Vol. Ch. 19: The Wreckers part 2

I do not own the series The Loud House or the Transformers or any car brands, make, and models in this story. The Loud House is created by Chris Savino for Nickelodeon, Transformers is owned by Hasbro, and all vehicles named or described are owned by their proper companies.

Last Time: Late at night, Lincoln and some of his friends go with the Autobots and fight a horde of Insecticon drones alongside an Autobot subgroup known as the Wreckers. Now, they must save the remaining Wreckers and their friends from Antagony.

"Alright, this is the plan... this is the new and FINAL plan. Hot Rod and Kup will sneak into Antagony's lab to free our friends and start burning down other things. Bumblebee, Drift, and now Cyclonus will take Ratchet and me to the prison to free the rest of the Wreckers, set up some explosives, get out of here and finally send this ship to kingdom come. Any questions?" Lincoln had explained to the Cyclonus, who nodded their head in agreement to understand this plan, but there was something he wanted to explain to him.

"You know Shockwave is down there, too, right?" Cyclonus explained to them what they knew was not good. Shockwave was well-known as a mad scientist and a capable fighter. Lincoln looked the most frustrated as his plans were messed with every time, they were going through just this one. "I will take care of Shockwave. I have a plan for him. As soon as I take them to the prison area, I will teleport myself and Shockwave somewhere away to somewhere safe." Cyclonus explained to them, making them feel relieved, but they still had doubts.

"How can we make sure we can trust you? You attacked us Wreckers not too long ago?" Kup said to Cyclonus, and if looks could kill, Cyclonus would have been dead, cut down the middle from the fact that Kup was giving them a frustrated look.

"You do not, but I wish to gain your trust, Autobots. I must do so, plus would not it be nice to have someone on the enemy team helping you all out." Cyclonus said with him, making a grin before turning it back to his regular plain-looking face.

"You know, I have wanted to ask, but you never did give me a way of talking to you. To whom are you loyal? Us, the Autobots or the Decepticons?" Bumblebee asked the rogue Decepticon, who just turned their head around and answered the question.

"Neither I am loyal to myself. I did serve a master, but they were nothing to me after everything I have been through." Cyclonus answered the Autobots. "Now let us go and save our-- your friends, oh, and if we see Whirl, I'll punch him in the face," Cyclonus said, with Kup nodding to that claim. The elevator was close to a stop, and the doors opened. It was dark, but they entered with the bit of light they had, entering the belly of the beast or insect to be more fitting.

Daros-II, 4.7 million years ago, 4,891 Years before the war

Deep underground, within the colony of the second moon of Eukarius, were three Transformers, Beachcomber, Glyph, and Tap-Out. They were given the task of learning what had happened and could not find much. The colony was like an ordinary city on Cybertron. Only it was mostly stone and dirt instead of pure metal; the Insecticons were more technically advanced than anyone would first think when seeing them. Beachcomber was looking over the map he had made while Tap-Out was standing guard for the others.

For Glyph, she was in a terminal at what looked to be a post or station, like a space version of a loading dock for large amounts of cargo. Only a few barricades were scattered around. They were facing a giant metal door blocking the entrance to the rest of the colony. "So, what do you guys think happened to the colony? Scraplets?" Tap-Out questioned. He wanted to make sure it was not too quiet. He hated it when it was like that, making the job creepy and strange.

"No, the moons have a strange and natural magnetic pulse with the cores making Scraplets enter a form of hibernation-like stasis. Whatever happened, I am sure they kept what they did written down before they were all lost." Glyph explained.

"Cosmic Rust, then?" Beachcomber asked, he wanted answers too.

"No, the whole moon would have been affected if that was the case. This terminal is part of this guard outpost. It looks as if they were given an order from someone named Venom. It just says do not let anyone in or out..." Glyph said, getting a chill down or robotic spine, along with Tap-Out and Beachcomber. When they hear the words "don't let anyone in or out," they know that is the universal quote for something going wrong, or something worse happened. "...Beachcomber, can you use your map maker to find out what's behind the door?"

"Not really. My map maker uses echolocation to calculate the layout of what is scanned. The door blocking our path is closed, both airtight with multiple locks. There is no way we can know what is behind it." Beachcomber explained. "We cannot head back without knowing what happened, so what if we just deactivate the locks and open the door a little? I can scan what happened inside." Beachcomber informed the two of them, who looked at each other, that it would work, but they did not know what had happened. But then again, it was their job to find out what happened and report it to the Seekers.

Glyph started to use the terminal; the door began to make a loud sound like gears and parts moving and scratching like they were rusted, with the door opening by just a large enough crack for them to fit through; Beachcomber looked to his arm with his map-making device filling in on the rest of the cave seeing the relatively large area they have scanned, it was like an underground small city. They both saw something on it, along with the sound of some more metal moving in a different location. "What was that?" Tap-Out asked, with it sounding like it was from somewhere far.

"Looks to me that the locks were all connected. Guess whoever locked the doors did it to lock them all at once." Glyph explained to them, and they turned to see Beachcomber looking at his map; inside the area they scanned, they saw dozens of red dots, with one being away from the large group of red dots and very close to the door, the one closest to the door then started to move to get closer and closer at a fast paste. The three looked to the door, hearing footsteps getting closer and closer and the growls of what sounded like a rabid beast. Tap-Out stayed on his guard and held a rifle in his hand and what came out was terrifying.

