Stohess, a busy city where every businessmen "works" seriously,all except one company "Tch,Are food storage and supplies are getting low again,some of these b*st*rds must be sneaking out some food again" a man with steel-blue eyes said while looking at his computer,showing stress in his face "Sir,we got a complaint from the Military Police that they're lack of business are our fault and needed your reply asap" a girl with beautiful orange hair said with slight fear that his boss is gonna get furious at the news and gives the documents to his fund manager,Levi Ackerman "Okay,just put it there,I'll read it later,Ral" he said to the girl named Ral or Petra Ral "Y-Yes sir" Petra said then left.

Levi Ackerman was the fund manager of a company named Wings of Freedom,he's a workaholic man and has a daughter name,(Y/N) Ackerman,which he barely spends time with "Hey Levi! Its your daughter's birthday,right? Maybe I'll take care of your paperwork and you'll visit her for her birthday,you did give her a present right?" a female brunette said,Hanji Zoe,friend of Levi Ackerman and coworker "Of course it's her birthday,and yes I have a present for her,four-eyes" he said with a poker-face "Well how about I'll take care of your paperwork then you can go spend your time with (Y/N) all day" she said "As much as I wanted to,I can't,I need to finish this message from the Military Police Company" he said at the brunette,she sighed and said "Alright,suit yourself then,goodluck" then pats his back.

After his shift,he went to his car,looking at the present he'll give her.He then drives to his house and opens the door,seeing his mother,Kuchel Ackerman cleaning "There you are Levi,its almost past nine,where have you been anyways?Your daughter is still waiting for you" she said "There's a complaint from our company,which it was tiring" he said while removing his work outfit "You know she was looking for you in  school to see her sing in her recital in her classroom,today" at what Kuchel said,he stopped "I decided to come with her and take a video of her just to see her perform,she embarassed herself out there,just look at this" then she gave a video camera to him and he played it "Okay,It is now (Y/N) Ackerman's turn to sing the Scouting Legion's song" the teacher said,silence was all they heard.The girl infront was looking at the camera sadly and sings "D..Day by day,w-we have lost our edge..u-um...uh.." she said then almost slip at the stage then the kids laugh except the parents who looks at her silently "That's okay (Y/N),you can performed next time until your ready,okay?" the teacher said then (Y/N) looks at Kuchel,who was holding the camera then looks back down silently and sighs. The video ended,Levi sighed "I'll just repay her by my present for her" he said,Kuchel nod and went back to cleaning

"Hi sweetie,happy birthday!" a female voice said "Thank you mama" (Y/N) said into her phone while hiding into her little pillow fort along with blankets "I miss you mama" she said "I miss you too sweetheart,maybe you can stay here for a while here in Maria as your birthday gift?" her mom asked,without noticing Levi peeking and listening to their conversation "I don't know,its just that...papa is too busy to take me there plus he won't even bother accepting the idea" she said then Levi knocked "(Y/N),its me,can I come in?" he asked then hear her whisper "Gotta go,I'll tell him if he accepts it,bye love you mama" then she close her phone.Levi enters then sees her walking out of her blanket "Hi papa" she said,He kiss her forehead and gives her the present "Happy Birthday,sorry I couldn't get to your recital,Papa was busy today in his work" he said but didn't hear her mumbling "That's what you always said" "Well aren't you gonna open it,come on" he said then she opens the present and saw a new XBOX2 "You like it,sweetheart?" he asked then she looks behind him,making him turn around and see all kinds of things like XBOX,Mini Television,Laptop,Toys,and Stuff animals "Look,I know you don't like it or use it,but how about you tell me what you wanted as your present" he said then sits at her bed "Well,The only thing I wanted is to visit mama in Maria" she said then looks at him with her sad dull eyes into her dad's steel ones "But I think its too-" then he was cutted off by (Y/N) "Please,just this once...I miss mama for awhile now" then she looks away and turns to the window beside her,He thought for a moment then sighed

"Alright,but we're taking the train all the way there,since its the fastest way to go there" he said then stood up "Well pack your stuffs while I'll pack mine,then we can get tickets there tomorrow,okay?" he said "Yes papa" she replied then tucks herself in bed,then he kiss her forehead and says goodnight.
