It had been early morning as the group of 4 got to sea.

Yukiko got up earlier than the others and decided to work on breakfast.

"Hm, I should probably make something simple. Maybe some poke puffs would do..." Yukiko said to herself as she got started on her make-shift baker.

Pachi was nearby and she somehow got Luffy's hat and used it as a bed, snoozing away. 

As she put the finishing touches on the pokepuffs, Luffy was stirred awake by the smell......only for him to notice that his hat was missing. 

"Hey! My hat! Where's my hat?!" He panicked.

"Don't worry, Pachi has it." Yukiko mentioned looking at her dozing partner.

Luffy followed her line of sight, and the squirrel was all curled up in the strawhat.

"Oi, Pachi. My hat's not a bed." He said making Pachi wake up.

"Pa pa Risu, Chi risu. Pachi." (If it fits, I sits. My bed.) Pachi said smugly.

Luffy had a half-frown half-pout at that. "It's my hat."

"Pachi." (Bed.)

"Hat."

"Pachi." (Bed.)

"Hat."

"Pachi." (Bed.)

"Hat."

"Pachi." (Bed.)

"Hat."

"Pachi." (Bed.)

"Hat."

"Bed, and as captain, I say so." Luffy finally said.

"Pachu!" (Thanks!) Pachi scampered with Luffy's hat to Yukiko.

"Waaaaaaaait a second....." Luffy said realizing his mistake. Yukiko giggled at this and got the hat back.

"Sorry about that. I guess Pachi thinks its comfy." She said putting it back on Luffy's head as he smiled. "I made some pokepuffs for breakfast. Want some?"

"What's a pokepuff?"

"They're like donuts. I made sweet, citrus and mocha flavored ones." She said as they were ready to be eaten.

"Cool!" Luffy said as he ate some of them. "Wow! These are delicious! Now I really gotta get you on my crew! Oh, by the way, what was that dragon that you summoned?" He asked.

"That was Blaze, my Charizard. He's also one of my oldest friends. But this can explain better." Yukiko said bringing out her Pokedex and typing in Charizard's name.

"Charizard the Flame Pokémon, a fire/flying type. The evolved form of Charmeleon and the final evolved form of Charmander, the Kanto Fire Starter.

It spits fire that is hot enough to melt boulders. It may cause forest fires by blowing flames. Its wings can carry this Pokémon close to an altitude of 4,600 feet. It blows out fire at very high temperatures. Charizard's fire is said to burn hotter if it has experienced harsh battles. But it won't fight an opponent weaker than itself. As a result, not many people have a Charizard."

"Wow! What about Pachi?" Luffy asked as he sat right next to her.

"Well, there's an easier way to do it. Just point it at a Pokemon and it will give you the information. But don't break it." Yukiko warned him.

Luffy nodded as she gave him the Pokedex and pointed it at Pachi.

"Pachirisu the Elesquirel Pokémon, an Electric type.

It stores its own fur balls that crackle with static electricity together with its favorite berries in tree hollows.It makes electricity with pouches in its cheeks and shoots charges from its tail. It lives atop trees."

"Cool!" Luffy said giving it back to Yukiko. "How did you meet Pachi?"

"When I first started my journey when I was ten, my home Region, Alola didn't have a Pokemon League, so my grandparents advised me to travel to other regions to broaden my knowledge. I also wanted to prove that Alolanians could be great trainers and manage a League as well. Pachi became my starter a week before my Tenth birthday when she stowed away on a cargo ship for fruit. She was harassed by some bird Pokemon and I defended her from them then Pachi saved me from an angry Bruxish when we stowed into its territory. We've been partners since." Yukiko smiled at the memory as she brought up the data.

"Bruxish, the Ghash Teeth Pokemon.
When it unleashes its psychic power from the protuberance on its head, the grating sound of grinding teeth echoes through the area. It stuns its prey with psychokinesis and then grinds them to mush with its strong teeth. Even a Shellder's shell is no match for it!"

"I haven't had the chance to ask about where we are going. So what is the Grand Line?" Yukiko asked as Pachi leaped onto her shoulder.

"The Grand Line Is the sea that separates the other four along with the calm belt, not only is it considered one the most dangerous sea. But it's also never been fully explored. However, the one man that ever did before his execution was late pirate king Gold Rodger. He also started the Great Pirate Era." Nami paused as she was figuring how to crack the safe, "The end of the Grand Line Is said to be where he left the greatest treasure known as One Piece, it's said that whomever retrieves One Piece will become the next pirate king."

"And I'll be the one to be the pirate king!" Luffy exclaimed.

"Well, Why do you want to be the pirate king?" She asked.

"The Pirate King is the freest man in the world, I also made a promise to Shanks." He took off his hat and held it out in front, "the owner of this Straw Hat to return it to him when I became pirate king."

Yukiko smiled at that. Luffy's high regard for Shanks reminded her of her relationship with Kukui.

Then she heard a click.

"It looks like our lock expert has already opened the box." She said and walked over.

"Oh really!" He returned directly to the safe with joy to see the map.

Nami opened the door of the box, revealing the contents at once: old WANTED posters, a card, a Marine notebook that says "Confidential," and the map.

"That's it!" said Luffy, happy to finally have the map.

Nami took the map and closed the safe, Rose did not want to take anything from the box so that they would not suspect her. Nami took out the map inside the contents that she had secured it, she spread the map so that she, Yukiko, Pachi, and Luffy could see it up close.

Zoro opened the box to see what he had, but then closed it. "Nothing else? Isn't there gold inside a safe? Or jewelry?" he asked.

"Unfortunately not." Yukiko answered his question.

"This is more valuable than gold. It is knowledge." Nami gave him: "A map of the Grand Line."

"Grand Line." Luffy spoke excitedly: "Grand Line is... where exactly?"

"Are you going without knowing where it is?" Nami asked looking at him and noticing how stupid he doesn't know how to navigate.

"That's why I need a navigator."

"I'm no expert, but I can guess getting there is not easy. From what I hear, you have to be half-dead before entering." Yukiko said.

"What do you mean?" Nami asked.

"Before I met you guys, I heard a few stories from bounty hunters and marines, its called the pirates graveyard for various reasons. Normal navigation is useless and common sense does not exist over there. Not to mention the inconsistent weather patterns and unnatural phenomenon. They also say those who managed to escape the Grand Line look like living zombies. They would not tell what they saw there, but their appearance alone proves the Grand Line is not something to be taken lightly." Yukiko said.

"Yeah, but they say one man managed to conquer the Grand Line. Gold Roger. And he hid the legendary One Piece there." Luffy said in excitement.

"I've killed many Pirates who were looking for it. What is it? A big diamond or something?" Zoro asked, wanting to know why they want to find that island so much.

"... it could be something very, very valuable for him to have given that announcement to the world as if this were a race." Yukiko said in interest.

"Gold Roger's treasure. He hid it on the Grand Line. All together." Luffy said smiling with excitement.

"It is a legend." Nami scolded him to get off the clouds: "No one has found it for 20 years because it doesn't exist."

Yukiko was not sure of that.

But then...!

A red light surprised them and caught everyone's attention.

"The Marines?" Zoro asked, his hand already on his katana.

"Have they found us?" Nami asked worried that the Marines had found and caught up with them.

 Everyone comes out to see what those red, phosphorescent lights are that covered them all.

"The smoke smells funny." Luffy said as he sniffed it, but unfortunately Yukiko and the others already inhaled it and was about to fall to the ground. The whitette barely had the strength to fight sleep and watched Luffy swallow the map to keep it safe where no one would find it, and until then she fell into a deep sleep.
