They had decided to take the two girls that Kate had been babysitting to someone else. Which happens to be Rachel's grandmother from her mom's side. She went up to her and hugged her, as they were about to leave. "Bye grandma. I'll come by next week." Rachel says. "Okay, and I can show you those pictures that you wanted to see." Mrs.Lane, Rachel's grandmother said. Rachel nods happily, she couldn't wait to see those pictures. Her grandmother had just recently found them in her attic. Apparently she hadn't been able to find them until now.

"Kill that pervert!" Kate exclaims angrily. "Why would he break in there? I just don't understand what he was doing." Deena says. "He was acting all shifty and shit. Like going through the laundry." Simon answers. Before walking to where Josh and Rachel are sitting. "You need to get some groceries man. We're having a sale at the store." Simon tells Josh. "He broke into the house. He had a knife." Kate says, while pacing.

"Woah. With the kids there. That's wack." Josh says. "That's fucking right Josh. It is wack. Thank you. There were kids there. And what, he thinks that just because he's balling Sam he can come here and prank us on our own turf?" Kate questions. "Hey, what. You're right. Y'know fuck this. Fuck Peter." Deena agrees. "Hello? Don't forget the most important part. Fuck, Sam." Kate says.

Deena stares at her for a few seconds, and Rachel notices her anger clearly present. "Yeah, fuck her. She needs to get her psycho boyfriend in check." Deena agrees, grabbing her keys. Rachel and Simon quickly walk after her. Kate and Josh following shortly behind them.

Deena had ended up driving them to the hospital, in her car. As they're walking to the entrance, Simon says something to Josh. "Hey slow down, lover boy." which makes Rachel snort, knowing that the Johnson boy has a crush on Kate. Simon walks up to Rachel and reaches for her hand, as they walk inside. Knowing that she doesn't like hospitals. They make her sick to her stomach, specifically the smell.

As they walk in, Deena walks up to the front desk waiting for the woman to pay attention to her. But, she doesn't as she's just filing her nails. Deena rings the bell that's on the desk, which gets the woman's attention. She hands Deena a clipboard. "Fill these out, and take a seat." She says. "No, I'm just visiting." Deena says. "Visiting hours end at nine." The woman responds.

Rachel looks at the woman impatiently, which causes Kate to walk up to the desk. "Tell nurse Beddy she has a patient." Kate interrupts. This causes the woman to look up at her. And call down nurse Beddy.

"Beddy. Long time, how've you been?" Kate asks. "See you're still toting around with these morons." Beddy says motioning towards Simon and Rachel. "She can't quit us Beddy, we're too pretty." Simon says, putting his empty hand around Rachel. Which makes Beddy scoff. "Listen, we need you're assistance." Kate says, getting Beddy's attention.

"I'm sure that you do. But as it happens to be, there's a new security protocol. We kept coming up short on blueberries and bananas, so now I need a special key to the–" Beddy explains. "I need to see a patient." Deena interrupts. Once they leave, Josh still looks confused.

"Blueberries and bananas?" He asks. "Vicodin and Percocet." Kate answers simply. "Can we go get something from the vending machine?" Rachel asks. Simon nods and Kate follows them. Josh following shortly behind them. Trailing after Kate like a lost puppy.

Once they find a vending machine, Rachel realizes she doesn't have money with her. She looks at Simon. "Don't look at me, I'm – I'm broke." He says looking through his pockets. "Do you got any change?" Kate asks Josh. He looks surprised by the question.

"Oh – um." And starts looking through his pockets. "Um – um. No. Uh – but, I..." Josh walks over to the vending machine and presses several buttons. And all of the snack start falling out of the machine. Which makes the three older teenagers surprised. "What do you want?" Josh asks, standing next to the machine.

They take all of the snacks out of the machine that they can carry. "Where did you learn how to do this?" Kate asks. "Oh – uh. A lot of people trade hacks online." Josh explains. "Nerd." Simon mutters into his hand. Which cause Rachel to smack him lightly. Rachel thinks that his crush on Kate is kinda sweet.

"So – um. When did you get into the fruit business?" Josh asks Kate. Kate smiles at him, confused. Rachel makes a face of realization, and snorts at the question. "What?" Kate asks. "Um – the uh – drugs?" Josh clarifies. "Oh, that's just temporary. I'm saving up to get out of here." Kate explains.

"Take me with you." Josh says. Which makes the three look at him confused, and slightly concerned. Simon makes a crashing motion, 'pew'. He says, as if it exploded. Suddenly they hear screaming from down the hallway. Which makes them all quickly turn their heads in the direction of it. They see Sam and Deena running. "Run!" Deena yells.

They all look at them confused. "Did they get back together?" Simon asks. Rachel shrugs. Suddenly someone running by in a costume runs by, which causes Kate to scream. Simon pulls Rachel with him so they can run, and Rachel pulls Kate along with them. Josh running behind them, still holding the candy. Once they get to the exit, they realize they don't even have the car keys.

"Where are the keys?" Simon asks worriedly. "C'mon, the ambulance." Kate says. They start running again, on their way to find an ambulance. "I hate running!" Rachel yells out in frustration.

They reach the ambulance, which has the keys in it, and they drive it around to the front. "C'mon!" Simon yells, to Deena and Sam. "Let's go! Come on!" Josh, Simon, and Rachel start yelling. Both girls start running to the ambulance, and once they get in, Simon closes the doors quickly.
