Ch. 11 | A problem

Decepticons:

"Lord, why did you bring me here?"

Galvatron stumbled across the hallway of his Kindom, slightly stopping by his follower's newest question. He glanced over his shoulder, his optics looking down at the new companion of his. A human allie of his. But he didn't bother to answer yet as he pushed aside huge doors, entering a room with the human slowly following.

"You are mine to command, John. I'm afraid I cannot trust anyone which haven't proven to be useful for me." Galvatron said, rounding a cage middle of the room while his optics were bloodily looking at John who stopped by the door way. His golden brown eyes only narrowed by the sceen.

"You saved me from my own world... how can I resist?" John knuckled his wrists, entering the room himself. Galvatron was satisfied by the statement of his, walking towards something again. "I will take on every challenge you can offer."

"I am pleased to hear that, my friend." Galvatron grinned, pressing a button down. There was a cage revealed middle of the room from the hatch above them; a ravage-Cybetronian was jumping around. John stared at it. "But... big words must have big attentions, correct?"

"I have no match for your kind, my liege." John quickly apologized his rude behaviour, but was shocked as Tarn entered the room also. The Decepticons' medic. "Why do I have a sneaky instict kicking in that you're up to something...?"

"You have far more bigger promises coming up ahead, John. Allow me to clarify--" Galvatron walked over to beside the cage-table in middle of the room, the small human boy gasped as Tarn scooped him up way too fast. He was settled right on the table, near the Galvatron himself. "What I've been speaking to you the whole morning?"

"... About the other humans after me, I guess?" John asked. "The 'Guardian' team some sort of, which is the reason your plans has failed."

"Indeed." Galvatron replied, his denta raising in annoy. "But lately I've noticed how most of my Crystals have gone missing, which only means that there are more chosen teams than just one."

"The guy above us really wants you dead." John tried to be sarcastic, and luckily managed to make Galvatron laugh in disbelief. If he wouldn't he'd be in trouble. "So... you told also them to possess powers, or so?"

"None yet." Galvatron interrupted, he wanted John to be his secret weapon so he was going easy on him. "The inner powers deep within only comes when you are in death-stage, and only if you have passed three of the first levels in order to upgrade."

"... Right." John raised his brow. "And you expect me to be a chance for them?"

"You will be more than just a chance for the humans; you will become their destroyer." Galvatron pulled out something, his digits still covering what was in his palm as he offered it forward. "I want them out of this world, no matter the cost. My loyal armada will take care of the rest."

"... What'd you got in there?" John asked, eager to know what was below those crushing fingers. Galvatron slowly removed his digits out of the way, now on his palm was resting a very shining purple Crystal with black veins covering it up. "Is that for me?"

"You are my secret weapon from now on--" Tarn assisted Galvatron by holding John still, as the bigger mech easily torn John's shirt off. He placed the rock above his chest. "It will hurt first."

John's eyes widened. The Crystal to be exact digged deep below his chest, he feeling how it connected itself to the blood vessels, stealing most of his blood as it was going to defile his entire body and mind. John fell down on his knees, grasping the rock's point to feel what was it doing. It was... sucking power from him, same as making a special place for the front. The Crystal was a deep reincarnation of something evil; John could see huge horrible images fill up his head everytime it grew to him.

Before it all stopped.

"-- He's alive." Tarn reassured as John fell over, panting of the exhaustion and shock filling his body. Galvatron was watching him carefully. "I will get rest of the humans."

John quickly rolled over then, almost falling off of the table's edge if Galvatron hadn't chuckled while he grabbed him. The large mech brought him closer, watching the details of how dark his veins and skin was around the Crystal, before it all faded as his body was adapting to it again.

"Ot-hers?" John panted, Galvatron settled him down on the table beside the ravagious Cybetronian. But Galvatron had no time to answer or reply as John already tore the cage's door broken; annoyed by the creature's loud screetching as he pulled it's helm off of the place. And we were talking about Bot size to Tarn's... it wasn't any small failed experiment. So when the creature fell backwards and John jumped back on Galvatron's arm like his loyal pet, the mech gave satisfied chuckles.

Galvatron's plan was a succeess.

"Man, what a place."

"-- You will have a group of your own to deal with." Galvatron looked down, John's gaze following. There were five people standing, each looking as dark as he was, while they all had their own rocks. "Before I will sent any of you anywhere, we must make sure that you can fight."

"Master, this starts to--" John's arm was twitching, but he slowly had control of his body again. "Something feels like... wanting some power."

"The living souls seem to be true then." Tarn leaned the doorframe, his arms crossed. "Resist it, you are a master of your own mind."

"But don't avoid it." Galvatron eagered, looking down at all his experimentals with joy and excitment. "When right time comes you will all be needing all power you require. Don't waste anything. We will set my planet back on the track I was going to... and we will get back my trolphies and Crystals."

