Jennie's ears perked up as she heard Jisoo chatting with someone when she was just about to enter their room.

She halted infront of the door;trying to understand whom exactly her omega was talking to.

She could hear the elder giggling and chirping enthusiastically but the person whom she was talking to,seemed to be too quiet.

Jennie became impatient and went inside the room.What first came infront of her vision was a grinning Jisoo putting flowers inside a vase on top of the bedside table.

Her eyes wandered inside the room and stopped right at the corner where Seokjin was standing infront of the desk;turning his back towards her.

Jennie gulped.Her diaries.

"Oh you came back?!"

Jennie's eyes unconsciously flickered to her omega but she almost immediately looked back at Seokjin's direction.

She saw the older looking back at her over his shoulders and even giving her a thin smile before he turned around his body to fully face her.

"Oraboni brought these flowers for me....",Jennie heard Jisoo chirping near her.

-"See...?"

Jennie had to comply. She glanced at the princess;smiling a little as the elder showed her the flower vase on the bedside table.

-"Soo,does this look good?"

Both of the girls looked back at Seokjin.He smiled and showed his sister another flower vase on the desk.

'So,he was just putting the vase over there...',Jennie heaved a quiet sigh of relief.

"Perfect!",Jisoo grinned at Seokjin.

Seokjin fidgeted a little before clearing his throat.

"Uh.....I should go now, I guess...",he worded out and walked towards the door.

Jennie's eyes,however,were still on the corner-desk.She eyed the brief stack of old diaries to find any sign of unusualness in their order.

She pursed her lips as she didn't find any but couldn't brush off the suspicion completely from her mind.

Something was wrong;she could sense it but she wasn't really sure about it.

Seemed like she would've to wait for the right moment.

"Tae...."

Taehyung looked up from his working desk as soon as he heard the familiar voice but lowered his gaze guiltily when his eyes met the other's.

The person went towards the desk and folded his arms upon his chest.

"Why aren't you looking at me?",he asked briskly.

Taehyung bit his lips.

"I...I'm...",the blonde trailed; struggling to form a proper statement in his defense.

"Taehyungah! We didn't even talk since that day.I know we're not supposed to interact infront of everyone but... You even keep ignoring my presence whenever we come across each other.I've so many things to tell you but you're just....",the boy threw his hands in the air out of frustration.

"I'm sorry.... I was just.... upset about the way I behaved with you the other day.I....I wasn't in my....",Taehyung looked up at the person with pleading eyes.

"I know Tae.You weren't in your senses.And I'm not blaming you,alright?I know you;I know you can never hurt me.Please don't feel guilty because of what had happened...",the person padded to Taehyung and kneeled infront of the vampire.

"Hey~",he cupped Taehyung's right cheek and made the blonde look at him.

"I'd never misunderstand you; you know that right?",the boy muttered with a small smile.

Taehyung imitated the other while slowly nodding his head.

"I love you....no matter what.",the boy assured firmly.

Taehyung couldn't help but give the smaller boy one of his brightest smiles.

-"I love you too,Jiminah..."

Jimin smiled at the blonde;his eyes hid behind his eyelids as he did so.

"Now.",the omega gave Taehyung's hand a slight push as he became a bit serious.

"Shall we talk about something important?",he suggested while taking a seat on the edge of the desk.

Taehyung gave him a short nod in reply.

Jimin licked his lips in slight anxiety which didn't remain hidden from the vampire.

He knew this boy too well.

"Speak up, Jiminah ~",he pushed the elder further.

"Can you....let....umm...I mean...",Jimin sighed.

-"Can you give Ggukkie his freedom please?! Tae,I....I agreed to all of this because I wanted to give him freedom from his burdens.Burdens as a would be king;burdens of his mother's expectations. But....look at him! Is he still free from everything?"

The younger shifted on his seat as he kept staring at the omega; his expression blank.

"How long are you going to make them stay in their rooms?!",Jimin huffed.

The vampire clicked his tongue and placed his hands on the desk.He leaned forward towards Jimin as he muttered in a serious tone,-

"Look Jiminah.... I don't have anything against your Ggukkie. But,I can't trust the Crown Prince of my enemy-Kingdom,can I ?"

Jimin rolled his eyes in annoyance.

-"Are you taking advantage of my unbreakable trust,Kim Taehyung?! You know;I could've just informed the whole Royal family about your plans but I didn't. I put you before my kingdom, my family, my brother; even my alpha ! So don't give me that attitude, got it?!"

"As you said before,You had your own reasons too...",Taehyung pointed out;receiving a whine from the elder.

"Fine~ Then you should act according to my reasons too,right? Let him go,Tae~ I had never wanted anything from you before.",he threw a tantrum.

The younger dragged out a puff of tired breath.

-"Alright! I'll think about it..."

"You'll think about it?! Kim Taehyung, I swear I'll kill you if you keep doing this!",Jimin warned;glaring daggers at the vampire.

Taehyung chuckled.

"Don't worry...",he muttered.

-"I have to let him free really soon anyways. At least I've to do it for my prince...."

"Seriously,Taehyung!He is really very upset with all of this...",Jimin muttered with guilt in his voice.

"I know !",Taehyung frowned.

"Its too difficult for him.... But...but it isn't easy for me either, Jiminah....",he said in an unsettled way.

Jimin tilted his head at the side and looked at the younger with sad eyes.

"I don't even know if he believes me or not.I don't think he does. We still have this....this distance;this void between us. I can't see him like this....I love him... I... I've waited for him for too long, Jiminah...",Taehyung mumbled;his voice hoarse.

Jimin hissed and rubbed the blonde's back to comfort him.

"He loves you too.It shows....",he smiled.

Taehyung nodded.

-"That's why I can't see him the way he is now.I know nobody would be happier than him if I give his siblings their freedom. But,I don't know if I should risk it all by freeing Younger Prince.I can't let her be free.I can't risk her imprisonment at any cost."

"Tae....He has given his everything to you.You've betrayed his kingdom,hid your reality from him,imprisoned his mother;but he has still chosen you after all of this! Now its up to you what you're going to choose.Decision is yours,afterall.",the omega advised and patted the younger's shoulders encouragingly.

Both of them looked at each other.Fighting with their own emotions and guilt,they smiled and Taehyung nodded as a silent agreement.

Little did the both of them know that there was a certain omega beyond the office room's  wooden door;standing at his spot with a shocked and betrayed heart as he accidentally eavesdropped their conversation.