It looked to be a normal Insecticon. However, they are covered in a glowing purple liquid. Their movements were rapid, flailing their arms around like a madman. Tap-Out wasted no time, aimed his rifle, and fired three shots at the charging Insecticon, one in their left leg, another in their shoulder, and the last one hit the side of their head, making them fall. That slowed them down before they got back up and stared back at the three and released a roar so loud it echoed through the tunnels and the entrance of the colony; Tap-Out then fired at their chest, a dead center hit which did the trick as the Insecticon fell to their knees and fall face down losing all their color turning gray.

"What did you-- Why did they charge at-- What the frag is going on?!" Beachcomber asked, wondering just what had happened. They then heard the roar of multiple beings from inside the colony. Tap-Out and Beachcomber looked to Glyph, who started to mess around with the terminal to get the gate to close as fast as it could. Tap-Out aimed their rifle as they saw multiple figures running towards them and shooting at them to slow them down. Still, it was clear it was doing little. There were too many.

Every shot they fired did not matter, and it did not slow them down. They just kept going but right when they were about to reach the door. It finally closed on its own, with the sound of banging following it. They all had the same question, what just happened? They then heard the banging getting louder. "Why is it getting louder?"

"Some of them must have been jammed into the locking mechanism and are slowly undoing it. By the sound of it, they will be out soon." Beachcomber explained as he then showed them the map he had made. Multiple red dots were gathering at the door, making a blob on the map. "Looks like the door has a gap, giving me a live feed of what they are doing. What even are they? They are acting madder than a Seeker with space barnacles."

"No idea and I do not want to know, but if they get out, who knows what they will do to the colony here, I know what to do about it. Look at your map near the ceiling." Tap-Out said as he pointed the map at an area near the said ceiling that looked like a large cylinder structure. "That's an exhaust port. These caves tend to make a lot of explosive gasses, and we can get in through the vents and reverse the port to make the gas stay to the ground, and right as we exit the pipes to the surface, we'll throw a torch or something down to light the gas and blow this hive into ash and stop this mess."

Beachcomber and Glyph looked at each other. They looked unsure about all this. They were going to destroy the colony of Insecticons. "Are you sure about this Tap-Out? What if we can still save these Bots?"

"By the time we get back up to the ship, they will break through the door, and the crew and everyone on this moon will be at risk. There are just too many of them. Look, I do not like this either, but sometimes we have no choice but to do what seems wrong for us for the greater good." Top-Out explained as he pulled out two pistol weapons and held them to the two, who looked at each other and grabbed the weapons as a way of agreeing to what he said to them: "Alright, let's roll out and get rid of these pests." Tap-Out said as the trio transformed and drove away. Their job went from recon to extermination.

Earth, Present Day

In a dark lab, with the only light source from the monitors that were all red, Beachcomber was on a lab table with a figure of someone insect-like standing next to them. They looked like Inferno, only with a pitch-black body, a pinkish head, and a feminine figure. Beachcomber looked to be passed out cold. The Insecticon looked at them with interest, every detail about them to ensure they were who they thought they were, raising their right arm with a green metal staff that looked to have one end looking to be slightly more significant than the rest of it and the bottom of it had a sharp point to it like a spike on a biker jacket, and swiftly lowered it jabbing the sharp end into Beachcomber's arm forcing the former Autobot to scream. "You're not good at acting, and you know that."

"Leave him alone!" Screamed the voice of Preceptor. The Insecticon turned to see the Autobot scientist standing near another table with several items on it for lab work. They looked ready for a fight even though in the room was another Hardshell and the Decepticon Shockwave working on another table across from Preceptor. They pulled out the sharp end of the staff with a small amount of blue liquid coming out of the wound. "You think you're tough because you have both allies and a weapon, but take those away, and you're--"

"Still strong enough to rip your piece by piece with my bare hands, Preceptor. Why don't you be more like Shockwave over there and focus on your work like you are meant to do? Best to never question the words of Antagony, not unless you wish to be on this table instead. Oh, and do not forget, I still have those four other Autobots who came to this world and the one named Jetfire." said the Insecticon calling themself, Antagony.

Antagony

-Insecticon

-Black Bullet Ant

-Does not care who you are; they will rip you apart for their goal

"She has a point, Perceptor. I thought you were smarter than that. I should know since I was your mentor." Said Shockwave, not even looking away from his work, almost addicted to what he was doing.

"You are not my mentor anymore. I left your side, studied before you joined the Decepticons, and tried to recruit us for your army." Perceptor said with venom in their voice that they did not like Shockwave. As a scientist, he would have respect for him as they share a common interest in the field, but due to him being a Decepticon, all he felt was disdain for them.

"And why not join us? Megatron showed that he could lead all Cybertron and not even be a Prime. He has the Mettle needed to make any choice and sacrifice for his goal, a world where bots do not work based on their Alt modes, less growly punishments for just small crimes, and so much more for us all. He does not need the title of Prime or an outdated relic in his chest to prove himself. He is what we need. It is only logical." Shockwave said to prove his point only for Preceptor to counter his words.

"You only joined him because he lets you do whatever you want."

"That as well, correct," Shockwave said as he looked over some of the chemicals, taking so much interest in them and what was over a tablet next to him. "I will not lie when I say I am surprised you are not interested in this, a strange mutation that gives a technological being, such as a Vehicon, a change in more than shape. It even changes the CNA structure, turning them into an insectoid-like creature, but it has almost no effect, as at this moment, to work on a real transformer with a spark. How did you get your hands on the formula to make this?" Shockwave said as he turned to face Antagony.

"Ah, you can tell I wasn't the one who made the formula?" Antagony said, showing she was a little impressed by the Decepticon's foresight.