"Yes... my liege."

Iris:

"Ehhhh!? Shut it, I nearly even yelled!"

"What!? Don't lie, everyone knew you were screaming!"

"Do you always need to fight?" Andrea sighed, everyone were so tired of how Praxina could already pick on a fight with the newest recruit Ann. Well she was as fiesty as Iris, maybe even more.

"Nah-ah! Stop talking to me or I'll stuff that bread into your ass!" Ann stood up from her rock, still careful to not fly into the just fired campfire in front. It was pretty late already and everyone were just... exhausted.

"It wouldn't fit." Praxina cocked, grinning. But Ann smirked back, crossing her arms.

"Don't pretend like you wouldn't have night-time visitors. Your ass must have more users than in Facebook." Ann said bad time.

Alex and Jack laughed, but immediately jumped behind Chromia's ped as Praxina glared back at them. It was a death-glare.

"At least I'm being wanted." Praxina got hold of her hips, knowing herself that she was still a pure virgin. No men had came to her life... not at least right ones.

"What? Oh, I ment the elder men." Ann brushed her hear, her courage rising as Praxina was already coming at her with fist up. But Megatron settled his fist between them, giving a warning glance.

"Let me kill her!" Praxina yelled.

"Stop already trying to kill your team-mates." Megatron sighed, turning for then the high hill not far from them.

Where Iris was sitting.

In all peace and quietness.

She had curled up for her protected position, staring at the stars with still limb-expression. What is wrong with her? Usually as she watches the sky full of stars she feels happy and free... now it felt like her mind was about to explode. Well mostly the reason was because of her mission, Optimus, Praxina and the whole team. But it still didn't feel this bad.

"-- Come to eat."

Iris glanced over her shoulder, disappointed that the caller was Moonracer and not Optimus. He had oddly disappeared by the night-fall.

I just, want to apologize.

"I don't feel like it. Maybe a punishment would really teach me thing and two." Iris only stated, almost cursing quietly in defense -in attempt to be left alone, as the femme sat down beside her.

"Maybe... but it's not good to starve." Moonracer pointed out, settling to lay down. Her vents let out a hot air draft, which brough warmness for Iris. "Much better."

"I can't. Optimus disappeared somewhere and Megatron struggles to hold on for those two." Iris glanced back at the group, seeing already a pot fly across the air by Praxina, as it hit Perceptor's helm. Now this got the whole situation on as even Megatron stood up. "I can't handle by how odd our group is." She sighed very deeply.

"We full-fill each other. That's what a team needs, remember?" Moonracer cheered, but didn't saw any difference on Iris' face as she looked back up at the stars. "-- Look, Optimus is just... he's very specific if it comes to 'leadership' some sort of; he did live most of his life as a Prime in the end." Iris glanced at the femme, who stood up on her pedes. "But go easy on him also, we're not in a rush, now are we?"

Iris smiled, barely glancing again back to see Cyclonus now holding his blade for Perceptor to stay far away.

"I guess." Iris replied, Moonracer smiling as she excused herself. She ran to others as Alex was almost crushed by Perceptor when Causeway with annoyed expression pushed him to stay away. It was hilarious to watch in fact; because the whole situation seemed too unreal to be true. Not many movies had such idiotic team, but neither did they have to smooth and powerful either.

... Where in the hell are we going with this?

"Hey, guys!"

Just once can't I not have a peaceful sleep--!?

Iris felt something really heavy hit the ground right beside her. Out of nowhere, right beside her; without a warning. And it wasn't light as the whole cliff's edge was smashed into thousands of pits... Iris sadly happened to sleep right on it. She went to scream and for the fall.

"Not yet!" But a servo grasped her body barely with two digits, pulling her body quickly up in order to fix the position. It all turned out to be Megatron with relieved vent escaping his frame.

"Up!" Praxina called, offering her hand for Iris which the girl quickly grabbed. She was grateful of their help, but her eyes demanded to see what was the cause of all. "Now, let's move!"

"Why--!?" Iris was shocked by the huge plasma hit beneath Megatron's pedes, only to have the two girls fly away from his shoulder as he second time collided with the ground. Iris didn't saw anything else but a shining object in the distance.

"Damn, you two!" Alex groaned from Moonracer's shoulder, watching only how Iris and Praxina got into their suit modes as they slide towards the ground with the Bots. "It's no time to play!"

"This is awesome!" Praxina exclaimed.

"What is it!?" Iris demanded from the boy, trying to glance back but wasn't able as the rocks kept coming on them still. Megatron was left behind too. "Where's Optimus?"

Iris panicked.

"We don't know!" Ann groaned, Causeway close of the both girls. "Or in fact Optimus' the one missing, but the ones that are catching up with us are 'Cons!"

"Catching up--?" Iris realized the question after spelling it herself, glancing back at her to see incoming Cyber-Forms again. "Always in the morning!?"

