I'll drag you into this.

For the rest of the week, Sero and Jiro attempted to act normally - even better than normal so as to avoid any issue. Mr. Aizawa was seemingly fooled as was everyone else. Save Kirishima.

Jiro and Sero had been working on building the tracking device via Mr. Kaminari's instructions (which had proven difficult to conceal because no one in Class 1-A believed in knocking) and had concealed it well from everyone. Once again, everyone, save Kirishima.

They planned to head on out Saturday to find whoever was blackmailing him. First, they were going to visit Kaminari once more to see if he could warn them about anything.

They were in their room checking the device for what must have been the seventieth time when they were interrupted.

Kirishima stood outside the door waiting until he heard Sero and Jiro begin whispering. Then he grabbed the handle and threw the door open.

Sero and Jiro looked like criminals who had been caught in the act. They were sitting on Jiro's floor, the TV was blaring some horror movie. A GPS screen, ten wires, an iPad, a USB, and a few parts of a computer sat between them.

"Hey bro," Sero greeted sounding completely calm; but he was surprised and rather fearful.

Kirishima closed the door behind him. He walked over to the two of them and stood over them his arms crossed.

"Alright, what's going on," he demanded.

"Well see, Jiro and I are trying to hook up a new type of homemade system that'll let us - "Sero began sweating nervously - he wasn't too good at lying on the spot.

Kirishima sat down, grabbed the T.V remote, turned the volume down and looked at them expectantly.

"You guys snuck into Kaminari's room," he recalled. Both moved to argue, but he held his hand out for silence, "You told Mr. Aizawa that you were going out to find new music records for the school dance, but you bought train tickets."

"How did you - "Jiro began.

"I know Sero's phone's password, I know he leaves his phone on the counter, and he bought the tickets online," Kirishima answered. His face was a portrait of concern and betrayal. "What do you two trying to do?"

"Eijiro," Jiro began.

"Come on," Kirishima objected, "I lost Kaminari because I didn't step in when I thought something was up and I'm not losing you two for the same reason. What are you two doing?"

Jiro and Sero looked to each other and then back to Kirishima.

Sero took a deep breath and when he released it he began to explain it all.

All of it.

After the story was over, Kirishima looked down clearly upset.

"You're sure?" he asked.

"Pretty sure," Sero nodded.

"Once we get this hooked up, we can find who did this... hopefully," Jiro began.

"If they didn't throw their phone away," Sero sighed.

They sat in silence, Jiro and Sero looking nervously at Kirishima.

"This is..." Kirishima began, "This is crazy bro..."

"You believe us right?" Jiro asked.

"Well... " Kirishima began, "but this is... wow..."

"If we can get the guys who framed Kaminari and get him to admit it... we can get him out of there," Sero explained.

"Why don't... why don't we just tell Nezu... or Aizawa, or the police?" Kirishima asked.

"If the league is in Tartaros, we have no idea what they could do to Kaminari if the investigation was made public... Aizawa and Nezu would have to make the whole thing public. Kirishima ... they killed his Grandmother, if they hear that someone is investigating his innocence - they'll think he talked." Jiro murmured.

"We can't do that to him," Sero sighed, "They'll target his family... and maybe they'll kill him so he can't talk even if he wanted to."

Kirishima let out a long sigh, "Alright, but this is bad... what you've done can get you two expelled... and you know Aizawa - "

"That's alright," Jiro stated, "if it's what it takes."

"We'll head out on Saturday, we should have this finished by this Thursday and we'll be able to pinpoint the location of the person who blackmailed Kaminari. Then on Saturday we can find him - get him to confess and then turn him in to the police with enough evidence." Jiro explained.

"The lawyers will tear that apart! A forced confession!? They'll rip you apart," Kirishima hissed.

"But if we turn it into Nezu instead of the police, I'm sure they can figure it out!" Sero explained. "All we need is enough evidence so they can get him out Tartaros immediately and save his family before the League even figures it out!"

Another silence descended on the group. Kirishima sighed and looked at the two.

"You two need a ride on Saturday." Kirishima stated, "If you bring Aizawa with you, he'll suspect something..."

"Well, we were thinking of taking the city bus - "Sero began.

"I'll drive you there," Kirishima offered.

"Really?" Jiro asked.

"That's all I can give you. I can also drive you to wherever this thing leads you to -"

"Tartarus," Sero finished, "We need to go to Tartarus... we have some questions for Denki and we don't want Mr. Aizawa to hear them. If you can take us there, we can take it from there."

Kirishima sighed and looked at them, "Alright, Saturday."

"You don't have to," Jiro said.

"I just..." Kirishima sighed, "This is crazy but I feel like if I don't help... I never forgive myself so, I'll help you a little bit. Not enough to get me expelled."

"Sounds good to me," Sero smiled.

***That Saturday***

Kirishima's old red truck pulled up in the Tartarus parking lot.

"Thanks, Kirishima," Jiro nodded getting out of the truck. She had a backpack on over her back that was full of supplies, Sero had the same.