"This is a very complex and detailed formula. There is also the fact that you only helped a significant amount of the process, not much, I might add. You also did not memorize it, reading the notes for every step you managed. If this is your creation, then you would know it by memory. Logically, you did not invent the formula, so who made it?" Shockwave explained and asked the question, with Antagony having nothing to hide.

"Venom, an Insecticon, made and unleashed by accident on Daros-II. It was meant to mutate other Transformers races, turning them into Insecticons, but if it gets into the systems of original Insecticons, it turns them feral." Antagony explained to them.

"Ah, Venom, I knew him. He was in charge, a senator last I heard of him, of the Insecticon clans on the Daros moon systems. I heard he was always paranoid," Shockwave said, continuing his work as he spoke. "Something tells me he wanted to make this formula to mutate them into Insecticons, but what happened to the-- wait, Daros-II... I know that moon. I authorized a mission led by Starscream there."

"Correct, that is where I found the original formula for the mutation, I went to Cybertron for help with it, but I arrived during the war. I had to hide and wait, but luckily, I ran into Inferno as he died, and I took two other Decepticons named Tailwind and Storm Cloud. I was going to get another, Flywheels, and that was his name. However, after I made Inferno what he is today, two combiners fought over my underground lab in Iacon."

"He changes his name from Flywheels to Skytread and back from time to time-- Oh, two combiners fighting in Iacon, the last battle before the exudes between Defensor and Bruticus, and they put a crater in the center of Iacon around a quarter mile long. Your lab and the original formula was there?"

"Current. So, I now must start over without my original lab and Toxic destroying all the evidence from making himself look bad. Well, you all must start over for me." Antagony exclaimed in an uneven tone as she turned her attention to the lab door with Ratchet, Cyclonus, Inferno, and the disguised Autobots and Lincoln Loud carried by Bumblebee. "Ah, Ratchet, I assume? I have heard so much about you, an expert in many fields."

"And you are Antagany, the crazy psychopath who turned Inferno into an Insecticon and kidnapped my colleagues. You must be crazy if you think-- Wait is that--? Ratchet said before noticing Beachcomber, and they looked badly beaten with dents or scratches deep in his body or armor. "--Beachcomber?! You monster! What did you do to him?!"

"Same thing I will do to humans now if you do not do your work. I gave him some minor scrapes and dents that would come with some paint. Still, whenever Preceptor would slow down his work intentionally, let us just say I wanted to do that to him, I have been holding back as I wanted to do so much more to him after what he did back on Daros-II," Antagony said with her voice filled with rage.

"You make me sick." Ratchet said, hiding his anger but still having it in his voice.

Antagony looked as if she did not care and did not care what he said or thought. "The human will stay here with me, Cyclonus. You take him and the Hardshells to the prison to check on the prisoners. I want them in fine condition before we do the test. Until then, Hardshell keeps hold of that human until I find a form of containment for them." Antagony said that Cyclonus, Kup, Hot Rod, and Ratchet were powerless to help Beachcomber, who looked to require medical attention. As they left, Antagony looked to the others in the room and walked up to Beachcomber again, needle-like claws popping out of the tips of her fingers and was about to insert them into the back of Beachcomber's neck.

"Wa-wait," Beachcomber pleaded, making the Insecticon stop for a moment to let them speak. "Wh-what are you talking about, Daros-II? I-I have never been there before" Antagony showed no signs of surprise or shock at the information that was shared with them but rather amusement.

"Oh, I know you do not remember being there. That is why I am digging into your little head... Dig them out and bring what you did to me to the light! Everything was your fault that day. Three Bots went into a cave, burned everything to the ground, and only two came out. Payback time." Antagony said before stabbing the back of Beachcomber's neck with the needles, his mind being flooded with information. "You'll remember what you've done."

Daros-II, 4.7 million years ago, 4,891 Years before the war

Beachcomber, Tap-Out, and Glyph were on a platform high in a cave near the cave's ceiling, hundreds of Insecticons covered in purple liquid and acting strange. Most were just standing around or wandering in random locations; others were running towards the door where the trio opened for a moment. On the platform, one Insecticon was wandering around like they had no clue what they were doing, and then they saw the trio.

Still, before letting out a scream, they were shot dead center in the chest and fell over on their sides. The origin of the shot was from the one named Tap-Out, using his rifle that had some sort of attachment that suppressed the sound so as not to attract more of the Insecticons, as he and Beachcomber were standing guard as Glyph was working on the exhaust port to return any explosive gas into the cave.

They only tried to do it as quietly as possible to avoid being detected. They have seen a few strange Insecticons but Tap-Out quickly learned that shooting them anywhere else on the body was ineffective. However, hitting them dead in the spark was enough to finish them off once and for all and keep them down.

It was cruel to put them down, but they had no choice. Even after getting the weapon from him, Beachcomber had not even fired a single shot. Beachcomber could tell that Tap-Out was not too happy doing all the work. He wished he could but thought he couldn't; how could he? They should find a way to help them, but they had no choice but to end the colony of Insecticons for the others on the moon.

Glyph was close to being done, and the machine started to activate, catching the attention of some of the bugs below. Like children seeing an airplane, they looked up, unaware of what was happening. They thought it was not a perfect time to leave, so they started walking away. Transforming and driving would make sounds that would draw the Insecticons to them, so they went with the stealth option. As they were leaving, Beachcomber saw one more Insecticons, he had wanted to call out to his team, but he did not.

