Minato's pov

Alright kiddos let's get you into position" I push the three of them into the frame of the shot. Naruto on the left, tenten on the right and kiba in the middle.

"Is a photo really nessasary minato sensai?" Tenten raised an eyebrow "we're not a real team. We're just training together"

"Now don't talk like that tenten. You're going to break this old man's heart" I placed my hand on my chest with a sad expression "you're all my precious students so I want a photo of us for my desk"

"Are all old men this sentimental?" Kiba whispered to Naruto.

"It's a dad thing" Naruto shrugged "doesn't your dad do the same?"

"I wouldn't know" he muttered "My old man left when I was a kid. Found my mom way too scary"

"Seriously? Jeez what a coward" tenten scowled "I'd say your better off without him"

"That's what mom and sis says" he placed his hands over his head.

"Alright kiddos we're on a timer" I ran over to stand behind them "give us a big smile"

"Alright maybe I'll stand like this or this oh maybe like this" Naruto kept jumping into different poses.

"Just stand still and smile at the camera you idiot" tenten snapped.

"What did you say!" The camera snapped at the exact moment he yelled. I took a look at the picture to see Naruto turning his head to yell at tenten, tenten standing with an annoyed expression and kiba holding akamaru with a big smile on his face.

"Oh jeez should we retake it?" tenten asked with a guilty expression.

"No I like this one" I smiled at the photo in my hands "it shows character"

Orochimarus pov

"Are you ready children?" I asked as I set up the camera.

"Yes sensai" they nodded.

"Our first picture together. Isn't it romantic sasuke?" Ino hugged sasuke's arm.

"But I'm in the photo too" shino pointed out.

"Yes I know bug boy. Thanks for ruining the moment" ino glared at him. Shino had no reaction to her words.

"Ah here we are" I set the timer and stood behind the three of them, placing my hands on shino and sasukes shoulder and holding my face close to inos "say cheese"

The camera snapped and I rushed up to look at the photo. The two boys remained stoic while ino looked disgusted. Not a single one of them smiled for the camera. Oh well. It's not like I can force them to be happy around me.

"Alright children back to your training"

Itachi's pov

"This way kids" I leaned over the camera to position it over the them. I've never been part of a team but I've heard that after a team is formed they take a photo to comemerate the moment. It'd be nice to have that to hang up in my room.

"Um sensai aren't you going to be in the photo?" Hinata asked.

"Me?" I looked up in surprise.

"It would be odd not to have our sensai in team photo" neji muttered.

"Are you sure it wouldn't make you uncomfortable?" I asked.

"Sensai stop being so troublesome and just get in the photo already" shikamaru groaned.

"Alright" I smiled softly. They're such good kids. The three of us got into position as the camera snapped. The photo depicted me with my hands on neji and hinatas shoulders while shikamaru stood in the middle. Nejis face was neutral, shikamaru had a board expression and hinata smiled nervously.

I chuckled softly. It shows off their personalities so well. I'm going to cherish this photo.

Jiraiyas pov

"Ehehe" I giggled to myself as I watched some girls play in the water. Ah such good research material-

"Jiraiya sensai aren't we going to take the team photo?" I jumped at the sound of Lee's voice.

"Ah of course son. Just checking the area for any potential dangers" I quickly thought up a lie.

"Sure you were" sakura shot me a sceptical look.

"Sakura-chan we mustn't doubt our sensais intentions"

"You're way too trusting Lee!"

"Can we hurry this along?" Choji cut the two off "I have a bag of chips calling my name"

"We certainly can" I clapped my hands together "get into places kids and smile for the camera"

"We should flex our muscles to show our team spirit"

"Lee get your arm out of my face!"

"Oh sorry sakura-chan"

"Your elbows in my eye doofis!"

"Okay break it up-" the camera snapped at that exact moment. I took a look to see me pushing sakura and chojis faces away while lee looked at them guiltily.

"It'll do" I shrugged as I stuffed it into my pocket "now back to my research"

The kids watched me with worried expressions. They'll understand when they're older.
