Mia's eyes slowly flutter open, body still feeling weak but relaxed from the comfortable bed. She notices a needle stuck in her left hand, covered by another hand by an unknown figure. A bunch of colourful flowers on her right side brightens up her mood, slowly moving to grab one piece. The movement makes the person holding her hand wake up from their slumber.

"Eonni! Oh my gosh you're awake!" Kyoungji exclaims, "guys! She's awake!" The rest of the girls and their manager rushes inside the room.

"Mia!" Hyeji engulfs her with a hug, "what the heck were you doing? I'm glad you're fine!"

Everyone else hugs her, wishing their best for Mia and her fast recovery.

"Apparently you were just tired and the stress made it worse. There's nothing big that we should be worried about. You'll be discharged tomorrow, but still take a day off from practising. Focus on getting better," the manager states the information.

"Okay, thank you. And I'm sorry for the inconvenience I've caused," Mia slightly bows.

Everyone else eventually leaves, heading back to rest. Mia skims on her phone, planning to watch a drama, when someone suddenly knocks on the door.

The knock immediately made Mia jolt in her bed. Her heart beat picking up its beat and nervous of who it could be, she goes on her contact list and click on Jungkook's profile.

"There's no way that can be Soojin." She breaks a sweat, panting in panic. The doorknob dips downwards, making Mia click to call Jungkook.

"Who are you?!" She yells firmly. The figure enters, worried. He puts his hoodie down, revealing Jungkook, who she coincidentally called for any nearby danger. Soon after, his phone rings. He reaches for it from his pocket.

"Why did you call me?"

Mia drops the call from her phone, sighing in relief.

"I j-just thought you were someone else, someone dangerous. And I don't know, I guess it was just a natural instinct to call you." She looks down, somewhat feeling embarrassed.

"It's good that you know to call me when you're in danger." He approaches her, sitting beside the bed. "How are you feeling?"

"Still worried," she glances at the closed door, feeling paranoid that the woman she feared would suddenly pop into the room, putting all lives in jeopardy.

"You shouldn't be. There's no need. She can't reach you anymore," he pats her tensed hands in reassurance.

"Why? Is she in jail?" She still sounds concerned, even though everyone would be safe if she was in jail. But she had a guilt feeling for everything that's happened.

"No, she's in the mental hospital." Silence fills up the room.

"Oh," she sighs, feeling sorry, partly blaming herself.

"Hey, don't worry. She's there to get help, she'll get better, okay? Don't worry about it, don't blame yourself. It wasn't your fault," he squeezes her hand. Mia looks at him, teary eyed.

"You know, I never got to tell you how thankful I am to you. You were always there whenever I needed you, and you saved my life. I'm sorry that I was such a brat before," they both chuckle. "And I'm sorry that I can be selfish sometimes and be such a burden, but you're always still there. I want you to know that I appreciate you so much and I'm so happy you're in my life." She opens her arms to initiate the hug which Jungkook accepts with no hesitant.

"I'm also happy that you're in my life and I'm glad you're okay. I'll always be beside you, willingly as a friend."

Mia is back at her dorm, alone to herself for the day, making her bored. She lies in her bed, staring at the ceiling. Different things pop up in her mind.

Jimin. Soojin. Career. Jungkook. Soojin. Military. Jimin. Jimin.

"Jimin."

She thinks about when he comes back. There's lots of things she wants to say, but she doesn't know how to structure it, how to start it.

She shakes her head, getting up from her bed. "Let's do something productive today!" She cheers herself on.

She sits on her desk table, planning to write a song, a poem or anything at all. Putting on music to inspire her, 'Insomnia' by The Rose randomly pops up.

The ink spreads on the paper as her hands unconsciously move, which turns out to be 'Jimin.'

"Ugh, just go away." Coincidentally, the song says the same thing, making her chuckle. Her heart softens at the thought of the boy. No matter how hard she tried, he wouldn't go away from her thoughts, and her heart.

So she let it be, following and writing what her heart wanted to say.

Once she had finished, she folds the 3 pages of letter and seals it in an envelope before hiding it in her drawer.

She sighs to herself, "I'll wait for you."