He did not want Tap-Out to do all the work, so he readied a rifle; the sound of a clicking noise drew the other two. They saw him aim for his weapon with a built-in suppressor to lower the noise and not draw attention to them, but they were still aware of two things. Beachcomber was not the best shot, and the Insecticon was behind something, barrels. Barrels had a symbol on them that looked like an exploding ball, the universal sign for: "Warning, explosive."

Tap-Out wanted to try and stop them, but it was too late. The shot was fired, and he missed, not by much, but it missed the Insecticon, but it did hit something. The laser hit the highly explosive barrels that released an explosion. The explosion was not too big. However, it was loud and made a fire, and they filled the bottom of the room with explosive gas.

The realization of what had happened kicked into Beachcomber, and when he turned to the others, pure horror was all they had as they heard the screams from down below and the buzzing of wings. "DRIVE!" Was all Tap-Out screamed before the trio turned into their Alt modes and drove as fast as they could?

They had to evade any of the Insecticons that were trying to block their path, swerving left and right to not get grabbed by the bugs, driving at speeds that would have blown their engines, and luckily for them, that did not happen. They made it to a long pipe large enough for the trio to go through but Tap-Out dashed to the tube and jumped with full force with a kick that made a hole in the tube and an opening for them to escape. The trio had made it, and it would be a good exit as it gave them cover from the Insecticon and to get out of there.

The team then aimed their arms into the pipe with hooks coming out of their wrists, fired them into the pipes, and launched it into the said pipe at top speed. Tap-Out was arguing with Beachcomber, yelling at him for cueing the explosion. He should have just alerted him so he would do the shooting. Beachcomber had no way of explaining what he did, and Glyph just tried to get him to calm down, but he would not listen.

Beachcomber could only look up as he saw something in the distance. He saw a dent formed in the pipe just higher up. It grew and grew before becoming a hole, one where a black and yellow Insecticon came into the tube ahead of them, stuck its upper body in the tube, and reached for their lines. Beachcomber, out of fear this time, aimed and fired up while the others didn't look up. They had all thought they were in the clear.

Beachcomber fired five shots, the first four were misses, but the last one was a dead hit to the head, destroying the head. But these Insecticons did not need their heads. It was blind, but that was it. It kept swinging and swinging its bladed arms. The trio was about to pass them, but it got one. It cut one of the wires, the wire to Glyph.

It was like time slowed down for them. A second felt like a minute, and their faces showed shock, the horror at what was happening. Glyph's line broke, and she started to fall. Tap-Out cried out her name and wanted to go back down for her, and he even started to stop his grappling hook from making him go any higher with any means. Nothing worked from bashing it with his fist or grabbing onto his line. They just kept on going. Then they heard it, the flames from their explosion from earlier had reached the gas and caused an explosion even more incredible than before.

The force from the blast entered the pipe, and with it, it launched the two bots with greater force and sent them out of the pipe. They reached the end of the pipe that let them out into the moon's surface, and they were in a crater not too far from their ship with the other members who saw the smoke with a few seekers coming up to them. The two were on the ground, covered in smoke and soot, as they tried to get up. "What happened down there? Are you both all right?" Said Thundercracker as they landed next to Tap-Out as he got back up. "Wait, weren't there three of you? What happened to--" Thundercracker was cut off as Tap-Out turned to their Alt mode and charged at Beachcomber.

Tap-Out had crashed right into Beachcomber, hitting them in the sides and turned back into their robot mode and had Beachcomber pinned to the ground. The look on their faces was pure rage as they screamed: "This is all your fault!" Tap-Out, then beat him down, throwing punch after punch at him. Two seekers had to get him from behind and hold him to get him away from Beachcomber. At the same time, Thundercracker checked up on Beachcomber to see if they were all right and kept asking what had happened down there, mainly to himself, as both of them didn't seem to be in any condition to speak at the moment.

Deep down, Beachcomber felt like what Tap-Out said was true, and it was his fault. He was the one who picked this mission for the trio as he thought it would get them more assignments in the future, he was the one who suggested opening the colony without proper backup, and he set off those barrels that caught the attention of the infected Insecticons. He did not warn the others of the Insecticon that cut Glyph's wire. It might have been his fault. No, it was his fault.

Earth, Present Day

Beachcomber's optics, if they could be seen if it were not for his white sunglasses-like visor covering them, were wide as they could be. What was all that? What happened? Why doesn't he remember that? What was going on? "Confused?" Antagony said with a mocking tone to them. "Yeah, I know that feeling of being confused so much."

"Wh-- What was that? Was that-- I do not understand?" Beachcomber said, showing so much concern at what they have just learned.

"What did you do to him?!" Lincoln screamed at the Insecticon.

"Oh, that? That was his memories coming back via Mnemosurgery. That access to someone's memories, no matter what fragments of the mind, will always have memories deep within if you look hard enough. What I did to him was bring back the memories of Daros-II that were erased from his memory." Antagony explained.

"Erased? What are you talking about?" Lincoln asked, but instead of Antagony explaining, it was Shockwave.

"After the events on Daros-II, Beachcomber showed signs of panic attacks, isolation, behavior differences, and guilt from the death of a team member while on that said moon. The Science Council, while I was a part of it, had used Beachcomber as a test subject for a Shadowplay project where the traumatic memories would be removed from their minds, and in the end, it worked. Beachcomber had no memory. Once an Autobot named Tap-Out tried to assault him, it would have ruined the project, so he was sent to prison and released once the war began." Shockwave explained to the human the best they could, he did not know why they did explain, but they just did.

"That-- That is wrong. You cannot just mess with someone's memory!" Lincoln screamed at the Decepticon Decepticon.

