My name is Magnificus, I was once the military consul who was stationed at the Decepticon base on the planet of Meibon. That was before I was... Wrongly ousted by my rivals for crimes I didn't commit, rivals who were clearly envious of my superior intellect and skill compared to their own. I was sent to the gladiator pits to live out a pitiful life and existence, where I was able to hone my fighting skills for the moment that I eventually exterminate those who sent me here. Then came the day that I found... It. A mysterious gate that had appeared before me, a voice calling me to protect time and space itself from a great enemy that threatened to destroy all. Before I could question my logic, I stepped into the gate and found myself flung through time.

"So, you have finally found the gate."

I turned to see a young man with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes, he floated alongside me. So I assumed that he held all the answers to my questions and predicament.

"It appears I have human... Now you will answer my questions or I will force the answers from you." I replied, holding up my weapon. "Who are you? And where have you taken me?"

"My name is Noel Kriess and all will be explained in due time." He said

"That doesn't answer my question..." I replied, my finger going to the trigger of my blaster. "Now I'll ask one more time, where have you taken me?"

"This is the Historia Crux, the crossroads of the time continuum." He explained, I was speechless at his claim.

"Impossible." I muttered. "Such a thing is scientifically impossible."

"It's the truth... And I need your help. Time is in danger, a great evil has arisen and is destroying everything in existence. Join me and together we can make a difference and a better future." He said, holding his hand out.

I paused, a boy needs my help? To protect time itself, a monumental task, but a chance to prove myself worthy of being better than I can ever be!

"Alright, I will help you 'Noel'. But know this... Betray me and I will not hesitate to terminate you on the spot." I replied, glaring at him.

He nodded, "Understandable, now..."

The boy turned to the massive door which appeared before us.

"Let's begin."

A young man called Noel appears in the gladiator pits at the same time as a mysterious Time Gate. He claims to be from the future, and to have fighting a great evil. He says he needs Magnifcus' help to fight this great evil. After much soul-searching, Magnificus decides to trust Noel, and follow him into the portal. So begins his quest to protect the universe...