"Yeah, this would've been hard to explain to Aizawa," Sero sighed

"Good luck... come back alive okay?" Kirishima laughed, that joke was also too close to home.

"No problem... bro," Sero smiled.

Kirishima watched them walk towards the distant building before turning the key and turning the rattling machine on. Then he drove out of the parking lot.

The ride was quiet and so he turned the radio on and listened to whatever came on but he never actually heard the music. He gripped the wheel as he heard the voices of his friends.

'We can't just leave him in there!'

'We'll get him out.'

'I can't believe that sparky bastard did it... why didn't I see it?'

'Why... why'd he do it?'

They rang in his head over and over until he pulled into the UA parking lot near the dorms; then he heard a new voice.

'Kirishima, quick! Bakugo fell asleep on the couch! Get me a permanent marker! He's gonna be so pissed when he wakes up!'

Kirishima sat in his parked car and suddenly the feeling of hopelessness flooded through his system drowning him in his emotions. He angrily hit the wheel of his car before slumping back into his seat defeated.

Then, there was a knock on his car window; Hitoshi Shinso was standing outside his car and was knocking on his passenger side window. Kirishima wondered what he wanted and slowly rolled down the window.

"Shinso?" Kirishima questioned.

"I'm going with you," Shinso stated.

"What?" Kirishima asked.

"You're going after Jiro and Sero, I'm in."

"No... no, I'm - "Kirishima began, then he looked at the wheel. Why wasn't he going after them?

"Don't lie, I've seen you go into their room. I know you three were planning something," Shinso stated.

Kirishima unlocked the door and Shinso threw the door open before climbing into the passenger seat, a bag in his hand.

"Why are you coming with me, you just joined Class 1-A," Kirishima asked.

"Kaminari said something to me... I owe him something. I was originally going to infiltrate the League to try and discover how they got him but - " Shinso began.

"You were WHAT!?" Kirishima choked.

"But, once I saw Sero and Jiro were onto something I figured that I would join them. Then you all left without telling a soul so I never got the chance to ask them to go. I assumed you came back for your stuff," Shinso stated patting the bag in his hand.

"Well then," Kirishima nodded.

"So let's get out of here," Shinso nodded.

Kirishima moved to put the key in the ignition, but he hesitated.

Was this right?

Should they be doing this?

Probably not.

Would Kaminari have done it for them?

Kirishima hoped so.

He turned on the car, and then someone else knocked on the car. Shinso rolled down his window and looked at Mineta who stood to the side of the car.

"I'm going too!" Mineta announced.

"No, you're not," Shinso stated rolling up the window.

"He's my friend too!" Minoru Mineta yelled.

The window froze in its movement and Mineta heard both Kirishima and Shinso sigh.

***

Kaminari sighed as he looked through the glass to Sero and Jiro. He was sitting in a chair, he wasn't strapped to it but it wasn't like he could do anything. He looked up at the two through the glass and felt a rock settle in his gut.

He really thought they'd given up. He had hoped they'd given up.

"You two sure don't know how to quit," Kaminari sighed.

"I'm sorry it has to be like this" Jiro stated. She glanced at the camera's knowing that everything she said would be recorded... and possibly heard by League members.

"Come on, what do you guys want?" Kaminari asked.

"What do you know about the League?" Sero countered.

"Oh, so you're interrogating me now?" Kaminari chuckled.

"Yeah, we want to know if you care to tell us anything," Jiro nodded.

"Well, you're both wasting your time, just like you did last time," Kaminari shrugged.

They stood in silence, and then Jiro pulled out her trump card.

"I'm sorry about your grandmother."

They both saw it clearly.

Kaminari stiffened, his jaw clenched, his eyes sharpened, and he stared at them in hidden horror.

"What did you-" Kaminari began.

"We know about her Kaminari," Sero began.

Kaminari's mind was a mess of emotions; mostly panic.

How much did they know?

What were they going to do?

"We still can't believe you did this willingly," Jiro stated, "We won't believe it."

"We'll prove it, and then we'll get you out of here," Sero nodded.

They both turned to walk out knowing that they wouldn't get anything out of him.

"No don't!" Kaminari cried in an outburst standing up. The two looked back at him.

Kaminari had no doubt now; they knew... and they were going to do something stupid.

"Drop this whole thing," Kaminari begged, "Just forget me, I'm not going to do anyone any good anymore..."

Sero and Jiro gave him a reassuring smile.

"Don't say that. You mean a lot to us... that's why we'll do what it takes to prove you don't belong here," Jiro stated.

They opened the door and closed it behind them. Kaminari ran to the glass and pressed his hands against it.

Would they tell the teachers?

Did the League already know?

What about his family?

Kasusai... was she alright?

Would the League target Sero and Jiro.

'Why... why would you guys continue to push? Don't you two get it!?'

He gritted his teeth and hit the glass making alarms go off, he didn't really care anymore.

'I can't drag you two into this! I can't drag anyone else into this!'