Shockwave only shakes their head, showing annoyance through body language due to his inability to show emotions. "Foolish organic, at the time, I was one of a few who was against this idea since I still had empathy. We stopped using it a few times as Shadowplay did work for a few; however, more than 70% of patients end up getting either more mental issues or insane. We stopped using it after what happened with Blitzwing."

"And you all tried to fix it, only for him to go on a rampage and destroy multiple buildings," Perceptor said, not favoring what had been done in the past.

"And look what that caused. Most of my colleagues, as the humans say, throw me under the bus. They pinned the blame on me because I disagreed with what they did. That ended up getting me Empurated. Luckily, someone spoke out but only after having my head turned into what I have now and who I am now, thanks to that. A being who serves only logic." Shockwave countered at Perceptor.

"I thought you served Megatron?" Lincoln said, questioning what they were talking about and who they served. Did they serve Megatron, or were they planning something?

"Like I said, organic, I serve logic. The most logical leader for our race is one who wields a strong will and will sacrifice what they need to activate their goals. Such is why I follow Megatron. He will lead us." Shockwave explained before turning to Antagony. "That also reminds me, do you plan on fully joining us, Antagony? It would be logical if you did join us."

"You say logic a little too much, and you notice that?" Lincoln said in the background.

"Sorry, but I will not. After my plans are done, I will be leaving this world. Then I am going after Tap-Out." Said Antagony. To the others, it sounded sinister.

"You are going after him too? Why was that your home, the colony where you are from?! If that is the case, they had no choice but to do that, and it was that one colony or the whole moon still had thousands of lives on it!" Preceptor pleaded, hoping that would stop her from doing anything to harm the other Autobot that was beyond the stars but was taken aback by Antagony's laughter.

"You think I am going to kill him? No, I am going to take him out of this war. I would never hurt him." Antagony said, surprising everyone, even Shockwave. They all thought she meant a vendetta, but it was something else. What was she planning? "I am also greatly disappointed in you, Beachcomber, and the Science Council for forgetting me so easily, especially since I helped them in the past. As it was my job, I helped translate many notes from forgotten times and lost languages." Antagony said as she went back to Beachcomber. She grabbed his chin and forced him to look at her dead in the optics so he could see her every expression. "I get why you didn't remember me since your memories were messed with, but that doesn't change the fact that you left me for scrap, old friend."

Confusion hit. First, no one knew what she was talking about, but Beachcomber was beginning to understand what she was talking about. He was placing the pieces together, and she knew about the mission and just who he and Tap-Out were. How did she know so much? One thing came to his mind. She let go of his chin and looked around like he was looking for something, but he was piecing everything together. Beachcomber turned his head one last time at Antagony, and with a weakened voice, he said: "Glyph... Is that you?"

Antagony had a twisted smile, and it was like she saw justice before her as someone who wronged her had confessed to what they had done. "Yeah, it was me. Long time no see."

"Wait? I am confused. I thought she was Antagony, but she is named Glyph?" Lincoln said, confused. He had no idea what was going on at that point. Bumblebee's hands were shaking, Lincoln could feel them and was hoping he would stop as he would blow his cover if he kept that up, but all he could do was tap on his hands, but that would work due to the disguise. Lincoln guessed that this "Glyph'' was a friend to a few Autobots before the war.

"Glyph? Is that you? But we all thought you were gone?" Perceptor exclaimed as Antagony let out yet another laugh.

"Oh, I kind of was gone. Let me explain," Antagony said as the vision of her experiences came forth. "After I fell back down the pipe back into the infected cave, I had to take cover, and quickly, I saw a reinforced box, so before the explosion, I ran towards it, hoping it would save me. However, a few Insecticons got to me. One slashed at my back while one bit into my arm, taking a lot out of it, and another even slashed at my chest. Luckily, I managed to get past them and lock myself into the crate. However, not long after I started to feel changes. My body was acting up, and I started to change shortly after realizing it was due to my injuries. It was painful, and after I came out of the crate, I turned into this, the ship we came on had already left, and I tried to get others on the colony to listen to me that I was someone else, but none believed me, some even said I was crazy. After some time, I got a ship and went to Cybertron for help. However, the war was at its halfway point, and both Autobots and Decepticons chose to shoot at me, so I chose to go at it on my own from there one word and became Antagony."

"But then why do all this then?" Perceptor questioned her motives, and she was the one who turned Inferno into an Insecticon and was planning to do the same to the others.

"Isn't it obvious I am going to turn them into Insecticons, so I can find a way to change them back, find a cure for them, and then for me? All I want--! All I want is my normal life back... that is all I want."

"Whoa, that is a lot to take in." Said Lincoln, who was still processing everything.

"Oh, you don't know the half of it," Antagony replied as Beachcomber looked as if their world was destroyed. It was like how Cliffjumper felt when he heard about Inferno; the guilt returned, and it weighed heavily on his back.

Elsewhere in the ship, Inferno and Cyclonus brought their "Prisoner" Ratchet to the cells with the disguised Hot Rod, Drift, and Kup. They made it to a hallway with multiple open rooms, no doors but just a missing wall, two of the rooms had a wall of energy blacking off anything from going in or out of them. Both were at the end of the hall and opposite each other. One on the left had their old friend Jetfire, while the one on the right had four other new faces, well, for them, old faces they had seen before, mainly one of them. "Oh great, both a bug and a Decepticon, and it looks to be the same one who attacks our ship. Why do not you both come in here and stop acting tough, huh!"