Iris grabbed Praxina's suit sleeve as she pulled her with, they were the last ones and could easily get caught without their Bots there. So Iris managed to slide past Chromia and Jack who shot down few, and Cyclonus who had intrusted his Charge for Perceptor.

From yesterday I'm surprised.

"All I have to ask is; where did they came from!?" Andrea screamed, her hair mostly in front of her face as she forgot to tie them up.

"How do they track us!?" Moonracer put on some breaks as Alex flew almost back, her blasters transforming out to help her friends.

"WATCH OUT DOWN BELOOOOW~!"

And then impact.

In mere seconds Iris figured out a 'lizard' kind of Cybetronian with long tongue and green paintjob hit the ground with his pedes right middle of everyone; his red eyes were the ones locking with hers. And she just happened to be the one with Praxina to pass him first. So she quickly after regaining herself and Praxina started to slide with their feet even faster down the hill.

"Oh-hoh, is this a cat-and-mouse play?" But he was like a frogg, actually jumping after them much faster than the other Bots could keep up.

"What a creep!" Praxina yelped.

Iris prepared for the coming digits, but widened only her eyes to see Megatron land right on the Cybetronian; hitting him so hard that it caused an impact hole form to the ground. And that was the end of their trip as they impacted to a tree accidentally, the ground already steady down below.

Only that Iris was now 15 meters away from Praxina.

"Hang on you two!" Jack reassured, but by distance Iris made out their Guardians fighting with the Cyber-Forms. Iris had hit her head bad time as everything just spin around her, her hearance was also deaf for second.

Maybe the quiet scream was ment for her; as a shadow fell over her.

"Such weak pests."

Iris didn't get it all, but she did hear struggling metal scratch on each other. By weakly looking up in her shocked statement the girl saw even shocker turn of the case; Optimus had showed up out of nowhere to shield Iris behind him, holding this huge Con's fist which was really close of Iris' fragile body. The girl watched Optimus' quick glance down to see if she was okay, before he smashed his free servo so forcefully that the other mech stumbled to stand.

Optimus now covered Iris with his back and peds, the small girl beneath and between his legs were watching the match with terror yet excitment to see her Guardian in action.

"Ahh, Optimus Prime. But then again; what would Orion Pax be wondering since you lost the Matrix of Leadership?" The other mech stood up, his blue/black muscular builted body only cooling it's vents down.

Orion Pax?

"Velox. You have chosen the wrong path again, have you?" Optimus tilted his helm little, looking down to still make sure Iris was there. But the girl left this unnoticed as her eyes turned to see Praxina crawling back in deep terror as a Cyber-Form was approaching her. Megatron still handling the frogg-Cybetronian.

"Optimus." Iris whispered, wanting her Guardian's attention. But she knew better herself that Optimus was busy by covering her so she switched her blaster out, aiming it directly towards the Cybetronian. "Please watch my back."

"As you wish." Optimus acted almost like Perceptor's 'wrecker-style' as he smashed his fists together, challenging his rival with death glimm in his optics. He was not to let him pass and harm his Charge. Not in millions of years. "Velox, I will give you and your troopers a few seconds time to leave. Before I will do something I may regret quite some time."

"Still on the threatening side, ay Optimus?" This 'Venox' asked, accepting the challenge by smashing his own fists together. "Come at me."

By now Iris shot the first plasma, hitting the Cyber-Form's leg as it fell down. Almost on Praxina. But for her relief Praxina rolled over with excited groan, showing her thumb up for Iris. There was a proud smile creeping onto her face as she stood more straighter.

"Don't--!" Iris turned in brief terror to see a servo come right at her, but also someone punched the owner's faceplate so hard that his helm flew off. It turned out to be Cyclonus. "Let your guard down." Chris ended from his shoulder while sliding down Cyclonus' metal arm, as he wanted him to.

"Thanks." Iris sighed, allowing Chris to pull her back on her feet. Praxina run up to them too, panting as she got hold of Iris' shoulder. "Will you two help me to clear the path?" Iris pointed out towards huge notch, their possible way out of there from the thick woods. Although most of the Bots were battling there with the Cyber-Forms.

"Just say the magic words." Praxina grinned, restraining herself as there was nothing holding her down.

"All fine by me, let's get this over with. I already hate these kinds of surprises." Chris replied, smoothly sliding his blades out. His suit covered his body now; same going for Iris and Praxina too. Being able to look cool?

Wouldn't even though of making the entrance cooler.

"Let's move."

Iris took the centerpiece, while Praxina went on right as Chris took the left side. The plan seemed simple as Optimus and Megatron were dealing with the hardest ones, while rest of the Bots intended to kill Galvatron's troopers which again tried to kill everyone crossing on their path. Back to their plan; kill with the same desire the bad siders do.

