"I expect all of you to be present at the courtroom,then?",Seokjin confirmed politely yet firmly as their brunch-come-meeting came to an end.

He got up from his chair,a little frown appeared on his face as he placed his left hand on his eight months baby bump and supported himself by grasping the edge of the dining table with the right one.

Yoongi immediately came forward to help the older.

"Hyung....",the beta muttered,his voice alarmed."You should take some rest."

Seokjin nodded to the Dukes,Nobles and other Knights who stood up and bowed to him before scattering away from the hall.

"I'm fine...",he smiled reassuringly,caressing his swelled up belly with his thumb.

"He is fine."

"Namjoon!",he called out to his personal guard.

"Yes,hyung?",the younger's voice rang across the empty hall.

The beta sprinted towards the King, his hand opting themselves upon the older's back on their own,to give him some more support.

"Everything alright?",he furrowed his brows, the expression on his face concerned.

"Stop all of you!",The omega laughed.

"I'm not the first person who's going to give birth to a child, for heaven's sake!"

"I'm absolutely perfect.",he chirped as they strode towards the hall's door.

"I just wanted to know if the wedding arrangements are proceeding properly or not..."

"Hyung, you've given me the responsibility of it,right? Then leave it to me.You don't have to worry about it...",Namjoon grumbled,his tone a bit offended.

"God! I was just asking!",the older chuckled, one of his hands covering his mouth adorably.

Namjoon tsked."You'll see hyung... The wedding is going to be huge!"

"Everyone is going to remember-",he gasped and flinched a little as he discovered a serious Taehyung beside the doorway.

"Taeh-! Taehyung-nim! Uh... You scared me.",the beta huffed.

"Is that anything new?",the vampire retorted with a grim expression.

"Uh- Joon! Yoonie! You can go ahead. I'll be there really quick.",Seokjin interfered with a wide smile,which made the older beta snort in response.

"Hyung...",he started.

"Yoonie...!",the older stopped him,the wide smile still plastered on his face.

"Go.",he muttered."I'll be there in time-"

"I'll escort him in time. Both of you can go now.",Taehyung stated firmly, completely ignoring the way Yoongi rolled his eyes or Namjoon made a face.

He didn't care.

As both of the betas made their way towards the courtroom, Seokjin raised his eyebrows in a questioning way at the younger.

Taehyung lifted his own eyebrows as an answer,his face unamused.

The older sighed with a crooked smile on his face.

"Why do you behave with them like that?"

"Like what?",Taehyung glowered at the omega as he grabbed him by his arms and slowly,gently cornered him against the wall.

"Taehyungah...",Seokjin called out softly, letting his fingers graze on the vampires neck,aiming at the blueish mark upon that smooth,slightly tanned skin.

"They're my friends.",he mumbled."More like my family...Can you atleast-"

"I don't like them.",the younger declared, rubbing his knuckles against Seokjin's stomach.

"They're always...always around you.",he commented with possessiveness written all over his face.

"You sometimes even smell like them.What... What is our baby getting from all of this?! He is supposed to be familiar with our smell only. But your family seems to be glued to you all the-"

"They're just extra worried about my pregnancy,that's it...",the omega breezed, trailing his fingers towards the younger's soft strands.

"Kim Taehyung... My baby is a smart man like me. He recognizes you the most... and he...loves you the most,you know that too.",he shook his head,giggling at his mate's childish behavior.

Taehyung bit back a smile.

"Did you eat well?",he asked,his voice serious once again.

Seokjin nodded with a small smile.

"I really doubt about that.",the younger frowned.

Seokjin hissed."I just had a brunch,Taehyungah!"

"A brunch come meeting. Where you talk more than having a proper meal.",the vampire countered.

"Taehyungah,no! Not again. You always do this. Every day! And I don't want to have an argument with you today. Please,I'm really tired.",Seokjin rubbed his temple as he looked at the courtroom right across the large,empty hallway.

"Ofcourse you're tired. You should take rest. But no! Why would you listen to me,right?",The younger scowled.

The omega pressed his lips into a flat line.

"Taehyung, I just told you that I'm not interested in any more arguments.And this is silly,you know.You need to understand. I can't just sit back and let the kingdom run in its own way,I have so many responsibilities."

-"Unlike you."

Seokjin took a sharp breath at Jeongguk's venomous tone.Taehyung turned his head to face the Younger Prince.

"Excuse me?",he quirked one of his eyebrows,his expression clearly not so amused.

"I mean Hyung is absolutely right.As a King,he has a lot of responsibilities towards his Kingdom. Unlike you,who can stay away from his duties and can be still considered as the King! ",the Alpha answered with a bitter smile.