The rough voice came from an all-blue Autobot. Their body had what looked to be a yellow cockpit for a helicopter, but the odd part about them was everything else, their legs were almost like chicken legs while their hands weren't hands, and they were claws, pinchers like crabs, and there had ad most box shaped with it looking like Shockwave's but without the antenna on their sides. "C'mon, I can take you on, first the Insecticon, then you, come on the bug, Red vs. Blue, Bot vs. Con, Blades vs. Whatever a bug has. As for you, Decepticon, here is your final warning, let me out of here, and I will make sure not to let my big friend rip out your spine and make you eat it."

"I'll still do it." Said the voice of another prisoner. This one was big with a bulky build, a mix of bronze and brown armor, and a green body under the said armor. They had no mouth but a horizontal-flat blue visor, allowing them to see.

Another Autobot in there was also significant, and they were around Jetfire's height, even bigger with them being gray with red legs and hands, just like the other Autobot had no mouth but a blue visor that looked a pair of red sunglasses and had what looked to be a jet fighter cockpit in their chest.

The last Autobot was more minor than others, around the average size of someone like Hot Rod and Drift but was still smaller than them. They had yellow chest piece but their other limbs, minus the lower parts of their legs, were the same shade as his chest, he had blue arms, legs, and a helmet that lacked any form of a mouth, but it was due to a mask that looked like Optimus Prime's mask. "Hey, um, Whirl, not pick a fight with the one holding a gun. Just saying."

"Forget that Ironfist. You are a Wrecker too. We do not back down even if we are all out of guns. When in doubt, just gun your way out." Said the Autobot Wrecker named Whirl as he talked to the one named Ironfist.

Whirl

-Autobot

-Blue Bell AH-1 Cobra

-The last Autobot you would want angry no matter what side you are on

Ironfist

-Autobot

-M1121 TOW Carrier

-Always has something he built up his sleeve, something that goes BOOM!

"Whirl, Ironfist has a point. You are going to get yourself scrapped. Just--" Said the largest Autobot in the room, with the bronze and brown armored Autobot interrupting him.

"Can it Broadside? We can take them. You go for the Hardshells, and Whirl gets the Bug. I want to rip off that Decepticon's head with my bare hands, then beat him with it until your spark burns out." Said the Bronze-colored Autobot.

"That isn't Scientifically impossible." Jetfire quoted from the other cell.

"Oh, Roadbuster has done it before. I have seen him do it. Those were also the same words that the Decepticon--Tornado, that was his name--before Roadbuster finished them off." Said the Autobot named Broadside with the last named Roadbuster.

Broadside

-Autobot

-Fighter Jet and Aircraft Carrier

-Scared of heights and gets seasick, the poor guy picked the worst vehicles

Roadbuster

-Autobot

-Bronze M1117 Armored Security Vehicle

-Fighting is in their code. Once the war is over, they have no idea what to do next

"Still, Whirl does not do anything reckless. They have a prisoner with them and are armed. They will gun us down. There is no way they will let us--" The Autobot named Ironfist tried to get their comrade to calm down but was stopped as Cyclonus opened the door to the cell, surprising the Wreckers. "--out... what?" Whirl only questioned it for a second before charging right at Cyclonus. "Whirl, don't!"

Cyclonus teleported behind Whirl, who stopped when he saw that Cyclonus was gone without knowing he was behind him. They then delivered a high kick to the back of Whirl's head, which knocked them down, and Cyclonus walked up to them and aimed a rifle at their head. "Alright, with any luck, that kick had to have fixed something in that head of yours, not like it could get any worse, but if it did not, then I will continue anyway. I am not your enemy and here to save you."

"Gah," Whirl grumbled in pain as they got back up and turned around to look Cyclonus dead in the eyes to speak to him. "What worried if you say "Come with me if you want to live" or anything like that would get you sued. Why would I believe you?"

"Wait, how do you know about that quote?" Cyclonus questioned Whirl's choice of words.

"Will you be quiet, Whirl? We are here to bust you guys out, not start a fight." Said Kup, who was still disguised as a Hardshell, so the other Wreckers did not know and were surprised.

"Wait, Kup? Is that you? Oh no, what have they done to you?! You are no way uglier than you were before." Whirl said, sounding shocked over what had happened to his teammate before Kup took off the makeshift helmet revealing their irritated face. "Oh, it was a disguise, no wonder how you guys got in here without--" Whirl did not finish as Kup sucker punched them in the face, making them fall to the ground yet again.

"He had it coming, Kup. The others?" Roadbuster asked as their allies as the others started to take off their disguise, which also had some hidden weapons underneath them.

"Topside, could not get them in, but this is where the fun happens. Classic Wrecker style!" Kup said he handed them what looked to be a short rifle, but Roadbuster held it like it was a pistol.

"Gun and run our way out, got it." Said Roadbuster as he exited the now open cell.

"One problem, we don't have any weapons, so we can't gun our way out."

"We have weapons under our disguises, mainly just pistols, but--" Drift said as he removed his makeshift helmet and revealed his natural face to them, Roadbuster and Whirl looked at them, taking every detail of their face and the two Wreckers charged at them, pinning them to the wall. Roadbuster grabbed a pistol from Drift's armor and aimed at the side of his head, ready to blow it clean off. "--What are you doing?!"

"Save it, Deadlock," Roadbuster replied, which made Drift flinch. He knew that some Autobots out there would recognize him without issue. "Surprised, I recognized you-- No, I've always remembered you since the battle at Simanzi, you took out a few of us, but I heard Fortress Maximus blast off one of your arms, guess you got it back."