"Let's kick some butt--!" Praxina took on purpose some speed from Causeway's ped, as she swinged her body up towards one Cyber-Form coming behind. Hitting his faceplate almost way too perfectly. "Or are you scared?" She landed on the femme's shoulder then, watching Ann's reaction by all this.

"Even though I haven't tried that one... I will do it now!" Ann was in, both of them yelling in excitment as Causeway throwed them away for protection; as three Cyber-Forms came at her with force. "Cause--!"

"I'll go." Chris reassured, reading Iris' mind as she was ready to launch and help the poor femme in trouble. "You help the others, and lead the way!"

Why LEAD!? You can walk!

Iris sighed. Her attention was drawned to the upcoming path where most of the Bots fighted the Cyber-Forms. It should've been easy to just stay and help Optimus out, right? At least then others would leave her alone with the leading skills. The Bots were strong enough to handle themselves... so why did she bring that up?

Idiot--

"IRIS!"

Down.

One bend down smoothly, leg kicked backwards like it was commanded, blade transformed out for challenge as Iris made the battle roar to charge back. Where she hit was far beyond her reach; an optic. Straight into the sensitive spot for human and Cybetronian... eye sight. What shocked Iris the most was to see it was Venox, the one Optimus was fighting. Although Optimus was quickly on his heels, but had frozen on his spot by Iris' action.

"And for the love of God--!" Praxina, Ann, Chris and Jack made there some impressive team work as all of them kicked the last standing Cyber-Form down with all they got, crushing the helm of his into pits. "Stay dead!"

Venox cried out in pain as Iris quickly returned back when his servo intended to payback for her, she taking loads of steps before Megatron's ped was there to give her cover.

"Venox! Retreat!" The frogg-thing called out from the woods, most certainly he was a coward who had run away from Megatron's thrashing.

Venox took few steps back from the dangerous group mixed with Cybetronians and humans; making maybe the deadliest glare with his other optic. Especially for Iris down below.

"-- Nobunaga spéchuel!" Venox spit out with the wierdest tone ever... however the Bots seemed to recognize it as all of theirs blasters transformed. All of theirs.

"Leave." Optimus demanded, never flinching even though he was the one Venox stared the most.

But as shock for everyone Venox retreated with grunt of disappointment, disappearing into the dark woods which the other Con did. The Bots relaxed then, transforming their blasters back while they looked down at their Charges.

Iris felt quite bad hit on her shoulder, causing her to almot fall.

"That a girl!" Ann cheered, nextly hugging her with all she got. Iris smiled by this, nudging Ann as she released her.

"You weren't bad either... for first-timer." Iris cocked, Ann raised her brow.

"What team work!" Jack yelled in all proudness, already scretching up his body. "We could earn a mital some sort of."

"Nah-ah, what did you do when we were killing some villains?" Praxina defended. Not agreeing with Jack. The young adult shot a look in warning, briefly crossing his arms like 'please'. "Were you hiding on Chromia's shoulder?" She grinned, taking hold of her hips.

"If you start again--" Ann pointed, everyone went quiet as Optimus raised his servo up in defense. The girl beside Iris quickly huffed while looking down. Was she disappointed to not be able to yell at her?

"Though this morning turned out to be non-calm for you to handle, I believe it is best time to continue our way." Optimus stated, turning then -how wonder- to Iris, who pounted little.

"Yeah, where's our next mate?" Chris asked, wiping his ear while looking did something actually come out. Before he ate what was there... on his finger.

But something was wrong with Iris... the girl having so bad headache.

"You better not touch me." Andrea looked there in disgust. Chris turned to look at her, a wide smirk spreading across his face after a while as his finger went again into his ear; all wiggling. "Chris--" Andrea warned, before he charged at her with playful roar. "Perceptor!"

"I may have worms, want to taste?" Chris reached Andrea already, but the girl was running in between the Bots pedes intending to stay as far away from him as possible. "Because they have quite the flavor."

"Perceptor--!?" Andrea called, looking up in disbelief to see her Guardian leaning a solid brick wall with yawn and crossed arms. There he leaned and stared down at all the humans. Waiting for the next task.

"Aren't you going to help?" Moonracer raised her brow.

"A little exercise for the day doesn't sound so bad... and Andrea can learn how to kick some human men asses." Perceptor said, deep chuckle escaping his voice box as Andrea punched Chris really hard; sending him 10 meters away. "That's my girl."

"-- What's wrong?"

Alex's question had everyone's attention, while all heads and helms turned towards the two humans just standing there. Iris hadn't reacted at all for the others' doings, just, she had been in other thoughts. But Alex had her all awaken from her trance and zoning out, her worried eyes soon meeting with everyone's behind her.

Before she looked down with tightely shut eyes.

"I...--"

Iris took a huge breath.

"I don't know the map anymore."