"Gguk!",Seokjin intervened.

"No,hyung. He needs to face the truth. He can send his sister to rule his kingdom but you don't have that option,right?",the youngest clenched his jaw.

"And he keeps saying that you need to eat this for your baby,you need to do that for your baby. "Our baby","Our baby"... Does he even care about your health? Does he care if you're alright or not?"

"Gguk,stop it.",the elder brother warned,his face flushed with embarrassment.

"If he does,then he should've noticed what you're going through every day,hyung!"

"Gguk... I asked you to stop.",the older pleaded,his voice too weak to stop his brother.

"Actually no! He notices everything, he knows everything ...",he glared at Taehyung with a judging look in his narrowed eyes.

"But the only thing he cares about is his baby! The way you're getting paler day by day,the way his baby is soaking your life from you,just doesn't bother him at all! "

"Jeongguk, you're going too far!",Seokjin howled, enveloping his baby bump instinctively.

"Here we are worried about you all the time,doing everything that we can do so that you'll be alright; and look at him! He is busy in commanding you!"

"Oh I forgot! How can he become concerned about your health when he still hasn't stopped drinking your blood even at this stage?!"

"Gguk,enough is enough. I say stop this nonsense!",the omega pushed the younger weakly.

"Why hyung?! Why should I? His sister decided all of a sudden to change the kingdom and now we don't even know what Jisoo noona is doing in that Kingdom!And here you are...getting paler each and every day infront our eyes and this man doesn't even care a bit!",the alpha snarled.

"Kim Jeongguk, do you even know whom you're talking about?!",Jimin's voice rang inside the hallway.

"Jiminah,don't.",Taehyung finally spoke up as the omega came stomping towards the Younger Prince with a furious expression on his face.

Jimin ignored his bestfriend's words.

"We've talked a lot about this already, Ggukkie. And I hoped that you'd stop this nonsense. We all are tensed about Princess Jisoo.We all are worried about Seokjin-hyung.But you need to control your nerves,alright?",he glared at his alpha who scoffed back at him.

"Jiminah, you're going to get married a few days later.Stop getting into stupid arguments! At least... at least don't fight because of me...",the vampire mumbled, his voice meek and numb that the oldest among them had to stare at his mate's face.

Seokjin knows why Jeongguk behaves with Taehyung like this nowadays.The alpha is too worried about his siblings.He is unsure of his sister's safety in the enemy-kingdom. And to top that off,Seokjin's health is getting worse day by day.

Jeongguk is scared, Seokjin can feel that. He had heard his brother arguing with Jimin over Taehyung a lot of times in these last few months.

"He just wants a heir.",His brother had once declared.

Seokjin had heard Jimin scowling at that.

"You're too much sometimes, Jeongguk! You know nothing about Tae's love for Seokjin-hyung. You don't know anything !",the omega had rasped at his alpha.

"Then tell me why isn't he marrying hyung?!",Seokjin's little brother had demanded.

"Why? Do you have any answer?!Let me tell you then... He is a selfish person! He wants to remain clean infront of his peasants. He just wants that baby and then he would break their bond and go back to his kingdom,mark my words!"

A hand gripped onto Seokjin's arm and he flinched. Gulping,Seokjin looked at his mate's eyes who was now staring searchingly at his face.

A subtle sign of pain washed over the vampire's face and Seokjin winced.

He shouldn't have thought about those things.Taehyung must've heard them.

"Apologize to him.",he heard Jimin still grumbling at his little brother as he lowered his eyes,unable to withstand the intensity of his mate's glassy eyes.

"What for?!",the alpha scoffed, too furious to use his rationality.

"I swear if something happens to hyung because of him or that baby,I'll kill him!"

"Kim Jeongguk,stop it! I said stop!",Seokjin yelled,using too much of his own strength that he had to take a couple of deep breaths to compensate the loss.

Jeongguk immediately went at his side,rubbing his back and caressing his neck to give him some comfort. The Onega was visibly exhausted...and weak.

"Seokjin-hyung...",Jimin finally softened his voice, concern lying within his tone.

"I'm fine. I'm fine.",Seokjin raised his hand, licking his lips and clutching at his stomach as he stared at the floor.

He couldn't look at Taehyung.He didn't have the courage to look at the younger. Because he knew that no matter what the whole world says,for Taehyung, only Seokjin's thoughts are important.

And what he was thinking had definitely hurt the younger.He had hurt his mate.Maybe he hadn't intended to do that,but he had done the deed,nonetheless.

And Seokjin's heart churned at that.
