I'm so proud of you, Hobi.

Every day now, you take off your headphones around the house to try and help your condition.

Slowly, slowly, I can tell you are getting better.

At first, all you could tolerate was my whispers and the turning of the page of a book.

Now you can handle it when I toss the house keys on the table. You can listen to me trying to learn to speak properly. You can bare the sound of the microwave as it buzzes round.

Soon, I know the telephone will stop causing you pain. Soon, you won't need those headphones any more.