"Too bad we are going to rip it off and beat you with it! It might have been risky for him to get it back after that battle ended with so much loss for the Decepticons." Whirl said as he was helping Roadbuster hold them down, but he got Hot Rod aiming his arm cannons at both their heads. "Whoa, what are you--"

"Let him go, now. He is not Deadlock anymore." Hot Rod demanded the two Wreckers try to intimate them, and it would be hard to tell with their faces showing no emotions due to their lack of mouths and actual eyes. Well, Whirl had an eye. Still, it was hard to say what mood he was in, but even without faces, he could tell they were not impressed by his empty threat.

"Kid's right. Let him go, you two, before I smack some sense into you both again," Kup said to the two Wreckers, who let him go without hesitation. "Listen, Deadlock, Drift, or whatever you want to call yourself, I have seen many Cons turn Bot and vice-versa. I and everyone in this room know who you are, a deadly warrior who snuffed out many sparks. Usually, when we meet a Con with a reputation such as yourself, we would fill you with more holes than the number of cycles in Vorn. Still, if Ratchet and Optimus Prime say we trust you, then we trust you but step out of line once, and Roadbuster gets to show you what he can do in under a minute with a Decepticon." Kup said as they helped Drift onto his feet. "Got it?"

"Understood," Drift said with a slight bow of his head, which made most of the Wreckers bat an optic, but it is a habit he picked up.

"Good to see we are on the same page, but we have a guest, is that right, Scorponok," Cyclonus said to the Autobots before him, who all switched to being on guard. They looked around, looking for Scorponok, but when Hot Rod saw him looking up, he aimed where he was looking and released a quick burst of flames which showed the Insecticon leader in his insect mode.

The said Insecticon dropped to the ground, changing into their robot mode as they were loaned to the ground. Scorponok had a smug look on their face as they faced the other Autobot alone. "Well, well, well... Cyclonus, are you a traitor to us?"

"Me? Betray you? No, Scorponok, I would never betray you." Cyclonus said to them, but before another word could be spoken by anyone else, he continued. "I was never on your side, to begin with. I never really helped you or the Insecticons. I worked with Antagony but never really you. I have no loyalty to a joke like you."

"What?! A joke? Are you calling me a joke? Do you know who I am?!"

"Yes, you're Scorponok, the leader of a failed revolution," Cyclonus said in a cold yet mocking tone, which infuriated Scorponok.

"Don't you--"

"You lead many, and I mean many, of your forces to their doom, and for what? Against a monarchy that was doing their jobs, the overgrown bugs treated the Insecticon people with respect and fairness. I mean, they never raised taxes or used an annoying caste system. They were just keeping order, all you wanted was power for yourself." Cyclonus still spoke with them, showing no sign of respect for them, only a mocking tone with their thought to be a dead voice. "So, yes, you are an awful joke."

"GRRR! How dare you! I have done so much! I have taken down dozens of enemies! I have defeated foes left and right! I am--"

"And now look at you, you're still a bad joke as ever, and now you sound like a broken record that repeatedly plays the same lines. Better yet, you sound like a child trying to impress his alcoholic father!" That set them off, Scorponok released a roar of anger and fired from both his arms two sets of twin rockets that were charging at Cyclonus, but they didn't flinch. Instead, with a quick motion, Cyclonus caught all the missiles with his hands and teleported right next to them, standing right on their left. "Why don't you be a sport and bring daddy another drink, would you?" Before clapping his hands with the rockets, the explosion sent Scorponok into a cell that activated on its own, and when the smoke cleared, Cyclonus was still standing with slight burns on his face and chest, but both his hands were missing. It only took a second before growing back. They all turned to Drift, who pulled out a red button with EASY written on it, and when they pressed it, the button said: "Well, that was easy."

"CYCLONUS! You will not get away with this! Do you hear me?! When Megatron learns that you are a traitor, he will--"

"He will not believe you, Scorponok. He will not believe a traitor like you," Cyclonus said in his cold voice to the scorpion.

"What? I have not betrayed him... yet."

Cyclonus just looked at Scorponok with their voice looking smug, and they then placed both the index and middle finger of his left hand to where their ear should have been, making a ringing sound. "Soundwave, this is Cyclonus. Scorponok had gone rogue and sold us out to the Autobot. They are closing in on us soon. I will take Shockwave and move him to a different location for his safety, blocking both Scorponok and the other Insecticons from our communications... Correct, over and out." Cyclonus then removed his fingers from the side of his head and saw that Scorponok's once smug face was replaced by horror as what he said had ruined any chance with the Decepticons. "Also, we are going to blow up the lab, so... better start running away or do not. I do not care. You will soon be someone's problem." Those words hit Scorponok hard enough for him to see the logic, and he started to go at it with the energy field keeping him in not to avail and turned back the wall turning his anger on it, doing real damage to it.

"Alright, let's head out of the lab and get out of here," Kup said to the others, with most of them still in awe with how Cyclonus dealt with Scorponok and the sight of his advanced healing ability. Everyone, all armed with a small weapon, started to leave the makeshift jail cells and started heading to the lab. Kup glanced at Cyclonus before looking forward. "Hey, Cyclonus, right? You are going to save Shockwave?" Kup asked the Decepticon while loading his weapon, not even making eye contact with the Decepticon.

"Of course, I may not really be a Decepticon, but I need to keep up the illusion and it would be suspicious on my end to let them perish," Cyclonus answered.

"Why did you say you were helping us, right? If that is true, then why not put down Shockwave? Great way to get our trust after you attacked our ship the other Cycle. You can just say we were here and beat you to the punch." Broadside asked Cyclonus, with Whirl giving his thoughts.

