Eyes - optics/visor (Like Soundwave, Jazz, etc.)

Tongue - glossa

Feet - pedes

High heel part of the feet (Like the seekers, and many, many designs of Starscream have) - Heel struts

Lungs - vent, used not to breathe but help the bot from overheating from blushing, "sweating", etc.

Heart - spark

Chest/boobs - chassis

Spike and valve - Pp and vjayjay

Slang/curses

Frag - fuck

Slang - shit

Glitch - bitch/jerk

Aft - ass

Other sayings

Conjux Endura - the equivalent of marriage

Berth - bed

Berthroom - bedroom

Interfacing - the deed

Trans fluid - mysterious white liquid (in their case, purple)

Lubricant - tears/ pee according to Bayverse - "Bumblebee, stop lubricating the man"

Sparkmate - boyfriend/girlfriend

Recharge/Recharge cycle - sleep
