On this the 6th day of the 3rd week of the 2nd month of the 1708th year, those in the power of governance of the New Obconii Colony have declared that the territory so described, after the ardor of the past years of conflict, shall be of its own governance, unhampered and unrestrained by any power besides those which reside within.

In this document we hereby intend to the best of our ability to lay out the functions and methods of the government of the nation to be formed of the New Obconii Colony and shall lay a framework for which our descendants may be guided.

We hereby declare that the entirety of the New Obconii Colony shall be established as the Canadi Republic, and that all deeds, registries, territories, holdings, and the like, which have until this point been in the jurisdiction or management of the New Obconii Colony, shall be subject to the controls of the Canadi Republic and by the appropriate measures of this document as pertains to the elements described prior.