"Heck, we can even make it look like it was us. Just have one Roadbuster fist-size crater in your chest cavity, a knife in your arm from Ironfist or Kup, and a missing arm by me. Do not worry I will not go over the top too much and "Accidentally" cut off your head." While chimed in with him even finger quoting--well, more like claw quoting--the "Accidentally" part.

"I would heal faster than the injuries you would give me. Why I must save Shockwave is simple, I need him as part of my plan. I can use his mind and logic for some big projects and keep him in line."

"Your plan? Is shockwave a part of your plan? Why?" Ironfist chimed in to share his thoughts on the matter. None of them were good thoughts about hearing these so-called plans with Shockwave involved. "How would you keep him in line? He is Shockwave you know, the Con who serves only logic and Megatron."

"Simple Ironfist, I know something about Shockwave. I have information he would want to hear that will make him stay in line and only take a step when I tell him to do so and follow the distance of each step to a T."

Tension had not changed. Hot Rod, Ratchet, Drift, Cyclonus, and now the five Wreckers they were all with were still behind enemy lines. Drift could tell that Whirl and Roadbuster were keeping their cool around him for now, but they could and knew they would strike when no one was looking and was indeed afraid if that happened, he would be the victor of that fight. Hot Rod still had that reassuring smile on his face, like he knew they would walk out of there with no problems, but deep down, he knew something would go wrong and hoped that they would all walk out alive, but when he looked at the Wreckers, he saw that all of them were ready and had no sign of fear or doubt of failure in them. Ratchet only had one goal: Get Lincoln Loud as the fighting starts and make sure they are safe, he only now knows how much the humans are important to him now, and he will not let any harm come to them. The whole team stopped when Cyclonus raised a hand in front of them, making them jump and ready for action, only for there to be none.

"What is it? Why did we stop?" Hot Rod asked Cyclonus.

"I almost forgot something. As much as I want history to change for the better, I only want one thing to happen again with minor changes." Cyclonus said as he turned around to face the Wreckers and walked over to Whirl. The one-eyed Autobot was confused as to why they were up to them; it was strange seeing how he was open to his dislike of Cyclonus. The next action surprised everyone as Cyclonus opened his arms and hugged Whirl, like an old friend. However, no one heard what Cyclonus said to Whirl as he said it in a low tone, close to a whisper. "I am going to kill you. Not now, but later. Someday, just not now. But I will kill you." With that, Cyclonus let go of the Autobot and said aloud: "And good luck with trying to kill me." Confusing the others who did not understand the context of what Cyclonus just said and Whirl just crackled at what he said, it was like a challenge to him, and he gladly accepted the challenge.

End of Chapter

A/N Hello everyone, happy New Year and such. I hope you are all doing well and thank you for reading this story. Sorry, that when I first started, there were a lot of spelling errors and such. I am planning to go back to each chapter and re-editing them. I mostly started making them and checking for spelling mistakes.

Anyway, I have had some news about this series, my (Hopefully still) upcoming Beast Wars spin-off, and plans. First, due to a mix of stress and other events, I have been experiencing burnout. I am thinking of putting both this series and my Beast Wars spin-off on hold, only for the time being, as I still need to take care of other stuff as I begin to realize that I put so much effect into both series, the planning.

Plus, my original plan for Beast Wars was to release each chapter weekly like a tv show. Still, so far, I only managed to finish the first chapter and was stuck on the second for a long time both due to writer's block and personal issues with my internet, so I will not promise that the series will not be out for a while, so sorry to anyone who was looking forward to it.

In other news, I am also planning short mini-series about the subgroups for the Autobots, each called Transformers Loud Road to [Followed with the title of the Subgroup]. I so far have three mini-series in the works of writing. I just must make a story plan for them on the events, and I already have a plot for the three in the future with two happening during this three-parter (Side note: I was planning to make this just a two-parter, but I overdid this chapter a little)

Transformers Loud Road to Dino Bot Island.

Summary: Clyde, along with his partner Jazz and other Autobots, Arcee and Wheeljack, must help the six Dinobots adapt to their new base on an island renamed Dinobot Island. During their stay, the Decepticon Nickel, her Predacon minions, and the group the Constructicons invaded the island searching for rare material. Can both Autobots and Dinobots stop these invading Decepticons before they can take what they came for?

Transformers Loud Road to Junkion Town

Summary: The Junkions have been on earth for only a few days and have already caused a handful of problems, but luckily Tracks, Blaster, his Mini-cassettes, and Raoul try to keep them from being seen by humans. However, when a town not too far from their junkyard is treated by a biker gang, they have no choice but to help.

A side note about the Junkions is that I recently scrapped a concept where the Junkions Wreck-Gar, Scrapheap, Junkheap, and the newly released Scraphook would combine into Wreckage. However, that combiner was exclusive to the Wreckers, and it did not feel right to change it to a Junkion combiner when they did not have one.

Finally, Transformers Loud Road to Wrecker Style

(This Mini-series occurs during both Volume 1 and the upcoming volume 2 that I am still working on, I have ideas on how to start and end it, but I need to place stuff in-between)

Summary: After some time on Earth, the Wreckers made it their mission to take down any plans that the Decepticons had on Earth, and with the help of their newest members, Hot Rod, Arcee, and Wheeljack along with Ronnie Anne they get ready for one serious mission from an Autobot spy that tells them to be wary of one of Megatron's most loyalist agents, Counterpunch and his dastardly plan.

So yes, I have a lot planned for the future; anyway, I hope you all have an amazing new year, and thanks for reading.
