemy. She made her choice," Megatron said gruffly but Knockout didn't want to be her enemy. He wanted to be the one she loved.

He took the tape with him to his lab and started to watch it. He paused it on her smiling face.

"Was I not good enough for you to stay?" Knockout started to doubt himself. He had always thought that he made her happy but she was happy with the Autobots.

He remembered the last day he got to see her.

Y/n skipped into the lab and smiled when she saw Knockout.

"Knocks! Guess what!" She startled him from his work but he couldn't help but smile.

"What is it?" He asked curiously and she squealed.

"My brother is actually letting me go out on the field today! I have my first mission! All my training is going to come to good use!"

Knockout knew she had been desperate to go out on the field but Megatron wouldn't let her.

"I'm happy for you! Just promise me that you'll be careful," Knockout said and she hugged him.

"I will be! I promise!" Y/n smiled up at him and he couldn't help himself.

He held her close and kissed her gently. She froze but melted into the kiss. He pulled away after a moment and she blushed brightly.

"I-"

"Come on, Y/n!" Starscream came into the lab, cutting Knockout off.

"We'll talk about this later. Come back safe," Knockout said and Y/n nodded quickly before leaving.

Knockout cried as he remembered that kiss.

"I wish I said 'I love you'. Maybe you would've stayed... maybe you would've come back to me..." Knockout felt broken and his spark throbbed.

He decided to watch the whole tape and his spark fluttered. He loved seeing her smile.

But then he saw a mech walk up behind her and pick her up. He recognized the mech as Wheeljack. She was laughing as Wheeljack took her into a room. The recording went to a different event but Knockout was frozen, tears streaming down his cheeks.

"But... but I..." He couldn't believe what he had seen. After everything they had gone through and their one kiss... he had thought that she loved him back.

"She doesn't love me... I wanted her to love me... she loves another mech..." He sat on one of the medical berths and looked at the floor, his spark completely shattered.

Y/n was walking to her berthroom and she sighed softly as she thought about Knockout.

Wheeljack walked over and smiled at her.

"Hey, N/n. Wanna train again or are you too busy sulking still?"

"Sorry, Jackie... I just...I know you just wanna cheer me up but... I miss my brother. He's the only family I have and Knockout... I..." Y/n started to cry as she thought about the mech she loved and how she had just left him with no explanation.

"Hey, I know he was your friend but-"

"He was more than just my friend okay..."

"But you always said that you were just friends," Wheeljack said as he hugged Y/n.

"I know what I said and technically that's all we were but... I love him... before I left for my mission, h-he kissed me... he said we would talk about it later but then I was taken and now I'm an Autobot but I wish I got to talk to him about it... I was finally gonna get to be with him maybe... but now that'll never happen..." Y/n trembled as she sobbed into his chassis.

"I'm sure you'll still get to be with him one day," Jackie assured her but she shook her helm.

"How? I betrayed the Decepticons... if my brother found out... I would be killed... Knockout would never forgive me and I would have to die without his love... if I did live, Knoclout would fall in love with someone else and I don't want to see him holding another femme..."

"I know it hurts... Y/n... what if you went back and said that you were just captured. They don't know yet that you are an Autobot so you could still go back," Wheeljack said, not wanting her to be upset.

Y/n sniffed and thought about it. "Y-yeah. I could go back and be with him. But I don't want to betray Optimus... he's been so nice to me and he gave me a chance..."

"Optimus will understand. I promise. I will tell him. Now go," Wheeljack said and Y/n nodded.

She left Iacon that night and headed off for Kaon.
